Took my new Jeep in to get new tires put on. They ended up scratching 3 of the rims. Replaced 2 but left the one that was scratch all around. Manager was not nice throughout the process and I felt like I needed to defend myself each time we had to talk to him. Make sure you take before pictures of your car before you take it here. I will be going somewhere else next time.

Big o is always so friendly and efficient. I will never take my car anywhere else. They employees up at the desk are always nice, and explain things very well. The guy who checked me in today was very kind, and the guy who checked me out today was awesome! Thank you for always being on time and kind.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Big O and to Ron and everybody there for being professional and helping me with my car. It was in an accident in July i just got it back today. They were kind, they were efficient and they always made me feel a lot better after talking to my insurance which they made me feel like I was doing their job when they should be doing what I did for a month and a half. I will always be a big o customer for life.

They got my trailer in so quick! I was stranded on the side of the road with my family and limped into their garage on a Saturday morning. Not only did they have the 8 tires I needed for my trailer in stock but they got me in and out so quick. I’m not local and was just passing through but they still treated me with great care.

We were really in a pinch when our tire sensor valve busted and all the air came out of our tire on a trip. We were just passing through on our way to Utah and they said 45 minutes, and it was 45minutes! Which I know cant always happen, but so glad to have been helped so quickly. They popped off our tire put on a new value and it was cheaper than they said which was also awesome. So thank you for saving our van! The Manager here is awesome! I took my car to get an oil change and they broke the connection to my air filter. Offering no resolution to help fix it. Just a flat “we can’t fix it” a simple oil change. The mechanic couldn’t even take off the cap. First time I used them it was all fine second time not sure if they have a new tech but I don’t recommend them at all. 460.00 later

Go anywhere else but the Big O in Elko NV. Their quality is extremely poor and in the case of work done to my truck totally unsafe. They will lie to you about being able to get the job done same day. They will not be truthful about what brands of tires and parts the can get. They will order the wrong parts or tires and pretend it’s your fault but then tell you not to worry they won’t charge you extra for it. When work is found to be far below standard they act like it’s your fault and will not even try to fix the problem. If you like your vehicle go anywhere else but this poor imitation of a shop. They should feel ashamed of their customer service, work quality and ethics. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the night, had the towing truck drop the Porsche off at Big O’s, called in the morning from the hotel they came picked up my boyfriend at 7am, got the car in QUICK, got the tires off despite having rim locks we didn’t have the key to, and back in the road! Thank you Big O Tire! We have three children who were anxious to get back to California after a week long vacation!!!!!!GOD BLESS THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

Bought four new tires from Big o had 6,000 miles on tire they said not their problem they will not fix it or replace it charge me $14 just for supplies what charges this or a little dish soap

We were just starting the second day of our 10 day road trip to the Rockies when I heard an unusual noise coming from the right rear duals when braking my class C RV (rented from Cruise America in Sparks, NV). Rather than ignore it I decided I should have it looked at by a mechanic. The first two shops I stopped at weren’t able to even consider helping .However, even though Big O Tires in Elko were also very busy they agreed to look at the brakes for me.Special shout out to Brendan who, despite having to finish replacing the drums on a trailer, was finally able to pull the right rear duals only to find that the disc was trashed (not turntable) and the caliper pads literally gone. He stated adamantly that this was the worst brake he had seen and presumed the others were likely as bad. He recommended not driving any further distance.Thanks to Brendan (and Big O) my family and I were spared a potentially lethal outcome and he didn’t even charge us for the check.Thank you so very much!

Very poor customer service. Extremely poor management of customer expectations. Was told by customer service rep when he was asked how long, reply was soon. 5 hours later work was still not done. We had to stay there and demand that you work be done. I was a repeat customer but will never go there for service again.

They were amazing!!! We were pulling our 5th wheel and noticed tire wasnt holding pressure. They worked us in, took off tire and eventually got a new pressure stem for the tire. Have not had any problems since.

Ty has been great to me. They are now where I go for tires, oil, tune-ups etc. They are great at communicating with you and helping with all your vehicles needs. I highly recommend them and they are all friendly people to be around.

Was traveling through and noticed one of my tires was a bit low before hitting the hotel for the night and aired up at the gas station. Next morning the tire was low again, so I went to Big-O to have it patched or replaced. They were busy and I understood that. After about an hour, they handed back my keys and said no charge. The tire was not punctured, but the Schrader valve on the tire stem was defective. They replaced it no charge even after I insisted on paying for their time.

