I find it extremely disrespectful to those who make appointments to have to wait on a line this long. The signs are confusing and say to drive to designated parking spot when really they are allowing testing at the window And that’s why it takes so long. So even if you show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment as recommended your still not seen at the window until after your set appointment time, why require appointments at all.

I like to go to CVS becase you can find medications when you are not feeling well . And everyone that work here are really friendly. If you are looking for something there then just ask the workers that works here and they will give you whatever you need. I

The new pharmacy management made this place a great pharmacy to go! if need to wait, lots of OTC items to choose from at good price, Im glad that CVS made improvements.

This Pharmacy Staff is so inept and unprofessional. The line is always long. The staff, one girl in particular, is not afraid to use profanity with customers waiting in line.What irritated me the most is the case where my doctor’s office sent the prescription and I went to get it 24 hours later and had to wait to get it. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes yet it took over 45 minutes. When I ask to speak to the manager, I was told that I have to come back tomorrow to speak with him/her.Can someone light a fire under the staff or please close down because the service is atrocious. This must be the only CVS that offer this kind of service.

The ABSOLUTE worst pharmacy Ive had to go to. The lines are always long both inside and outside. The pharmacy computer is always down. The pharmacy techs are unprofessional and always joking around not being serious abt the job. They should close this location.

Unfortunately because of my insurance I’m forced to visit this location. They are so unorganized. It’s always a hassle for them to find my rx. Worst of all the drive-thru window is always out of order. Honestly I think the associates do not want to deal with drive thru. There is always a sign to come into the store

This is actually a negative one (-1). This review is for the Elmont location. I had spoken with a rep in the pharmacy who told me a different price over the phone and when I went to pick up the prescription, the price was totally different. They are also very unprofessional and hard to get reach by phone . They need to have better customer service with those prices.

Worst pharmacy staff. They make you wait for hours no matter if you go in person or drive through. On each client just to give medicines they take hours. Non professional staff. Need to change the whole staff. I guess there is no manager. They start making medicine when you go there. The medications are never ready. Never on time. Worst experience ever. I wish I could give a zero.

I’ve been waiting here at the drive thru for 20 minutes (it is now 8:20) and it has not opened. Unless the drive thru has different hours than inside (which they should really put a notice about at the window), then this is really unacceptable. The pharmacy portion of this CVS has been disorganized for quite some time, so I am not surprised. Please do something.

I corresponded back in September regarding my recent visit to store manager at CVS on Faison Rd. Mount Pleasant. Well I returned today and what a difference! The young lady was absolutely wonderful!! Compassionate, fun to talk to, made time for me and listened to me. Made my visit fabulous! I will return and hope she is there to check me out with my purchases. Unfortunately I already threw the receipt, it was 10/21/20 around 11a-12pm.

Customer service in this store sucks. Asked an older tall white employee a question about the coupon machine and was brushed off and told to go wait in a long line of people for help with my problem. I will NEVER return to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.

Been on the phone for the past hour trying to get someone from the pharmacy and no one has been picking up the phone.

This CVS has done a 360. Horrible service, no one ever picks up the phone. Registers are always broken, and all those working do not seem to care about the customers experience. They need to close it down !!

First of all they close too early, specially the pharmacy. The lines are long for no reason sometimes. The pharmacy window is very slow. Just removed more stars. They are the worst, drive thru register is always down. The cashiers are the slowest in the known universe. Stay away, far away from this this hell hole.

Joseph the cashier was very rude to my father and I. He was too occupied with his phone and didnt tell us thank you or anything when my father thanked him.at the end of our transition.Joseph just went right back to texting on his phone. Very unpleasant experience.

This is my second bad experience with the pharmacy/pharmacist. First time they yelled out asking to confirm my date of birth. Breech of HIPPATODAY my MD called in prescriptions. I go into the pharmacy 2-21/2 hours later. Ask if my RX was ready. Then told no RX called. I had to call MD again and he confirmed that he called in mess. Then the pharmacist says she had to wait a couple of hours.Very unprofessional and uncaring. I as a health professional would never treat patient in such a manner. Would NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. WOULD USE ANY OTHER PHARMACY.

I have gone to this store on numerous occasions to use the money gram and it is always not working. They deliberately say its broken so they dont have to deal with it.

This location is nice and big with great parking, but they need to get more staff. Waited like 15 minutes to pay for one item because they only had one person on register, would definitely suggest that they hire more people

I recently moved here from Florida and I had the worst experience with the pharmacy and the employees working the rx. They rude talking among themselves while getting my rx. My debit card was declined and so was my wifes. I will never go there again even though its only2 blocks away.

Pharmacist are really rude and they love to tell their customers that bathroom is Out of order. Seriously, there is no need for you to lie about a simple bathroom.

Ok.....I really want to know what CVS these people are giving 4-5 stars in elmont.......the place is always in shambles, alway empty shelves and for ever trying to restock them but nobody is ever doing it. Always have long.lines but management refuses to have more that one cashier. The pharmacy you might as well plan a day of it. When the local pharmacy was open right by the dunkin donuts across the street your order would be ready for pick up without going through a bunch of nonsense and they only had two people working. Bring back mom and pop stores where you wasnt just person in the computer, they actually knew your name. And for people who say Im just bias or hating.....Ive lived in elmont for over 25years

Staff are always polite, lines do tend to get long mostly at the pharmacy counter but the workers get the job done. I have not had any issues.

Pharmacy Closes at 7pm not 9pm!!!!!
