Customer service reps are all amazing and helpful. Ordering online and picking up something is easy and quick. Ordering on Instacart has very limited options. Only major issue is if you try to get a job there. One of the people interviewing was too busy doing things on his smartwatch to pay attention to the interview.

Not great on this purchase. A cell phone purchase should not take 2 hours over 2 days. And the sales person was arrogant. He should not be working with the public. We finally got everything transferred on day 2 from a different person. And do you thing the initial sales person would say any thing to us the next day, nothing, not even sorry about this taking so long. He, Jon, just looked away when we came in the 2nd day.

It all depended upon which person waited on me. The 1st person literally mocked me for wanting a chromebook, was unkind and was dismissive. The second person was supportive and super knowledgeable about the products I wanted. Person #2 made a $600 sale.

Well the website free for electronic recycling... so I went I and they had me pay $30.00 to recycle the tv. The only comment they came up with its a New York law. They dont see the money. It goes to the state. So why is that not posted on website...

I ordered a freezer and got setup 4 different appointments but and i took time off on the 4 occasions but failed to arrive. The General manager - Bryan Cruz just said that the trucks lift mechanism was broken and there was nothing he could do. I gave him my contact and info and nothing happened. Waited 1 month. He could not care less. poor service from Best Buy. I will not do business with Best buy again. Customer service 1800-bestbuy was useless. The Store is useless. Everything is broken, so sad and frustrating. There is no communication between the store and online support. I was a previously loyal supporter of Best Buy, now no more...

I would put a better rating on this but the one thing that turned me off was when you walk in you are stopped at a gate and are asked what you are here for. Ive been to many other places and I have never been stopped at a door and asked What are you here for. I like looking around at whats for sale and buying as I need and learning whats new on the market by doing that. Its a both. I understand that they are doing it because of Covid but no one else in my area of shopping ever has done this where I shop.

This review is on reaching any best buy on earth by way of a phone call. Absolutely hands down always terrible. I live an hour from any best buy. Ive been told by a few associates that they cant confirm in-stock quantities and to check online. I cant tell you how many times Ive done this and there stock online was incorrect thus wasting 2+ hours of driving for nothing. Its absolutely infuriating dealing with this. Answer your phones for the love of God.

I needed a new hard case for my phone. When I arrived at Best Buy in the late afternoon, there were three other customers in the store and eleven employees in blue vests. I walked in with my cane and found the racks of phone cases. I looked for one for my older (Galaxy S8) but couldnt find one. As I am not particularly mobile, I remained in the two aisles of phone cases for nearly 40 minutes and no one came to help me. Two employees were occupied with customers, the others were idly involved with conversation among themselves. I hobbled to the center desk where two young men were deep in conversation. I went so far as to clear my throat but it failed to interrupt their discussion. Disgusted, I headed towards the exit. 10 feet from the door one young man asked if he might be of service. I told him what I needed and his response was Oh, we probably dont carry anything for a phone that old. You should really consider updating your phone.My phone is only 4 years old and works just fine. It appeared to me that the employees had been coached to sell new rather than help with previous sales (yes, I bought the phone at that very store) or perhaps they work on commission.Either way, I decided that I spent way too much time in that store as it was, so I left, vowing never to return. Ill be giving my business to Mr. Bezos in the future. Its true Amazon doesnt offer much in the way of customer service, but apparently neither does Best Buy.

We travelled here twice today. We walked in to purchase 2-items, and ended up purchasing much more. The single reason this store only got 4-stars is because it seemed understaffed. May not be their fault. This may have been because of COVID. They had a nice selection, as well as had some items in stock that were, otherwise, fairly difficult to find. Store was clean, staff was friendly, and they had A LOT in stock.

The worst service I ever experienced... I went to replace a phone that wasnt working, and instead of helping the salesman kept trying to get me to start a plan with another phone company... I already had a plan and I just wanted my phone replaced with my number transferred to my new phone. The salesman wouldnt take no for an answer and berated me in the process.

Awful place to shop. Went in recently to buy a TV. There were no less than 7 salesmen standing talking to each other. When I asked for help, no one approached and asked if we wanted help, I was told Id be entered into the wait list for a salesman! I checked the store floor and there were 11 sales folks and two customers on the entire floor. 10 minutes later someone approached to help, only he didnt! All he seemed interested in doing was upselling a maintenance package, and getting all of our contact data, when all I wanted was an installation price. Needless to say we left the store without a TV and bought one from Sams club for a fraction of the price. No attempt at all to meet our needs or requirements, he just wanted to talk and not listen!

Zerooooooooo customer service... had a in home appoint scheduled for a time frame of 07am to 1 pm. no one showed up until 215 when no one was home, when i called in they told me they were running late.. I tried to reschedule but could not get anyone the phone for a new appointment or a refund.. you wasted my time and my families time. This needs to be fixed an email will be sent to Mr. Mohan.

I bought a tv from Best Buy just over 1 year ago, with it I purchased a protection plan. After less than 18 months of use, the tv suddenly stopped functioning and we used the website to set up a repair appointment and were happy we had bought the protection plan, we were even ok with waiting over 3 weeks for our appointment even though it was our only tv. We patiently awaited our repair appointment date, only to be called the day of the appointment to be told they didn’t have the part they needed to repair the TV. we understood and were told to wait another two weeks for a second appointment. Then, the night before our second appointment we received a call saying their truck was out of service and they would be unable to make the appointment, we specifically asked if the part needed for our tv was in stock, and we were told yes, they had the part and that they would schedule another appointment for the following week. So, this week when we received a call on the day of our THIRD appointment, they notified us that they had someone lost the part needed to fix our tv. We were frustrated, of course, but were happy to wait until the following day when we were told my the repair tech that a new part would be shipped over night right to our home. The part should have arrived yesterday- it did not. They were supposed to show up at our house today to fix the TV and the tech not only did not show up for this fourth appointment, but also failed to call and notify us. We decided to call Best Buy directly to see what the status was on the part for our TV and after being on hold for over 30 minutes I finally got to a customer sales rep, who made me verify everything I just typed above multiple times, who then put me on hold to call the repair tech and his manager (who failed to answer either of the phone numbers they had listed for work) to then be placed on hold again and then have the call mysteriously “dropped”. I had to call in again, wait on hold for 20 minutes again, only to get to the same sales rep and be told that she would not replace the tv unless it was seen by a technician, (the same ones who had failed to show up time and time again), I asked when the next appointment was available for that and I was told I would need to wait another two days just to be given a new date! I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was understandably frustrated with this run around, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes again and then the call was “dropped” AGAIN. This is absolute nonsense.TL;DR : I spent over $400 on this TV that no longer works and the company who made it and sold me a protection plan for it has continuously failed to provide the repair services they so proudly offer. The customer service has been horrible and I will tell anyone I know not to buy from this company. What a waste of my time and money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They are usually very helpful and overly interested in helping. This visit started off well - greeter at the door pointed me in the right direction - even had a ladder that was in my way moved for me just after I arrived at the described location... But thats where the assistance stopped.... I realized the needed cables werent in stock - moved on to look in other locations after an employee asked me to move so he could put the aforementioned ladder back in my way and leave it there.... Summary A for effort, C for actual results and follow through.

Bestbuy is the coolest store left for us tech savvy people. We have to make sure to keep it around as well. They deserve a lot of business because they work hard for you. They have a lot of great deals and even do demos of new technology like when PlayStation VR launched a few years ago. You can tell they are eager to get customers in the know about new tech. I wish they carried more brands in high end PC parts in the stores though. Nevertheless this store is amazing!
