Manager was extremely rude, on top of giving us the wrong paint. Was yelling at us saying we intentionally cause him problems.

I work for a local storage facility and have a HUGE painting project underway. I know absolutely zero about painting, supplies, etc. and was going into this task completely blind. Andrew Fickinger came to my facility and helped me choose the correct paint that I would need for the task and had been extremely helpful during the entire process. When I came to the location today to pick up the paint, Callie Zulick and Ian Sullivan had everything ready for me and knew exactly what I came to pick up once I gave them my name. I had a million and one questions about supplies and Callie, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products in her store. After the transaction, Ian even helped me put the items in my car (I had a number of heavy paints). The overall experience went very smoothly and the store was very well kept. Thanks guys!

Went in with a cut of paint from my drywall and a prayer that the paint can that the previous owners had left behind could be a clue to what they paint downstairs was. Although it was a sunday morning, it was busy and the guy at the register wasnt interested in looking at the pictures I had taken from my garage. He took my sample, out it in his machine, asked what finish I wanted and said he needed a few minutes to do the mix. He was gone and I walked around the store. I went back 10-15 minutes later to ask him which type of paint he was mixing cos they have diff types and prices. He was already done with mine and when I asked him to out some on my sample, he already had and I had my hand on it but couldnt tell cos the match was quite good. I took it home and my painter was shocked at how close the match was. So while he could have communicated more, i left soooo happy. So 5 stars!
