Awesome service when I went in with a broken phone, the first being Julia Lopez who mentioned the potential trade in value of my current phone basically covering the new phone cost which I wouldve never known to look for otherwise and also the ONLY reason I decided to upgrade. Then Marcus Parker was the fella that set me up the following morning when I went in, he just zipped through the forms and clearly described what I was getting and he had me setup and out of there with a working new phone in under half an hour! Its hard to find such quality customer service these days so it is 100% appreciated!

Really friendly manager and staff who went above and beyond to give us the best service and offers available. Definitely a customer for life now.

The customer service at this location is deplorable. All they tell you to do is call someone else, ie apple or insurance. Dont bother even looking at the phone to see if its something they can help with. The manager is very argumentative. Both times went in today was eating, no mask on, and on his phone. Lied to our faces the second time went back in. Horrible!!!

The manager at this location is honestly phenomenal. I have never seen someone multi task so efficiently in my 70 years on this earth. My visit was such a pleasure. I will be returning to this location, and will be telling all my friends and family to visit as well.

I seriously love this store. I wouldnt waste my time going to the one in horseheads. These gentlemen help me everytime I come there. Thank you so much, you guys rock.

I have messed my phone up so many times going through my phone....lol.. one time something I did made it so my keyboard wouldnt even pull up... I took it to the local store in Elmira and the sale associate got into my phone and less than two minutes and he had solved the issue ...awesome help.

Every time I go into this store logan is always a great help to myself and whom ever I send into this store. Benny on the other hand is rude, lazy, always on his phone, never wants to help always tells you to call a 1800#. You are a supervisor. THIS IS YOUR JOB to help the people who come into this store. If you DONT like your job find another one that you will like and actually participate in.
