The young lady was very knowledgeable has a false set up with both phones in a matter of 15-20 minutes

Went their to get my 2 Granddaughters their own phone. The Girls that work their were a tremendous help. Not to mention very nice and courteous. They took the time out to get me the best services for my girls that most places wont take the time to do. I highly recommend this place because they take great care of their customers.

The store Manager and Employ who works there is very Friendly and they make sure we are Happy before we leave the store. I appreciate all the help and support. We hated to switch from Verizon because weve been happy with the customer service. But because we didnt have service at our new place we had to switch to something else. We got our phones home and had good internet but couldnt make calls. We went back to the store three times with no results. They gave us a number to call and they said in twenty four hours they would be calling us back with an answer. They never called us back and when I called them back nothing had even been accomplished.

Awesome Get rid of big carriers with fine print. True unlimited gigs. Oh and dont believe the naysayers. Kay Kay and his staff are great, If you loose signal restart your phone or check your phones reception stop blaming and figure out whats wrong. Every carrier suffers signal loss. I have had quite a few.

I prefer cricket to straight talk so I dont have to go to Walmart.

Dont waste your time or money with this 3rd rate mobile phone service! Even with full bars and coverage this service drops calls on a daily basis! They dont put calls thru if the other major carriers need the lines / bandwidth.Customer service is outsourced overseas and it takes forever just to talk with a human.

So I took my friend out to get her a new refurbished iPhone. This place was close and seemed quick (key word “seemed”). We walked in and we went up the front desk and asked for a refurbished iPhone 6+. The first time (key words “first time”) we got the iPhone we paid straight up and then walked out thinking we would have a nice refurbished iPhone! When we got home we plugged the iPhone straight into the charger and once it booted up, my friend pressed the home button and it just went right through it’s socket leaving a hole in the bottom part of the glass. We were so confused. It was like the outer shell of the button was there, but no actual button. Then we tried setting the iPhone up. The iPhone would not even recognize that we were touching it half the time. It was glitching out on us and just was not working properly. We couldn’t blame it on the software because I have a iPhone SE that runs the same operating system (iOS 11.4.1). We restored the iPhone from iTunes multiple times and there was not any improvement. So the next day we took the iPhone back. We walked in and politely told them the phone’s problems and told them how the home button broke. It broke by us pressing it, ya know... that’s what you’re supposed to do when a name has “button” at the end of it! They told us that WE have damaged the phone with water. But that didn’t make a lot of sense because we barely used the iPhone cause it wasn’t working properly. We weren’t even using it enough to have damaged it. They also didn’t take anything into consideration of how the BUTTON of the HOME BUTTON just wasn’t there. I certainly did not feel like putting up an argument so we just asked for ANOTHER refurbished iPhone. We had to pay for both iPhones but once again, I did not feel like putting up with an argument so we paid full price again. When we got home, we charged the iPhone up. Immediately we notice that the power button will not work, the screen starts glitching, the screen won’t recognize when we touch it (only sometimes), there was no Touch ID (but at least the home button did not fall through its socket, and at last we noticed all the scuffs/ scratches on all 4 corners of the phone, there was a dent in the back, and there was a little part of the LCD that seemed to be brighter than the wrest (probably because there is pressure on it from the dent in the back). We managed to get a song to play and the sound quality sucked and the iPhone 6 Plus speaker did not even get as loud as a iPhone SE speaker. How are the speakers different quality if the SE is a 6 or 6 Plus put into a iPhone 5 shell? The 6+ and SE are basically the same phone but different sizes. And even if you do blame it on the size, how in the world is a smaller iPhone going to be louder than a bigger iPhone? I have a refurbished iPod 5 from Apple and there are not any scuffs or scratches, no glitching, no buttonless home button, and at last the power button does work on the iPod 5. How in the world is a Refurbished iPhone 6 Plus not going to be better than a Refurbished iPod 5? We are done going to this place and I wish we have read the reviews about this place before going. This 1hour trip of us getting a new phone turned out to be about a day and not getting anything better.

We had the worst experience ever here! We bought a plan, then got home and could not even make calls on our phones. We called and they did not answer the phone so we made 5 trips. We felt that the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
