Came here to get two new back tires. Way cheaper price than going to Goodyear or Firestone. And they did it so quick I thought I was going to be there for like an hour. They didnt even have to jack up the car inside the shop or anything, they just took two jacks and lifted the back side up, right where I parked the car. I recommend these guys for your tire needs.

I stopped by today with a problem on a tire in my Honda Pilot and the technician in less than 2 min found the problem and in another 5 minutes fixed with a plug. Total less than 10 min to have the tire fixed! Excellent service. I recommend them if you have any tire related issue.

First timer, my experience went well from the start. I arrived at 8:30am when they open and there was already 3-4 customers waiting as JM opens their doors on time. With that said, there was a brief wait but I was done within 20-30mins, which was fantastic. The cost/value was great and appropriate for fixing a flat tire! I’d definitely recommend JM for future tire and wheel repair!

Quality service! A coworker of mine recommended this place and I understand why. The staff was really nice and service time was fairly quick. I think I waited a little over an hour to get all four tires replaced as well as get an alignment done. Either way, top notch service for a fair price. Definitely recommend this place!

Pulled in to check why my tires were low and the technician took a look after 15mins of waiting. Unfortunately he didn’t find anything, charged me $10 to take a look(I’m ok with it), wished i was told he would charge to just look at it. I understand it’s your time but next time tell the customer there is a charge to examine the tire before rushing to take it off (?)Very pushy and unprofessional when asked why they had to charge me. Guy at the front spoke English but the rest of the group did not. Rude/unprofessional. Not going back ever.

The older couple that ran the store in the past understood how to communicate with people. There seem to be a younger man in charge his name is Felipe. Just got off the phone with him and he was very nasty. The guys that do the actual work are respectable but Felipe has not yet grasp the art of communicating with humans.

I normally dont leave reviews, but the service I received was some of the best Ive ever dealt with. I had a blow out at 0600, called when they opened and within 20min they were on scene. Took the tire off, brought me to the shop to pay while they put the new tire on, then drove me back and re-installed the tire. All this happened within 1hr. Wonderful people and exceptional customer service.

Stopped without an appointment to have a screw pulled from the tire and patch. Took me right away and finished very quick. Clean, friendly, courteous, great price and service.

This business closes at 6 PM on weekdays... I called at 5:25 with a nail in my tire and was very politely asked to bring it right in. Arriving at 5:45 the tech quickly got to work. I explained to him I would like it patched from the interior, re-mounted, and balanced with stick-on weights rather than crimp on types. He understood and responded with a simple yes on all requests. I had just picked up my 2.5 year old son from daycare and he was MISERABLE!! So I just left him alone to play with the water cooler while the repairs were being done. After I went out front to have a look at the vehicle I returned inside the store to find the cashier was holding, and having a little conversation with my boy. She had furnished him with a small water bottle and a lollipop--so all seemed to cool and calm. 6 PM came and went and as the business closed up, they took the time to finish up my repair and I was back on the road by 6:15. All this for a super affordable price. I am a mechanic in another trade and watched over the tech as he did the work. I noticed he was using top-shelf tools, and even used a torque wrench to finish off the lug bolt tightening. Very thorough and professional treatment of my AWD Volvo. If you do business at this pleasantly run family business, I doubt you would be disappointed. Thank you much!!

We had our car towed here and the mechanic began working on it the second it was off of the tow truck. It was the fastest tire change I’ve ever seen! Everyone there was very nice and the prices were extremely fair.

I called at 8:55 AM and spoke with a pleasant woman that had me off the phone and on my up there within 5 minutes! They changed my tires in the parking lot and was on my way back to the office within 30 minutes. I also told them I wanted my brakes changed as the gentleman at Jiffy Lube told me 5 days prior during an oil change/tire rotation that i absolutely needed my brakes replaced as I had ground them down to 10%. The woman went and got her husband who also works there and he told me, No, you are fine. You have a good 50% left! No need to replace them now. It was refreshing that he would be that honest and refuse a service that he would get paid for, because it wasnt necessary. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
