Went in the other day to buy a phone and the associate seemed annoyed the moment we walked through the door. He didnt seem interested in selling us a phone at all. He was more interested in texting.

Belmont NY store visited and staff was very helpful and friendly.

The store representatives need more motivation or maybe I walked in there before they had breakfast or something. I came in there for a issue with a phone on my line. I explained the issue, I was routed to Apple store to have the phone fixed. I really wasn’t trying to go to Apple, and willing to upgrade for a new phone. I asked am I able to upgrade and it was as if they didn’t want to make a sale. I explained I just want something regular not the newest but newer than what I currently had... the young hispanic rep didn’t even seem motivated to even help me... I’ve been to T-Mobile stores before, they ask for your information so they know what they are dealing with ... this wasn’t done until I questioned what I can do for myself online. After she described 2 cell phone options to me, I decided on one of the options, only for her to tell me “I don’t even think we have the phone in store right now, I think we only have the iPhone 12 at the moment”.. not, let me go check inventory, or let me confirm what we currently have in stock.. she never once moved from in front or the computer. She didn’t even offer to check what stores may have had what I’m looking for, NOTHING. I was in there ready to buy a new phone, AirPods, and a watch but her entire attitude and n how she helping me was not it. A waste of space she was. T-Mobile needs to motivated salesperson to represent because this was not it.

Worst customer service ever at this location .i dont suggest anybody visit there .find an another store

I would just like to say that, this t mobile store is by far the absolute best in every aspect, (customer service, answering all my questions, and did i mention CUSTOMER SERVICE?!) The Store manager Bryan and Joshua made sure my experience was one of a kind for my specific needs. The employees are very professional and kind. Clean vibrant layout. Almost all T-Mobile stores look the same these days with increased space, wood floors and ambient magenta lighting. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff and offered help for my visit today. The staff is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. Took maybe no more than 12 minutes go finish up my new phone purchase. Displays are updated with the latest phones, nothing stolen, clean etc. Every phone that they had on display was clean and fully functional.

The representatives that helped me out n assisted me today was the absolute best..!

I am so pleased with all the help I received from Joshua. He helped me with my upgrade from Iphone 6s plus to an Iphone 11 made the process easy for me. I went back with my parents due to them wanting to switch phone providers. I explain to him my parents are not the tech savy type of people so he did let us know which phone would be great for them. Really good service! Solcy helped me and she made my switch from Verizon super easy. The fact that my bill is so much cheaper is also a plus.

Great store, good telephones equipment . however, the lines for a representative to help out is hard, at least when i went the service was so slow it was about 30 mins before closing too.

I went to the store to pay off my cellphone balance and the person over there messed up everything and paid for someone else cellphone even if i gave him my EMI no. Still I give 5 stars because the following day when I went to the store a person named Alex who is very professional with a pleasant face solved my problem within no time.
