I have been over 5 months trying to order a door - how long would a customer have to wait to get an estimate for an home expansion??

We have 33 windows that we want replaced. I emailed dimensions for our windows and requested a quote weeks ago. After several days, I called the office because I hadnt heard form anyone and was told they would call me back. Still havent heard or seen anything! Guess they wont get the job!
