I just went to the Sprint store to buy a new phone . I’m deaf and read lips. I asked the first employee if she would move her mask down so that I could read her lips. She immediately said no. I asked again and she replied that employees are not allowed to do so. She then asked her manager who said no. That they’re on camera and corporate watches them. I asked if they had anything in place via the American Disabilities Act, and they both said no. There was absolutely no attempt to honor my request.Through the pandemic I have never been treated with such a lack of compassion and customer service.
Honestly never have a good experience when going to this store. This time I decided to call and ask a few questions before making the trip into the store and George said were swamped and I have a customer in front of me so what do you want? In such a rude tone....excuse me? Maybe put me on hold or take a call back number. I LITERALLY CAN NEVER GET HELP THROUGH YOU GUYS!! Im so sick of this company when I can never get ANSWERS! So done!
Eddie has been extremely helpful the two times my fiance has come in. The first time, we came in to get a new phone and Apple watch. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The second time, we actually had a problem with the Apple watch and after being told by another associate to go directly to the Apple store, he told us to wait for him to try and fix it. We appreciated the good effort and continued friendliness.
As always, the staff is friendly, professional and super helpful. Unfortunately, we often have issues with corporate billing every time we change something on our plan. This stores employees are always able to find a solution to our problems/needs. As soon as we walk in, we are warmly greeted, given plenty of time to explain the situation and ask as many questions as necessary. Every employee listens attentively, focuses on our individual situation, confirms what theyve heard to ensure they understand all the facts and offers options to resolve our issues. And, they are able to do so without any high pressure sales tactics! Truly a one-of-a-kind, customer oriented store and are the only store we use for our cellular needs.
New employee Elle is GREAT with her Customers. Kudos to Elle for being so kind, knowledgeable and good at her job. She really cares and is not just the type to go, next, next, next. She spends quality time with you to let you know that she wants what is best for the customer which is rare in todays world. Keep up the good work Elle and I will be back to see you soon! Cheryl.
Matt and Eddie rock! Seriously, major props to these two for being non-salesy, down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, honest and decent human beings. I have never walked out of a wireless store feeling more comfortable and excited. Matt went above and beyond to help us accomplish what we came in to do AND offered to look at our bill to see if there were savings we were missing out on - without us even asking. Eddie, who wasnt even working with us, came over and gave us tips on our new phones and invited us back to talk to him if we had any questions with them - again, without us asking. I cant say enough good things about our experience at this store today. Thanks again for the fantastic service and advice. Yall are top-notch!

Brad was awesome! We came in less than an hour before close and he was nothing but patient. We never felt rushed at any time and that we had his undivided attention, even though we didnt have all of our information together.
I highly recommend this particular Sprint store in the Saint Louis area as opposed to some of the others. The customer service here is above expectation. They are quick and efficient as well as friendly and thorough at the same time.
Just went to pay a bill. Weren’t acknowledged with my husband and I believe it doesn’t take 2 people to help one customer or one family to leave other customers waiting..... if I could give zeros I would. I can’t wait to leave sprint and this store didn’t help my experience.
Zach S., Keven S., and Brett W. were amazing in assisting me in getting a new Iphone, since mine had been lost/then found. When it came time to transfer my files from the old phone to the new phone they were incredibly helpful and very expertise in sharing all information with me. Their customer service was exemplary....THANK YOU ZACH, KEVIN, AND BRETT! You all are the reason my parents and I have Sprint.
Called into the call center about my upgrade options. Was told by the rep that I could etc. I covered all bases and was transparent with the situation. Then was told there that they were doing me a favor by doing this and they shouldnt but if they do that I give them high reviews and posts about them and that I should buy cases to thank them. Worst experience and liars I have met. do not use them at all. I called ahead due to the fact that I did not want to waste my families time on a holiday weekend or the staffs there and was treated like garbage and bribed. Taylor at the call center after this interaction was great and took my frustrations in stride. They some how lost my call notes from the night before. Use sprint that is fine but DO NOT go to the location in Ellisville on Manchester. Look at the other reviews. Sprint if you see this......time to make a change and take a hard look at the integrity of people when you hire them. They represent you and most people would look at this as a company fail and bail out on this business. Hire people like Taylor and you may have a chance in this very competitive field.

