I had a 10:50 “appointment” for my Covid booster—at 11:10 I very politely asked the pharmacy tech how much longer would it be as I had to be somewhere else by noon. All I got was a very rude “You will just have to wait”. Also forget filling out the paperwork online as you will only have to fill it out again when you get there as they need “a physical copy”. Then what use is the online option??

Not only does everything take absolutely forever to get done here but it’s also disgusting. This was the corner of the pharmacy next to the chairs that you have to sit in to wait for eternity. You’d think in a pharmacy they’d at least give the illusion of caring about cleanliness.

Very unprofessional at the pharmacy. I walked up to the pharmacy and the girl asked was I there to pickup or drop off. I said neither I came to get flu shot. She says come back at 2 we are going to lunch. It was 1:15 and they close for lunch at 1:30. How long does it take to give a flu shot

Extremely poor customer service on pharmacy department. After keeping my prescription for 8 hours they said they couldn’t find phone no to verify prescription. Another hour later said walgreen software problem. Unbelievable. Then took the prescription in CVS and got medicine in 20 min. Specially the lady in medicine department extremely poor service. I hope they will improve their service and i will reconsider my review

Placed a curbside order a couple hours before arriving at there. It took almost 20 minutes to get ahold of an employee via phone call. When i called upon arrival; and finally got ahold of someone, employee was not aware curbside order was placed. Curbside attendant who gave me my order was friendly and nice. Inventory system is in need of major update so that there isnt an issue with customers ordering a product at this location only to be out of stock. I called walgreens customer service line and was informed to get process refund for products not available but ordered on online curbside portal; takes 7-10 days to get refund which I am disappointed about. This location can definitely hire more employees; I was informed by in store associate via phone that there was a total of two people working.

Extremely poor service at this location especially at the Pharmacy department. They advertise to pre-pay your prescriptions so that you get the Express check-out once you get to the store. 22 minutes wait in line today.....Unbelievable!!

All of my prescriptions are filled here and have never run into any issues with them even through three insurance changes. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the lines never last long if there is one.

This store has NO customer service. I had a question at Pharmacy and after I interrupted the clerk on her phone, when I asked about a product I was told, it’s in one of 3 aisles, you can check. Manager, you are an embarrassment if you let your employees, especially Pharmacy act like that. Headquarter, maybe you need to stop in for a surprise visit

What happened? Service has taken a serious turn for the worse since Walgreens took over from Rite Aid. Waiting time has more than doubled, I’ve been told that a prescription will be ready in 10 minutes, and returned in two hours to find the prescription not ready. I’m currently providing this feedback while waiting in line; 15 minutes so far, and if it weren’t for people giving up and dropping out of the line, I wouldn’t be moving at all. One star may be too generous. Will vote with my feet if there isn’t improvement soon.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been too...they move like snails in the pharmacy. They are at work so the customers time don’t seem to matter. Of the 100+ calls I get about refills they never get them right. I always leave with minus one prescription always!!! I can’t understand that when I’m getting three 90 day refills they should all be done at once...Needless to say I’ve switched to CVS and they deliver....

This pharmacy is the absolute WORST. They have really really gone downhill! My husband waited in line for almost 1 hour to pick up syringes for medication. When he got to the window he was given a small package to sign off for.... he opened it to see they filled a medication called Nitroglycerin and put his name on it and handed it to him. He doesnt take this medication and NEVER has. He was clearly given someone elses medication. When he mentioned this wasnt his the only thing they originally said was that was his DOB and address. I sure hope everyone watches what they are given VERY closely as this can be extremely dangerous!!! If someone was given this and didnt notice, they would be taking a dangerous medication and harming themselves! WOW just wow.

I had to wait on hold without anyone even picking up the phone to acknowledge me for literally 25 minutes. I wanted to see if my perception was ready before I drove all the way there. If course as Im walking up then 1 out of the 3 people that were there finally answered the phone. Ill never go back to this location again.

