Terrible has a old lady who follows you around the store, very unfriendly. We’ll definitely go to another store in the future.
Had my Dr. call the pharmacy to ensure the prescription would go through, she was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I show up at the pharmacy 4 hours later, and the prescription is not ready. Im told itll take 5 minutes. Ok cool, thats not a bad wait. 45 minutes later no one has gotten back to me, I get back in line. 10 minutes of being in line and Im told that the pharmacist had to fill mine personally and that it would be a few more minutes. 20 minutes later and Im told my medication is out of stock, and they wouldnt have it until the next day.Really?? Really. Just give me a realistic timeframe and Ill be happy, I dont care if I need to wait a day. But dont give me 3 separate time estimates that you cannot keep, wasting my evening, and in the end I dont even get the medication I need.Avoid this CVS pharmacy at all costs. This isnt the first issue Ive had, its just the one that convinced me to drive further to a different pharmacy.
Cashiers and manager do not want to help despite there being a long line. Self check out machines always have issues and ultimately they are rude which is clearly stated by other reviewers. Customer service is lacking.
What a joke. Make an appointment on line for Covid antibody test that website for this location stated it provided, accepted my appointment and check in and then tell me we dont do that here Thanks for wasting my time .
I was on hold trying to get in contact with a pharmacy representative for over 15 minutes . When I finally was able to get on the phone with someone . They hung up in my face & after saying hello & not even giving me a chance to respond RIGHT after she spoke . Service is horrible, you do not just hang up on someone not even 2 seconds of finally being on the phone . Customer service is horrible. I highly do not recommend going here
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! First time I went here one of there workers was a young boy with a fade very rude and unprofessional with very few knowledge of anything secondly someone threw out my prenatal prescription and he tried to tell me that I wasn’t in there system after just leaving me a voicemail that same day saying that my prescription was ready for pick this was already my third attempt to come and pick it up so this time I was very frustrated so I then asked for my prescription paper so I could go else where they claimed not to have that either. I showed them the several voicemails left by them telling me to come in and texts that where sent saying my prescription was ready and that this was my third time coming attempting to get my prescription she verified that the number texting and leaving me voicemails were from their cvs she also told me that my prescription was somehow whipped out of system I then lwt her know that this was very unprofessional and that I brought my prescription there so I could receive my prescription and not be sent away empty handed because of a mess up caused by someone who works there then I left so she then created a new one prescription im guessing because she called me about 10 mins later saying that she just printed out a prenatal prescription and that I could come pick it up. Funny how she called me after she just said they didn’t have any of my information in the system and that it was so called whipped out. Also I had a covid-19 testing scheduled that I needed for work purposes and they canceled my appointment without any explanation just unprofessional and careless they need to reevaluate there workers at this site because it just seems to me they do what they want here without taking consideration for the customers. I would never recommend this cvs site to anyone.
Since January 2020 this store remains sporadically closed at night. Clearly corporate doesnt care. Perhaps they need to put a call center in America so that they receive messages that this store has been closed nightly since January 2020. Its really bizarre that a store can be closed for 2 months at night when they boast 24 hours online and on a huge placard outside; yet they havent noticed that the staff just leaves the lights on, locks the doors and sticks a typed note on the door about, sorry for the inconvenience we will reopen tomorrow at 7am. I was given this Incident number S-677951 by a rep on their 1800 number on March 3, 2020 . I WILL UPDATE ON HOW LONG IT TAKES THEM TO RESPOND/ RECTIFY the situation. Time for WALGREENS...
Just checked on my prescriptions, clerk spoke fast, asked for information twice and it was obvious she wasn’t listening. Then she burst out laughing...when she continued I asked her what was so funny, and she still didn’t answer. When I said it again and that I didn’t understand she said she was talking to her co-worker!!! So Rude, insensitive, unprofessional, unconcerned for my needs as a customer and not even apologetic.Extremely poor representative of her company and enough that I am calling my doctor and asking her to pull my prescriptions and send them elsewhere.
This is, hands down, the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have one prescription which I fill monthly, and regardless of the time of day or night, the wait is never less than 30 minutes for pick up. Nine times out of ten they have made an error which requires correction and further delay for pick up. The carelessness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
This pharmacy either doesnt pick up their phone, or theyre not open when stated pharmacy hours say theyre open. Very frustrating!
