Pro-Tech replace my side view mirrors on my Lexus. They did an exceptional job. This is my second time to Pro-tech. In both services they were consistent in on time or early delivery, quality, value, professional services. Followed by a full professional wash inside and outside of the vehicle. Last comment is about their people, all are very kind and nice people - from the receptionist to the Manager, and the tow trucks that transport the car from the Center to Primary service garage.

Unfortunately, Ive needed Pro-Tech services over the years. What Ive learned is that Pro-Tech is the best place in the state of Mo to have your Auto repaired. They stand by their work, charge a fair price and do great work. I had a clip break from some work done in 2019. I stopped by unannounced on 07/2021 and after 20 minutes they had replaced the clip and sent me on my way with no charge. The owners and staff are great to work with.

Highly recommend. Alex assisted me after a deer decided to try and catch a ride on the front of my jeep. Alex assisted on getting my jeep towed and was very professional from start to finish. They worked in concert with my insurance company to make it a fast and easy experience.

Jan and the crew are among the best in the business. I have taken a a couple of cars to them for body work over the last handful of years at both of their locations. Every single time they go above and beyond in helping you at every step of the way. From insurance claims to personal out of pocket work. They hit a home run every time with out fail. In the auto body industry, that is hard to do. I have had so so experiences at other high end shops/dealerships. My last 3 cars have gone no where but Protech and that is because of their extreme attention to detail, professionalism, and timelines.

Exceptional - professional and capable beyond words. Scott Witzig repaired my door that was twisted on its hinge right in his parking lot so I wouldnt have to drive it that way before I could return for a more thorough look. Then concluded a more invasive repair wasnt necessary saying, if therapy heals the knee, its better not to replace it. He and his team are certified to work on aluminum panels and frames (Im told only two in St Louis are by my insurance agent Steve LaVigne, who found Scott for me), and a shop FULL of cars nicer than my 17 Audi is a testament to his nearly 30 years of experience. He knew enough about that door, how the C-Pillar was constructed that it was hinged to, and how hard it is to truly match paint. His confidence and comfort turning down $3,000 of work that could have been justified (I had two estimates from shops saying door had to be replaced) reassured me. I still drove the car a couple days listening for wind noise, even went through a car wash to ensure no water intrusion, before deciding to withdraw the insurance claim. I was still willing to pay him to have a more thorough look; he persuaded me it wasnt necessary. Reminds me of an artist contributing a $400 painting to a silent auction, who once told me, dont tell anyone it took me twenty minutes to paint that; it took thirty years of experience to be able to do that in twenty minutes. Inexperienced shops would rather be safe than sorry and will replace everything theres money to pay for. Pro-Techs in this business for the right reasons, and I would unreservedly recommend them to anybody.

I visited Pro-Tech Collision Center after having a bad customer experience at another local body shop. I was extremely impressed with their shop and customer service. In fact, I thought that perhaps they were a bit too high end luxury to want to do my car repair work - I found, they were very happy to help, authentic and went above and beyond. I think this is the best place for any type bodywork for the car, I have found after a long search. They are very honest. They fixed my car like new. They are really experts and price is very good. I will definitely take my cars there and recommend my friends also.

I live next door to Pro-Tech and when I found rust drips on my car from my covered parking, I called Pro-Tech to ask if they could do anything about it. They had me come over and got the rust off my car free of charge. I cant thank them enough and their customer service is beyond compare even to customers like myself with such a simple problem. They worked so hard to finish my car on a tight deadline (I was moving), and they had wonderful communication with me! Additionally, when I did end up moving and found a slight issue with my car, they covered the cost no questions asked and worked with my home dealership to make things easier on me.