Great people all over the store! Always polite and most kind. Go there all the time for the family needs

Only store opened from 8AM to 12PM at this area; during COVID-19 time also from 9AM to 10PM. There are several things available mainly over the counter medicines, gifts, western union, passport photo facility and some groceries etc.

OMG the pharmacy suuuuucks so bad. They drag their feet with everything. The line for the pharmacy is always halfway through the store. Bunch of bafoons!! Hire some intellectual people and get your ish together Walgreens!

Night Clerk closed the store atleast 10 min early as if she owned the place. Nasty attitude as well. Whoever was on shift at 11:50 on November 6, 2020 (management)

This is no longer Rite Aid. It is now Walgreens. Nothing has changed inside. Its a standard Pharmacy with cosmetics, some groceries, etc.

I love this rite aid granted the one cashiers a little slow everyone is always in a chipper mood. Your always greeted as you come in the door, awesome sales & Clarence plus its close

This is a nice little Rite Aid, though the parking can be a pain. Unfortunately there is no drive through for the pharmacy, but the RediClinic typically has only a short wait, and the pharmacists are quick and friendly. The store is never too busy which is a plus, and the selection is typical for a Rite Aid.

With 2 kids I feel like we’re always getting an rx filled. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They’ve been very accommodating for quick rx fills as well. Definitely our go too pharmacy.

Its the most convenient pharmacy, but waits are usually slow. Store staff generally not knowledgeable. Prices are far cheaper on Amazon for most OTC meds. I only come here if Im desperate. It gets 2 stars for location.

This store is an joke. The stock clerk is nasty they follow you around like you are going to steal something. Pls do not shop here at all. The pharmacy is good but the rest of the store is run down. If you want something they tell you to go to the wrong section of the store. Rite Aid is Wrong Aid.Today i called rite aid customer service. Low class they just gave me the run around like i maide the story up. Please do not shop het or get your meds here. Every thing is so far out of order and the cost of goids are so over price.

Never an issue until it became Walgreens. There seems to be an issue with every prescription. Even now that the change o er has had a month it is always something. Pho es not working, lines out the door, prescription not ready......

The Rite-Aid pharmacy is very convenient and reliable. As far as the rest of the store, they carry a lot of items, but it is very expensive. I only go there for things that are not carried in Green Valley. But overall, its a nice store.

I had my prescription filled here before. My best advice is try to get it done early in the week days, otherwise it gets so busy and it will take you a while before you get your Rx.

The pharmacy here is pretty terrible - frequent unexpected long waits, unhappy employees, and often they just dont even have the inventory to fulfil the prescription. On the store side, it is fine.

I live in Bethesda and still use this pharmacy. Why? Because they have helped me on a number of occasions when my insurance company (United Healthcare) were being pains in the butt. I really like the pharmacists and their assistants.

Exceptional customer service, very clean and organized store. Regular prices not too competitive, but sale prices cant be beat.

Their selections are somewhat limited. Also, the pharmacy is currently transitioning from a Rite Aid pharmacy to a Walgreens pharmacy. They’ve already been disconnected from Rite Aid’s system, but they haven’t been connected to Walgreen’s system yet. As a result, you can’t use any online services to refill or manage your prescriptions. You have to do everything either in person or over the phone.

Slowest pharmacy ever. If they even have your RX in stock, and even if you had it called in two hours earlier, prepare to wait and be treated rudely. Go to Giant or Safeway 5 miles away.

Since they switched to Walgreens the wait time is extremely long. Getting through to a person on the phone very difficult. To just drop off waiting almost an hour.

Have been given wrong prescription, they dont call when ordered prescription medicines dont arrive as scheduled. They are pleasant in person.

NO greetings from the cashier and she just asked me Is that all? which make me looks like a thief. I complained this to the manager, the manager reminded their cashier, did you ask Is that all you need. Very bad store. Do not go to this store.
