Purchased new bed for post back surgery father. Bed is perfect and new pillows are amazing! Bought some for girlfriend and I as well. Our visit to the Ellisville store was quick and painless. Store manager Sean was very nice and super helpful. Made our selection easy. Definitely returning for our next purchase!

This is the second mattress we have purchased from Terry Young this year at the Bedroom Store. Terry provided an excellent sales experience by taking the time to understand our needs and apply his years of experience to find us the best comfort and features in our price range. Having the right sales manager makes all the difference and I would recommend asking for Terry Young if you are in the market for a mattress.

This place is awesome! Was looking for a water bed insert and went to a couple different places and they were saying it was going to cost around $800. They even tried making me buy a whole new mattress. I came to the bedroom store an Shaun was working. He is super knowledgeable and new exactly what I needed immediately. Ended up spending a third of what I was told elsewhere. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I were in need of a new mattress as ours was starting to sag. With many Presidents Day sales going on, we had seen a lot of good deals advertised in the paper. We started at The Bedroom Store and didnt see a need to continue shopping elsewhere. They had a huge selection of mattress to see and lay on and the service - and most importantly knowledge - that the manager gave us was incredible! We had no idea technology in mattresses had changed so much since our last purchase almost 10 years ago. As the manager carefully listened to what we were looking for, he gave us a couple recommendations. We never felt pressured to go with one mattress over another. We settled on a new Euro Top and we couldnt be happier with our purchase! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress and a no hassle experience.

Although the sales experience was fine (of course it was, they wanted my money), they cancelled my delivery for a later date & when we called back to ask if they could move the date up, the delivery department was less than congenial. I would think that a business would go the extra mile to communicate politely with their customers when it was their lack of planning that canceled the first delivery. Also that a rescheduled delivery date would be sooner rather than later. So how many balls were dropped between the sales transaction, making of the furniture, & delivery? I am severely disappointed & will not be recommending the business to anyone.

These guys are A+. I got so much help and such great service! Highly recommended.

The staff was extremely helpful and informative and spent a good amount of time discussing various options with us. We are very pleased with the quality and the feel of our new bed!
