NNE in ElkoNot having any other competition from other dealerships one is at their mercy to get your equipment fixed, I see some people are very pleased with this Kubota dealership sorry to say I’m not.3 filters and a gallon of oil $500 what’s wrong with that everything as a courtesy the first oil change should have been free especially on a $38,000 new piece of equipment.Secondly a steering unit failure on a new piece of equipment a month old should not have taken 14 days to repair, Andy the sales manager to express his gratitude to a customer chose to ship the needed part to repair the steering by the slowest method possible resulting in me refunding a customer $1,240 because of Andy not overnighting the partAs a sole equipment dealership I am disappointed in how the customer is treated here in Elko, with many equipment dealers just 100 away I recommend you purchase in twin falls, NNE has limited parts on hand and no attachments for equipment purchased further adding to the lack of support one would expect from a sole dealership.My advice to you is purchase your equipment in another area that views the customer as a asset not a hindrance to their business

These people do not know what they are doing. They ordered the wrong parts. Then charge you a 30% restocking fee plus shipping. Dont waste your time here, go to Salt Lake. They are very knowledgeable over there.

NNE is awesome. If they order the wrong part they dont charge you a restocking fee. Only fee is for your mistake. Why should they have to pay it. They are always helpful and Kubota is a great tractor. I love our RTVX1140.