Very bad customer service
This place never has people fax! Then they say come back in a certain amount of hour, when you do come back, still not ready. It’s honestly ridiculous.
Ive been customer for years. Their professionalism and concern for me and my families wellbeing is always there. The staff in the store and pharmacy are great. Always greeted with a smile and a wonderful attitude. I love my pharmacy. They make my life so much easier. Thank you.
I went to the clinic in there. I had a P.A. attend to me for a physical. It was a nice and brief visit. I did have to wait for a while (about 15-20minutes) to do my physical even though I was on time per my scheduled appointment.
Was on hold for 30-45 minutes until 10pm, then was hung up on. called back, and was told the store was closed even thought it said it closed at 12am online. also my “pharmacy team” won’t let me refill my DAILY prescription until february 10th 2021. i got an 84 day supply on october 6th 2020. do the math.
Unable to give give ZERO stars deserved. My elderly parents made and arrived for four seperate appointments for Covid-19 testing. Each time upon their arrival they were informed there was no one able to perform the test. This is TOTALLY unacceptable!
I have been a customer since they opened. This past year they have REALLY gone down hill. They call to say a prescription is ready and when you get there it is not - several times now. The window workers are less than helpful and going in is not much better.
Average front store experience but exceptional pharmacy staff. 24hrs
I understand working in a pharmacy can be challenging but when you choose this as your career you should at-least do it with some kindness and consideration to those that are sick or less fortunate. Almost every interaction with this pharmacy whether it be in person or via phone is terrible. They want you to take your business elsewhere so I highly recommend doing so.
Needed a nebulizer for my kid. Called and was told they sell it in isle 15 and quoted a price. Got there and was told they don’t sell it on the floor, can only get it through an Rx. She had a quick ‘sorry sir...have a great night’. Whole experience really made me mad as hell. Guess my expectations are too high.
The worst pharmacy I have ever used only because ny wife did not have insurance they did not fell her up and also she was not on the system that stupid people in pharmacy not u doc
Waited 30 minutes to drop off old medications at the drop box because the pharmacist was arguing with a customer in the drive thru. The box door should be unlocked when the pharmacy opens. Completely unprofessional.
Pharmacy is now 24/7 which makes picking up prescriptions anytime easy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Though for some reason the CVS system always seems to remove health insurance from prescriptions every few months and you have to wait for them to fix it in their system to process correctly.
Madison thank you ! I was in a bad mood because I was in pain but thank you for your excellent customer service !!!!!
I would give 0 stars if I could. The middle eastern tech at Pharmacy Check-in is blatantly rude and disrespectful. Her customer service skills are horrible and she should NOT be working with the public. She totally ignored and disregarded me, skipping over me to acknowledge another middle eastern person, who was actually behind me. I gave her my prescriptions and she snatched them out of my hand. As she inputted the information, she asked me to verify all of the info on the prescription -- As though they werent mine. This caused me to have to repeat my personal information out loud...??? Not...Violation of HIPPA, which I informed her of. I also told her that I would be writing and reporting her behavior to the store management and to CVS corporate. Her response was, WE ARE BUSY. WE HAVE A LOT OF CALL OUTS! I explained to her that was not my issue, and that it doesnt justify her horrible attitude and poor customer service. Additionally I watched and listened to them ignore the phone and drive up window for over 15 minutes. They knew 1 of the callers was my insurance company calling to provide them with my benefit information. Still...6 staff behind the counter, and they cant pick up the phone. It rings and announces how many calls are holding in cue -- 3 calls. Unacceptable. I only came here because it was near the medical office I just left. I shouldve checked the ratings first...2.3 stars and all for poor customer service. I couldnt agree more...HORRIBLE. Find a location where employees actually care and want to work. This one isnt it. Im not feeling well, which is why Im here, but I will be drafting a letter to send to CVS corporate, tonight.
The pharmacy has had some kind of management change in the last year. Peescriptions used to ready everytime you needed them. Now you always have to wait 15 minutes for a prescription to be ready and you still have to keep asking about it.
Bring in a prescription slip on a Tuesday. Out of stock, itll be ready Thursday by 5, they say, and theyll call me if theres an issue. Get there Thursday at 4:30, they tell me itll be ready sometime Monday. Get a call Friday, itll be ready by mid-week instead, they say. Go there the following Wednesday evening, its out of stock and itll be ready on Monday, they say. Monday, I get a text saying my Rx is being processed! I call the attached number, an automated message says itll be ready Tuesday by 5. Tuesday at 7, I call the number. Automated message says itll be ready not the NEXT day, but the FOLLOWING Wednesday.Next day, I go get my Rx slip back and walk it down the street to Costco. They have it filled inside of 7 minutes. The Aristocrats!
