They got my repair done quickly and for a decent price but they broke the driver seat adjustment panel off and wouldn’t fix it without my paying more.Follow up: Two days after this was posted, the owner of Master tech reached out to me to ask about the issue. We had a quick discussion and then I came in and had it looked at. Master Tech said that they weren’t sure if it had broken off while it was there but that they were going to replace it for free just in case. I was super impressed with how quickly they helped to solve the problem. With how honest and ready to help they are at Master Tech, I will make sure that all the repairs I need done are handled there.

Absolutely would go back. They saved me about half the cost of what others wanted to charge because they only replaced what was absolutely needed. They also waived an initial diagnostic fee without me even bringing it up because they felt it right to do so.

The team squeezed in my daughters old vehicle to examine some recent fender damage while she was in town from school. Car not worth the body work. Not only did they repair the fog light that we took it in for but they secured all loose spots and did such a great job keeping her safe! They are great guys and do a awesome job with competitive pricing and have been going there for 10 years.

I think this is the most magnificent place for any type of bodywork for the car.They are very honest and fixed my car like new. They are really experts and price is very good. I will definitely take my cars there and recommend my friends also.

Disappointed is the only word I can use to describe my experience. Sent my daughter to have a muffler and resonator pipe replaced on her car. Charged me $475.96 for a cheap muffler made in Taiwan and $109.96 for a resonator pipe. I found a Walker muffler for $177 at Rock Auto and a resonator for $47. I dont mind a little markup to make a reasonable profit, but this is obscene. Too bad they feel the need to pad their prices so much. I was going to use them more frequently since they were close and seemed reputable, but not now.Followup: Yes, I did approve the work to be done over the phone. I assumed the charges would be high due to a complicated installation. It wasnt. Markup on components was more than 100%. I was also charged for a rear windshield wiper that neither myself nor my daughter authorized ($20). Yes, I could have contacted you, but I am too busy to bother chasing down a business owner for failing to do the right thing in the first place.You dont understand business very well if you believe that you have to charge exorbitant markups to stay in business. I will always pay more for great customer service at a small business if I am charged a REASONABLE price. Thats why I am taking my business back to Roys Automotive. It is out of my way, but at least I have never been gouged by them.

After taking my dodge challenger to the dealership and hearing the mechanics expensive solutions the possible problems I might be experiencing. MasterTech Auto Service pin-pointed the issue and fixed it within 2 hours. My bank account and I were very satisfied.

I have used these guys for over 15 years. They are the absolute best kind of people that youd ever want to deal with. Ive walked in, put my head on the chopping block with all kinds of problems that I cant understand and they fix something simple and charge me $10. I just had an alternator go bad. Dont really know what to say about them. Im getting a car from out of state. Dealer was kind enough to bring it to them for me for a prepurchase inspection. Summary sheet has only blank dashes which I was told are their equivalent to a check mark but, seems a bit odd to me; looks like a blank checklist from my laymens perspective. Miles on recap sheet going in are the same as the miles coming out. Called to ask why this was the situation. The response was a hesitant yes... As if to say why would they be different. After a second I asked why, since it looked as if they did not drive the vehicle. At first the response was well we dont record the miles we drive in them. When I asked why, Mark, (the support desk I guess) told me that it was just a mistake and that it should have been reported. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but that seemed very suspicious to me. Cars are to expensive of an investment to take a chance on and while the car in question is probably in good shape (picking it up on Halloween) it irks me still that I dont have the piece of mind to know what all really was done on the car. Not to mention I gave them $65 for an inspection Im not confident all bases were covered in. Given I cant really ever know I should probably be giving no star but perhaps someone will reach out to me to try and fix this. Aside from the lack of confidence in his voice when I asked, Mark was very kind and easy to work with over the phone so I believe thats worth something.

Honest and do a great job. Have used them for my 68 Buick, 06 Lexus and they even do motorcycle inspections. Nice to have a local shop to deal with that isnt always trying to upsell me with unneeded stuff aka Dobbs. They do good work at a good price.

Ive had 4 motorcycle inspections from Master Tech and although I know its a waste of their time (they dont make any money on them) they are happy to do it and fit me quickly. Rick has been there every time and has been very helpful with my car problems as well. I highly recommend Master Tech.
