Slowest pumps in the world! You wouldn’t think this an issue until you realize it’s pumping a gallon a minute…do you want to pump gas for 15-20 minutes!!? One thing I realized is if you’re sharing the pump with someone on the opposite side it pumps EVEN slower.

There’s four different prices for each grade of gasoline. The big number you see advertised is way cheaper than what normal people using a card are going to pay. The pumps are gross and annoying. The car wash looks like trash.

I can always count on this Shell in Elkridge being open at night. Theres nothing worse than being on Empty and your local Shell, Snowden Square, 🚫⭐ is closed early at night. They close when they want. This Shell in Elkridge is dependable and the staff is great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Need to get their machines on the pumps fixed. Been here multiple times and the 2 times I try to pay for both gas and car wash...it asks which kind of car wash I want and I select what I want. When Im done pumping gas and get receipt, the damn machine never gives me a code for the car wash but doesnt charge me for it. I tell them EVERY time and its just laughed away.

The service station owner, Myke, has been very helpful, personable, and honest. Prices are very reasonable and he has been willing to accommodate my crazy work schedule. Highly recommend for routine maintenance.

I would just like to say that the person who is running the shop now, Mr. Michael Johnson is a excellent manager. He is very professional & is on top of things! He seems to be VERY honest & that is very hard to find now a days!So thank you & who cares about this Russell guy, he seemed to always charge extra for the littlest things, just sayin.

Misleading gas prices

Honest service center mechanic and great taco spot at a gas station!!!! A gas station... And close to 95 exit if your on a trip and need to refuel.

Myke is truly the man. Moved down here a month ago. My wife and I needed to get our cars inspected. Myke took care of both very quickly! Mine needed some work done on it and he gave a very good price on the repairs, gave me a free oil change, and came in on his off day so I could pick my car up since that was the only day I could do it. Dont think twice about stopping in to see Myke. I know I will be back for my next oil change.

Station is fine but usually one of the most expensive in the general area. They do have a compressed air machine available.

Owner and staff extremely rude, no difference on who is the supervisor. Zero Customer service!! Owner nonchalant on lack of proper guide on carwash pathway on discounted gas and carwash combo.

They are scammers charge twice the gas and if you go and claims they respond rudely, someone knows the consumer service number