I have never had a problem with the pharmacy or the store itself. Always a pleasent experience, and very convenient since the store is open 24 hours. Employees are very helpful, and get you in and out the door quickly.
Please change your audio prompt on your phone and turn off the bright red neon on the front of your door that says OPEN 24HOURS! I have a very sick child. I went out to get medication for my child. One walmarts and grocery stores are hard to find open 24 hours right now, two its very frustrating to go on a wild goose chance looking for medications to help crying child at off hours. As a parent you already feel helpless. Very disappointed!!
Always understaffed and incredibly slow service. 75% of the time, the staff in store and in pharmacy are rude or don’t care that they are interacting with real humans
I have been using this pharmacy for about a year without issue. Now I have been battling them for 2 weeks just trying to refill a prescription that I have refilled every month for a long time. They say it needs authorization, sends it to my doctor, he signs it and sends it back, then they say they never received it, or worse, that I had already refilled it and picked it up, which is not true. I have been given the run around for two weeks and still have no resolution. My biggest complaint is the lack of caring, empathy, or understanding from the staff. Not once have they tried to be helpful. Several times that I have called in, my call was dropped and I had to call back and wait all over again. If you have no problems, theyre adequate. But introduce one little snag, and its a horrible experience. I just called in today, and they said I need to start the whole process over again. Its infuriating.
I am a Nurse Practitioner that lives in the area and had to use this particular CVS pharmacy for my own child’s scripts. I send tons of patients and prescriptions here to this pharmacy so I hear the complaints all the time about this location but I also have learned to sometimes take things with a grain of salt. Well today I used the drive through and the young lady at the pharmacy window was quite nasty, didn’t greet me, talked in an extremely low tone on purpose causing me to keep saying “huh” or “I can’t hear you”. I had the scripts sent over an hour ago and still had to wait in the parking lot until it was ready. The young lady acted like she didn’t want to render the services to me that she is being paid for. I will never use this location again nor will I send another patients prescription to this location.
We had a terrible experience at this locations pharmacy. Basically, the pharmacist had no compassion and has no business being in a position that interacts with customers. We complained but of course we know nothing will be done about it. We now use a local pharmacy where customer service is actually a thing. Glad to never do business with CVS again. Unfortunately, I know that many people have no choice but to use CVS due to CVS taking over Caremark.
I have had several bad experiences picking up prescriptions at this location:1.) I just picked up a prescription for my husband that was supposed to contain a 90 day supply and there were only 30 pills in the bottle. I called up immediately and they will rectify the situation, but I have to drive back over to the store and hope that a bottle has been left for me to pick up no charge. No discount or other accommodation was offered after their mistake.2.) I have called many times to see if a prescription is ready, told that it was and arrive to find that they dont have it ready. Once in the middle of July, they told me that they could have it ready for me in 20 minutes after I arrived to find my prescription not filled (after calling and being told it was ready). Since that isnt enough time to drive home, I waited in the parking lot with my three small napping children (under a shade tree, windows down, closely watching my kids the whole time). After 20 minutes of waiting in the heat, I drove back around to discover that they didnt even have my sons medicine in stock. I would have to come back.3.) Other times, when using the drive through, I have been told that they are too short staffed and I would have to go inside (after waiting in the car line) because they didnt have enough people to staff the drive through window.Unfortunately, we have to use CVS because of my husbands work insurance plan. If we could go anywhere else, I would.
I physically took a prescription for ADHD medicine to the pharmacy 2 weeks ago, it was too early to fill. On the date prescription should be filled I get a text saying they have no stock. I went in to see why, they told me they dont order medicine until the date the medicine is to be filled. So now my daughter has no ADHD medicine for 5 days. this is the last straw, constant problems at this location.
They were VERY nice and helpful, even applied a discount to a medication not covered by my insurance. I will continue to use and recommend this pharmacy.
They have a small clinic and it is very fast.really nice service
Horrible experience. Extreme laziness, no sense or urgency, terrible attitudes, along with incompetence are among the attributes of the staff in the pharmacy. I attempted to have some prescriptions filled at this location simply for convenience, but have since transferred everything to another location.