I dont know why these stores even exist. Every time I go there, they either send me to Best Buy to get a new phone or call customer service to resolve my problem. I could have waited for an hour on the phone in my own living room - I didnt need to drive to a store to do that.
Terrible customer service. Had a problem with my phone, was told they do not service phones at this store, I asked what I should do, and they looked at me like I was from another planet and once again told me they do not service phones. Great, I understood you the first time but if Im forking out money to you each month maybe you could help me in the right direction while your coworker laughs at me.
Sprint is such a terrible company, they charge for items they dont tell you after a year, like 15$ a line per month after a year, their service is so terrible I lost signal at the sprint store, they told me I had to go outside to try it out, its like ameren for utilities. DONT DO IT!!!
Long lines (at least a half hour wait) and poor in-stock cell availability aside, they failed to remove an equipment lease after a store return resulting in $60 of erroneous charges and 1.5 hours on the phone with Sprint to get it resolved. Ultimately, dont expect much from this store.
We have been Sprint customers for over 10 years. Every time I walk in this store, I question why we are staying with Sprint. There customer service has gone downhill in the last couple of years.Recently, we purchased a phone online because it seemed convenient at the time. We were allowed the option to pick up the phone at this store instead of having it shipped to our home. The sales representative at this store would not give us the phone because they dont do that. Since they were not receiving commission they did not want to assist a Sprint Customer.
So I have a phone plan with my sister. She has an apple phone. She just turned 18 and wanted an ipad. She went an paid $200 deposit and opened a new account for the ipad. Sprint rep told her the insurance she has paid on her apple phone for the last 2 years will cover the new ipad. Worst day ever she sets ipad on counter and bottle falls out of cabinet above and shatters her screen less than 5 hours of owning the darn thing. Been jumping through hoops for hours 3 different locations to only find out rep at store LIED! Because her apple phone is on my account and the tablet on her own the insurance does not cover her ipad. Went to store to complain and they keep sending us all over call this call that with nothing done and a whole day wasted!!! Of course no one wants to help us and now we have to pay out of pocket to repair the ipad. WORSE SERVICE Ive ever had with sprint and Ive had it for 10+ years. Probably going to change after this nonsense!

They always take care of me. I had a billing issue that was frustrating the mess out of me and they got it taken care of right away. They set us up with three new phones and were really friendly. I will frequent the store when I need to visit a Sprint.
The staff knows their stuff. I wasted an hour and a half trying to activate a phone at a third party Sprint store. This corporate store knocked it out in just a few minutes. Lesson learned.
I am a sprint customer more than 10 years. This is a worst experience I ever had. Dont go there if you need some help. There are whole liars over there. Very bad. I would like to give a negative if I can. No more for sprint.
Emily was a great help today. She was able to help me understand charges on my bill that were incorrect and also resolve them. Emilly doesnt realize this, but her help made it possible for me to provide food to my children. I am living on a very tight budget and I absolutely need my phone for my job... but I also need grocery money. Thanks emily!!! From my whole family.

The only kind and personable rep Ive have experience with is a gentleman named Sam. Timely, friendly, effective, very helpful and informative service from this rep. Otherwise your best off at the Chesterfield store.
Meh. Mostly helpful. Couldnt do a lot because its not a corporate owned store. Still had to call Sprint and talk to some CS agent whos first language wasnt English. Maybe not even 2nd language.
If I could give this a Negative five I would. I went to pay off a damaged phone (which is a whole other story), but the guy there was a completeJerk...condescending, and basically annoyed that I was asking him questions (which is his job!). How dare I?!? A kiosk wouldve been more helpful. Oh, and the price he wanted to charge me for a new phone was more than anywhere else...WTH? I did go elsewhere to buy after his price mysteriously went up.After completing the instant review that popped up afterward, a customer service rep called me and apologized for that behavior; I have no big problem with sprint as a whole, but this store is a joke.

Horrible service every time Ive been there and Ive been there 3 times. If youre not there to buy a phone, or set up new service you have to beg for help. You have to beg them too take your money.

Chestefield valley some guy named Doc gave us a bunch of free items for switching to sprint now instead of our bill being cheaper its twice what he said it was going to be. What a bunch of crooks.
