Fast oil change (plus fluids check for free) for cheap. I was in & out in less than 30 minutes & I paid less than $40. Good place!

Stopped here on my way to California because my transmission light came on. They said they didn’t have time to fit me in for a service because they were closing in an hour but said they would have their mechanic take a quick look at my transmission fluid levels. This was all I needed - was some reassurance that the issue was not anything to worry about immediately and I finished my trip with no problems.

Great experience! Very friendly and fast. We took our car for an oil change while on a road trip, and they had us in and out within 15 minutes. Highly reccomend!

They are fast and efficient. They have done good work for me many times with oil changes. They also once took a look at a front differential that was leaking so I could figure out where it was leaking from. They didnt charge me a thing for that. I would recommend them oil changes over the rest of the places in and around Elko Nevada. Everywhere else around here I have had bad service and experiences with oil and lube places.

My husband and I have been to Silver Street Express Lube several times and have been extremely pleased every time. Jose is very nice and knowledgeable and has even talked me out of things -- like a premature oil change -- despite the fact it would cost him business. He is so very honest and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish they offered more car services; I would trust them with anything.

We were visiting town and decided to get an oil change before heading back to TX. Waited about an hr which wasn’t too bad. It was when we left town when we noticed that they broke the lever inside the truck to pop the Hood! Which they never admitted. It just shows their honesty. We didn’t even bring it up to the shop because there was nothing they could’ve done since we wouldn’t be back in town for another year. Just would’ve been nice of the tech to let us know he accidentally broke it instead of never saying anything .

They didn’t even know what car we had we told the guy that it was a honda oydessy and he kept arguing with us about that its a dodge and charged us saying that nothing was wrong with the car when clearly there is a lot of stuff wrong with the car never come to this place we wasted money on this place for nothing. I was disrespected, talked down to (Because I am a woman), yelled yet and treated like I was a low life. I do not recommend this business. I will never be back and the owner screamed at me to never come back.....They noticed I bought the wrong oil and called me. They left a message. I listened to the voice mail and called back. The front Desk Person She said well we put the wrong oil in because we were closing (she was rude and didn’t offer any other reason) .... I was floored...I asked why they didn’t wait for me...well it was then I was being talked down to and told it was my fault and I was making them stay later.....I was hung up on by the owner. They did not take any accountability at all. When I went in to get my truck the owner asked to speak to my husband…..Um I dropped it off, they called me, it is MY truck...I asked why? I got the feeling it is because I am a woman, I feel he was rude to me due to me being a woman. The owner said “WE can fix it, but you are going to PAY for it!! as if I wouldn’t…. I am a local business owner. I said I did not have a problem with that but I didnt like the way I was disrespected, talk to, and I can’t take the other oil back, and I also was not waited for to call back and give the go ahead on the oil change OR see how they can help me. I stated I didnt buy the oil my husband did and if I did I would know better. I have been in automotive for years, the owner looks at me with a smirk, OH I can tell! I have never been treated so bad...WHAT IF THE OWNER DID IT RIGHT??: See this is how it would have gone if they weren’t rude...(Me)Oh I brought the wrong oil! oh no what do we do?(Them) no worries we can use our oil at a price of xyz. (me) Oh great! I was told a while ago you didnt have it...so yes let’s do that. I can pick it up in the morning if is too late today. So then .......I would come in and pay xyz and thank them for catching our mistake...I would feel happy that these professionals had MY best interest in mind.... But that did NOT happen... and they are NOT professionals at all. They didnt have me sign any documents... that worried me...I guess they will learn when they are in court for something.....So I will NEVER go back nor would I recommend this business to ANYONE more so not a woman. You are warranted.

Was traveling through the area... they had time to get me in and they were fast ..

Came in for oil and lube serviceat about 4:30 pm, I was told they could do it right now.:-)I let the guy at the desk know my truck had “11” grease zerks, he shrugged said they’d do it.Was charged for their service, when I got home I discovered that the power steering fluid was way low, their service slip said it was checked and “FULL”, obviously they did NOT check it.And they only greased “2” of the 11 zerks.Who knows what else they DIDN’T do..Too late to go back, they close at 5.Had buy power steering fluid and grease the other 9 zerks myself.Had I known I had to do this myself I would have went to Walmart and paid half the price.