Brandon and the crew hooked me up! I needed snow tires before getting into the Lake Tahoe area. However, the rim had a five point lock which prevented us from removing the old tires (I bought this thing used and the old owner did not give me the lock). Brandon and the crew flipped the city upside down to figure out a way to get the lock off without damaging the rim. Mission accomplished! Highly recommend!

I was traveling and called ahead to get 4 new tires. Ty was very helpful and explained what he had in stock. He put the 4 choices aside for me.I arrived, and the guys got my car in right away. I was told it would take 45min. However I was there for 2hrs, with a 6yr and 2yr old ☹, who had been in the car for 9 hrs and just wanted to get some food!The 3 stars are more because there was no communication from the staff about timeframe, update, etc.But in general, it is a good place for tires!

On the way to Reno we picked up a nail in the tire. The nail was close to the sidewall but not puncturing on the sidewalk. I asked if they could patch it and told me no I asked if I could get a plug to get me to where Were going. He rudely replied no. Didn’t care to even take a further look. I’ve worked in the tire business for 4 years. Couldn’t even help some friendly folk back on the road. And for that we don’t thank you. Shave your nasty mustache

Pretty disappointed. We stopped here on our way to California because our alignment, which we got the day before from the American Fork Big O, was off. We called ahead and got an appointment for an alignment. Showed up and they told us we were “next for the alignment rack” and it should be 45 minutes. Called after two hours and they had not started it. Came back 3 hours after we dropped it off and they said the same thing. I reminded them what they initially told us and they said someone must have messed up. This totally ruined our vacation waiting 4 hours for a 45 minute job. The worst part was that it didn’t fix our problem, we kept the report showing that the alignment we got the day before was bad, but we couldn’t afford to waste more time. They also didn’t cover the alignment warranty from the AF Big O and we were out $100.Update: after returning home from our family road trip and talking with my local (to me) Big O, this location called and refunded my $100. (Which I appreciated) Updated star rating to 3 stars.

Tyrel and the guys at Big O have always done a great job. The last time my truck had a lot of problems with the suspension and tie rods and they got it all fixed and working like new.

We blew a tire on the boat trailer we were towing at 1am. Limped into Elko on a rim. Checked into the hotel and got up in the morning still wondering if we could find the tire and new rim we needed. Called and Brandon he nailed it. Had us back on the road in short order.

Came in with my work truck as I had a couple hours in between jobs. My main concern was my constantly dead battery and a routine oil change. Two hours and just an oil change had been performed. I had to make it to my next job so I left a little irritated and unsatisfied. Came back the next day as once again I had a couple hours in between appointments thinking I could get the battery replaced. Haggled a bit and they were slammed with just one mechanic etc. but they would go ahead and get the battery replaced. Well, they locked keys in the truck and two hours later I sit in their comfortable lobby writing a negative review on Google. Still no battery, late for my next appointment, and thinking to myself why they couldnt replace the battery (with the hood open) while they were waiting for someone for two plus hours to come unlock my truck. They should have called a locksmith rather than waiting for an employee to come in on their day off with a lock out tool. Going elsewhere for next service.

We was told from Ron that only 25 minutes for oil and filter changed.After an hour and 15 minutes to find out we are on 4th line still. We canceled and left. Will never be back to any Big O Tiers. I always had very good experience with Les schwab in any city. And this is my 2ed time bad experience with Big 0 Tires in different city. :( stay away when you have no time to hanging for the day! Last person has to be just lucky to say in and out within 30 minutes. You wish!I saw a mather with baby sitting there still waiting.Fact. I did not see any one left in full hour!! Ha ha!

Upon walking in I was greeted by Zach, Quickly he asked what services I needed. An alignment. Tire balance and rotation. Handed my keys over.I did a walk-in around 10ish on a Wednesday. Hardly anyone. I waited for less than 30 minutes and back in the road. No time wasted. Prices are at it’s reasonable prices. Alignments range from $95 and up. FYI. Might change later but do call for prices.

The best tire place in town

They came through in a pinch. Although their pricing is outrageous their service is quick. However my only caveat is that I paid 359 for two tires and basically 3 weeks later although the tires were balanced and an alignment check was done less then 1000 miles later the left drivers side tire is now bald totally on the inside indicating that it wasnt balanced correctly or a alignment issue was present. I am attempting to see if big o will stand behind their service and tires and replace the tire free of charge. Will update soon.