I come here strictly for convenience. Most employees in pharmacy always act like they ready to leave or dont like they job. Young woman complained about how its always busy in front of customers. I told her I had an issue finding something she just told me the isle number. Another woman came around and helped me find what I needed but then the other young woman had already started taking other customers. It literally would have been 2 seconds because what I needed was right by the pharmacy counter. They arent empathetic and just want you to hurry up and go. Im sorry you have to work and you are getting paid. Not all are horrible but some workers make the store look bad.
It’s now a 24hr 7-11! I had urgent care send Rx there to only find out the pharmacy is no longer 24hrs, so my son who has a flu can’t get his much needed medication at 10:15pm!
I just have to say that the manager handled a problem with my CVS rewards card patiently and very professional. He was very sweet as well. Thank you.
Bad experience, waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And I got the wrong medicine and obviously didnt want to work!
Price gouging on Lysol, $11 a can during national crisis. Cannot speak with manager, will report
Manager Reggie was really nice and helpful
Was told my prescription would be another 15 minutes... waited 50 minutes while they all continuously stared at me with no answers. Eventually just got up and left
Horrible customer service and pharmacy. I cant say never but I can truly say that I will try my best not to go there again.
Probably one of the worst CVSs i have ever been to. The staff is rude, the place isnt cleaned as well as it should. The location is a bit odd. And not to mention this place was robbed a few months ago so safety around the store is a big ? mark. I would go somewhere else for all your medication or short trips to a store needs.
Horrible customer service! Take your business elsewhere.
Been to many, many CVSes (CVSs??) over the years. Moved to this area four years ago so this is our new go-to CVS. And it is absolutely ... average!!Pharmacy is good, except for wait times. As Ive seen in every other CVS I have ever been in, they are always understaffed and yet everyone there is almost always friendly and helpful, no matter how stupid my questions are.The rest of the store is absolutely average too. Oftentimes they are out of stock on that one item that I want (you know, that generic one that is half the price of the name brand one next to it). Not completely clean, cuz they usually have stocking boxes in the aisles. But good enough. They do have a good variety of choices for most of the things that I want to buy, for me and my wife and kids.Cashiers are OK, but they too are always understaffed. I often get e-mail How was your visit? surveys from them, and I always tell them to get more cashiers.Bottom line: I think that Farrah A. and her 3 stars is perfect for this place. Nothing really wrong, but nothing really great either.
I have been a customer for 10 years and recently in the past 6 months they have screwed up every order I have placed with them and each time I pull up it takes no less than 20 minutes in the drive through to pick up or place an order. Corporate does not respond to emails and the store likes to quote laws that dont exist on a Federal or State level. They are constantly out of my prescription and I have to play this game with ordering several days in advance to make sure they have what I need. I do not recommend this store or CVS at all. They seem to be more interested in if I have a CVS card so they can track my shopping habits over making sure I get my medicine. On more than one occasion I have called my insurance company only to find out that a so called Law is really a policy for them to Cover Their A$$. Just an update...nothing has changed in 2017. Unfortunately they are the only ones that carry the meds I need. Seems to be the norm for this place. EVERYONE complains of the same problems. It seems bad attitude comes from up high.
Staff is always welcoming when you come in its nice having a CVS in the neighborhood
Last 2 times Ive come in they were still working on my prescription. Funny I called 2 days before hand and they were working on it then, must be pretty difficult job!
I have had to visit this CVS approximately 12 times in the past 6 months due to health issues. 4 out of those 12 times, there was something appalling incorrect with my medication. Statistically, I dont know how this pharmacy has been legally able to continue operating. Today I picked up my medication (which was labeled correctly) only to find the wrong pills inside. I googled the pills I was given and was disturbed to learn it was a HEART MEDICATION that was rated class D for positive evidence of risk to pregnant women. Its truly upsetting that my three previously reported incidents have not yielded more accurate work on their part. They are putting every single customer at risk!
Honestly this pharmacy isn’t even worth the one star. I have a special needs son, with a lot of medications, and their pharmacy repeatedly messes up my son’s medications. They don’t communicate when you are out of refills, even though the physical bottleand the app says I have refills left, they don’t communicate when they are out of a medication, and they don’t communicate when a prior authorization is required. Now I’m used to handling a lot, but I should not have to do the job of every pharmacist and pharmacy tech at cvs.
