Life savers! My car died the day before New Year’s Eve and one of my biggest jobs. Deena came to my house which is 3 min away to help jump my car so I could bring it in to the shop. Charlie fixed it up as soon as I arrived and all was fixed. I’m still In shock how above and beyond they both were. We just moved to elkridge area and are SO LUCKY we found the Boulevard Automotive on google. Hope they know they have a loyal customer now.

Fantastic mechanic. However, cannot handle being politely questioned. Towed my Jeep in and paid to have it towed. Among other things it had not been serviced in a long time. This confused me because we had brought to him to be serviced more recently. I asked him to look in his record so I could understand what happened that I think it got serviced there and it didn’t. He started screaming at me that I was accusing him of not doing the work and yelling that they are not going to touch it now because there is a trust issue. I tried to get him to stop yelling and he yelled at me for getting emotional. I had went there for years and it really hurt. I had to pay for another towing and I felt like he left me stranded. One of his office personnel looked through the record and it was brought in for another repair on the date we thought it was also going to be serviced and was likely a miscommunication. I should be able to ask questions about the care of my vehicle. It’s so hard to find a mechanic I can trust and he’s trustworthy as long as you don’t try to clarify anything.

Great place to take your car for tune up, service anything. Doesnt matter if its an older model or a new one. They can work on anything. Ive been going here for years and the service just seems to get better. They give honest prices and always put you first and make you feel like their most important customer. Theyve beat any other garage Ive been to in the area both in pricing and service. Highly recommend this garage.

This is such a friendly, genuine shop. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and fixed my car in great timing. The dealership wanted to charge me 5 times as much to fix a broken window motor and regulator. Turns out I only needed a new regulator. I was very impressed and happy with the service all around. I will definitely be coming back for all of my car services.

They were very honest about what I needed and didn’t need done to my car. They were also significantly cheaper than what my dealership -Apple Ford in Columbia - wanted to charge for a tune up.

Honest shop, I truly feel they arent ripping me off. Many times went in for a service only to be told I didnt need it done. They are quick too, never had to wait more than 48 hours for my vehicle to be repaired.

These guys are awesome. Nice, honest people. I got a flat tire yesterday next to their shop. I just went to ask if I could pull in to their lot to put on my spare so that I wasnt on the road, and they told me to pull right up to the bay and they helped with the tire change, using their tools. I didnt ask them to do it, they just offered, and they didnt try charging me anything. Im happy to see theres still good people around.

We have all heard the horror stories of a traveler breaking down out of town only to be taken advantage of my an auto shop. This was not the case for me. My clutch went out two blocks from BA and David treated me like family. The final repair actually came in a little less than he estimated. Deanna was awesome. Dave is awsome . after me takeing my car 3 different places and getting ripped off and not fixing the problem that they said was wrong with my car. I was so stressed out and my friend karla and Bill told me to take it to Dave and let him take a look at my car. I did and must say he did every thing to fix my problem and now my car is riden like i just drove it off the lot. I will use this company for now on and i will pass the word how truthful you was. You cannot go wrong with this shop. It is the most honest repair shop I have had the pleasure of working with. Whether it is just an oil change or major repairs they will not steer you wrong. I took my vehicle there originally to get work done I was told by another shop I needed. A friend referred me saying they charge a fair price. They charged me a fraction of what the other shop wanted to stick me for and even informed me that the vehicle didnt need all that was on the estimate. They did only what was needed. They are also great with getting you in and out in a reasonable timeframe.