Just had another experience with this location. Go elsewhere in town, youll be happy you did.... Work not done as said it was.. Work and parts needed were not disclosed while checking out. Our new vehicle was filthy with mud and greasy hand prints all over the truck. Had issues in the past with mediocre work, it hasnt changed... Our dealership is sending the truck to Ford for repairs. Been here for 20 years, this place still treats you as an outsider.

I went shopping around for rims and tires for my Dodge Ram and Tyrel the manager was very helpful and got me approved for financing to get the rims and tires I want. I would most definitely recommend Big O Tires to anyone and the staff was friendly and amazing

Had a problem with car battery while in town on company business. Zack was the contact point and was very helpful and friendly on the phone and was able to take me in off the street to get the battery replaced on 2014 Ford Taurus. Called others in the area before talking to Zack and they did not have battery in stock. Big O and Zack did.Zack said that it would take a half hour to get the battery replaced and is was less than that easily. Thank you Zack and Big O for getting this Road Warrior back on the road.

Went in February 5, 2019 to get my alignment done to my 2012 f350 was charged almost 100 which I didnt mind paying but on Feb 10,2019 I had the death wobble happened when I went in I told them what was going on with my truck and when they finished they had said everything looked good. Now its hard very hard to understand if I told them the symptoms I was having but they said everything was good how the hell does it go from good to a death wobble to now changing out bushings. Tie rods, damper, shocksNow I have to pay someone else to do another alignment since I replace some main stuff so on put 200 just on alignments in 5 days never again will I go back and do business

Recently had a problem with the ride in our 2016 Suburban. Elko Big O identified the problem, replaced rear shocks and got us into a new set of tires(which we were due for) all at a reasonable price. Well, the first review was very positive. After they did simple work, they back-tracked what had been told me, didnt do some of the expected work without communicating why and wasted a second trip I made thinking they would finish. What they tell you depends upon which person you speak with and the Manager has no problem with an oh well attitude. A waste of my time and money as I was told I would be getting synthetic oil and got regular oil and it was my fault I didnt mention it. Well, I was told that was what they would use when I went in to speak with them about it, mentioned it when I got there and it was a too bad attitude. I was also supposed to get an air filter, no communication that they were out and too bad. I got a better one at Schwab. Wont be going back. Attitude and communication are below the acceptable line. And, they casually had typed in the fine print that the big things were in need of repair-unacceptable. Today, I was supposed to get the spare tire put in the mix to gain time to get new tires, I had asked if it would throw the alignment/balance off and was told no until they went to do it today. Then, they tell me what I had told the techs that said it was the thing to do. Ridiculous.

Rolling through town and had a tire running low. They got me right in and repaired it fast and got me back on the road. Awesome place - highly recommend!!

Came in around 1:30 pm to see if i could an alignment done. I was told it would be aroun 4:00 - 4:30 before they could get me in. I told them that that would work. I came back at 4:15 and the guy at the counter told me that it was gonna be about 15 min. I said that was fine. About 30 min. Later he told me that the tech was finishing up the car he was working on and it would be just a few more minutes. Again in about 15 more minutes he told me they were going to be pulling on the rack. At 10 minutes before six they finally pulled it on the rack.I totally understand stand sometimes things take longer than what is expected. But i think being honest with your customers and respecting that their time is just valuable. I made an appointment and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to just get my vehicle in.

Best experience at a tire shop I have ever had. From the time we walked in till the time we walked out was about 20 minutes. During that time they put brand new tires on our Tahoe. They even took the time to put the spare tire back underneath the truck where the supposed to go. Fantastic business, if you need tires in Elko this is the place to go

I stopped at this Big O Tires to get my tires balanced. I was having a small vibration while driving because of a tire that was out of balance. I wasted almost two hours waiting to getting my tires balanced and now it is worse than before they balanced my tires. I am on a trip to Colorado and now I have to deal with an even worse vibration while driving because they didnt get my tires balanced correctly. I am very disappointed in their customer service!

We usually take our cars to Walmart for an oil change. We have waited about 4 to 5 HOURS and we didnt know where else to go. We were told about Big Os from Dave Wright and when I came in yesterday they were absolutely amazing. From Zack answering questions to everyone being friendly to the big guys that tag teamed my Yukon to get the tires done. All around just an awesome job. I was in and out in 30 minutes and my truck is riding perfect. I liked it here so much I am back today for an oil change. While Walmart is cheaper, I will gladly pay more for awesome customer service and a quick wait time...something that a lot of businesses in Elko lack.Keep up the great work gentlemen!!!

Heading on a 22 hr road trip, I was worried because my brakes were making some noise and needed to check if I had a nail in my tire. They got it in quickly and let me know the problem.