Worst ever! First of all, they were not ready when I first stopped by long time after my doctor visit. Second time, they messed up with my prescription having much less medication. Always double check your prescription if you will have to go there.
Sadly they cant even put am otc medicine that I needed along with my sick babies medicine so I wouldnt have to come in and drag her out. I worked for cvs before I became a nurse and we went put of our way to assist those in need especially with ill babies. Poor people skills.
Have been many times to store, pharmacy, and minute clinic and have always been pleased with the service. This place seems to always have cars in the parking lot, so others seem to agree with me.
BAD!! SO AFTER A LONG DAY DEALING WITH HEALTH ISSUES I TOOK MY SCRIPTS TO GET FILLED I ARRIVED BACK @9:50 TO PICK THEM UP AND THEY CLOSE @ 10:00 I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE MADE IT BACK SOONER BUT IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE I WAS JUST HAPPY TO SEE THAT I MADE IT THE TECH OPENED UP THE WINDOW AND GIVES ME A LOOK LIKE HE WAS UPSET THAT I WAS THERE NO HELLO, NO HOW ARE YOU NOT EVEN A WELCOME TO CVS HOW CAN I HELP YOU NOTHING HE ASKED ME WHAT DO U NEED I TOLD HIM MY MEDS WERE READY AND GAVE HIM MY INFO HE THEN TOLD ME YOUR INSURANCE CARD WAS NO GOOD AND THAT I HAVE TO CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET IT ACTIVATED OR PAY CASH THEN HE LOOKS ME IN THE EYE AND TELLS ME WE ARE NOW CLOSED! I LOST IT I ASKED HIM HOW ARE YOU CLOSED AND I AM STILL HERE HE THEN TELL ME THAT HIS CASH REGISTER HAS BEEN PULLED SO HE CANT HELP ME I ASKED FOR HIS BOSS HE WALKED AWAY SOME ONE ELSE CAME UP TO HELP ME AND THEY WERE ABLE TO RESOLVE EVERYTHING FOR ME BUT I JUST FELT LIKE EVERY EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO WHAT SHE DID IT JUST SUCKS THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH THE FIRST PERSON WHEN EVERY EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE TRAINED LIKE THE SECOND PERSON HELPED ME A WORD OF ADVICE WHEN A CUSTOMER COMES TO PICK UP MEDS YOU DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH THEM BUT THEY ARE HERE BECAUSE THEY NEED MEDICINE SO BE KIND BECAUSE WE ARE SICK OR IN PAIN THATS WHY WE ARE HERE! !
Rude, ignorant, white trash. I used to frequent this pharmacy and then the pharmacist had a baby. Then they went 24hours. Too many students who dont know what their doing. And thevlines are always horrendous. Ill never go there again.
This place was a big was of my time. I am from out of state and have no issue filling any of my out of state prescription at any other place. I went in 3 days before I needed it filled. They told me they would call my doctors office and have my prescription ready for me. They also told me they would call me if there were any issues. I came back 3 days later to find they only tried my doctors office once and didnt get ahold of anyone. They didnt call me to let me know that. They then decided to fill my prescription and told me it would take an hour. They did not call my doctors office. I told them to call them. The pharmacists then told me again that they were not able to get a hold of my doctors office. They had already filled my prescription and refused to give it to me. I went to Wallgreens and had it filled within 20 minutes using my out of state license to fill my out of state prescription.
Had an USAA ATM!!!! I was so happy! Wished every CVS placed a USAA ATM in their store.
Terrible service. I had a script that needed filled and I came a week later to get it and they said I wasnt even in their system. They were ZERO help to get it resolved and wanted me to do the leg work they should of been doing, I am sorry but I dont have that extra time I have a job to get back to and this IS your job. I took my prescription elsewhere.
The pharmacy techs and pharmacist just seem way too busy to help out. Its very crowded and cluttered. The store clerk at the front just seems very bored or angry.
They waste too time and they dont know what they have until they make you wait for 45 minutes, just for them to tell you they dont have it
Going to the pharmacy is like going to a used car lot, where there are never any guarantees and you always leave wondering why you even went in the first placeYou place a refill online as instructed and when you show up as per the refill time you selected almost a day later your told we dont make guarantees so what is the point of even refilling it online and giving them the prior notice. When you show up its like they have never heard of you and your a criminal for wanting your medication when they gave you the time to come and pick it up.Yes they are busy, yes they have terrible customer service, yes they could care less about HIPPA and just blast your information out loud.
Horrible service. Very unhelpful. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a pharmacy and most extensive and unnecessary process of refilling prescriptions. Waste of time. Do not go here.
Poorly managed store. Ten minute wait plus run-around to get aspirin from over-the-counter lock box. Why aspirin was in with the meth-making OTCs was unclear. And why the pharmacists cannot unlock the box is also a mystery. On several occasions, I have encountered really rude pharmacy folks. Once, one acknowledged me standing there waiting to check out. She was unpacking boxes and said she would be a minute. I had no problem with her finishing the box she was doing. But then she finished it and started on another one!! Are you kidding me? Bad attitudes, no sense of customer service-- is it that hard to find pharmacists and pharmacy techs that want to do their job? In this economy?! Really?? Can NOT recommend.
Waiting time is too much, they say 15 minutes, it it took 1hour and 15 minutes.
Blue haired pharmacy employee was super helpful and very nice.
Excellent Store, Friendly people and Employees. Love it here. Love it.
Great sales good online ordering prices
Parmacy lied said they would fill a prescription for my wife she is diabled . Im a otr driver so i had to park a mile away and walk . After walking the guy we talked to over the phone said he didnt talk to the pharmacist and would not fill the scrip. Then we call back after we left them he called me a lier that he didnt talk to anybody then the mgr called me a lier to . We will never usd any cvs ever agian nor will we ever spend one red cent in the state of md. Cvs has a problem when they call customers lier just to cover up there screwup . I wouldnt give them a 1 star rating if there was a 0.
I love the service and the people that work at this CVS. Im always treated like a priority!!
The employee on staff obviously called Howard county police, because I took to long in the bandaid aisle . The officer waiting at the register with the clerk made pretend he was shopping for candy and couldnt make up his mind, allowing me to go in front of him and pay .smh
Saw dissatisfied customers regarding the pharmacy. Have only shopped in this CVS with no issues. Im in and out. Visited the clinic once for sports physical and no issues there either.
Great placeI love to go because it s open 24 hours
Went to the minute clinic..very good experience ..would highly recommend it.
I recently went to the minute clinic at this CVS and had a wonderful experience until I walked over to the pharmacy with my prescription. All of the pharmacy employees showed a complete lack of customer service and were very unprofessional. From the man taking the script order (rude and arrogant) (who also made a sexual innuendo when one of the female reps stated that she blows, his response was good to know) to the 3 women unpacking boxes (gossiping about how a coworker is worthless at her job etc..) All of this right out and in front of their customers. Lastly the cashier with no service skills what so ever. No hello, no thank you nothing. It felt like i was in line with the soup nazi. I should do another review to compliment the rest of the store however because it is very clean when i go there and well stocked. The cashiers at the front are always nice. My complaint here is strictly with the pharmacy itself not the retail side of this store.
I live down the street, service is always slow. I can never run in and out.
Fast lines, nice and knowledgeable employees
Spent 2 hours at pharmacy. Got even sicker waiting for my prescription with coughing and sneezing people. Thank you CVS. Here is your 1 star rating
Excellent pharmacy, great sales in the store!
After incorrectly entering my information they made me wait 2 hours because they didnt know how to verify insurance. The store is clean but the pharmacy staff is not professional.
Bad service pharmacy take them forever to pick up the phone( 0 zero star if I can)
Can’t believe this pharmacy hasn’t shut down
Have been getting my scripts here for a couple years now and overall very good experience both in-store and drive-thru
After 10+ years of having our prescriptions filled in this store weve now transferred everything to another Pharmacy. Im done putting up with the bad attitudes and the total disregard for customer service.
Pharmacy is super slow and unfriendlyPro: there’s a drive thru however expect to wait 30 + minutes for a line of 4 cars
They are the worst. But its Laurel! So there should be no surprise!
On hold for 20 minutes. Useless.
Made a sports physical appointment for 1100. Checked in early and found out we would still be waiting almost an hour to be seen. This is beyond unacceptable. Avoid this CVS at all costs!
Ridiculously slow pharmacy service, very rude pharmacy employees.
Medicine never Ready on time... drive thru closed most of time... Horrible service
Not very helpful, always slow.
Joke
Great
