I usually use this store since it is the closest to my home. My recent visit was not the most enjoyable, since I ordered a phone with Rakim (sales rep) and it got lost. He was so unhelpful even when I called the store, he said he was too busy and couldn’t help me. I had to go back to the store in person and re-order another, but with a much more helpful sales rep, Brittany. Thank you, Brittany for solving the issue and turning me into a satisfied customer again!!

This team is awesome! I they were able to solve every issue with my phone put my wife on a reasonable plan with a reasonable price. Plus I love that TCC donates to the community and the employees are involved also. I havent been to any store where employees are naturally involved in making a difference. Love this!!

I am a little late in writing this review but I figured better late than never. Late in August, I wanted to replace my daughters Gizmo Gadget. I called a few Verizon Wireless Stores and had no luck finding one. When I called the Elmwood Park store, I was beyond surprised at the amazing level of customer service provided. Not only did they check their store, they did everything possible to find us a replacement. I let the manager know that I was pregnant and due anyday, and that I probably wouldnt even be able to make it to the store, but that I would send my husband in if they found a Gizmo. The manager and his team were SO AMAZING. The manager even called me when he wasnt at his home store to let me know the progress. We as a family, felt very fortunate to work with such amazing people. I feel horrible that I cannot remember his name (Im a sleep deprived mom with a newborn), but I wanted him to get some recognition and feel appreciated. Thank you for working so hard and diligently for us. We are all thankful!!!

This store is awesome! My wife needed a new phone. So,,,, We wound up going to this location instead of the one in Paramus because it was a Sunday and the Paramus location was closed. Let me tell you that this was the best decision ever. Our sales representative Tatiana was absolutely incredible. Tatiana was super knowledgeable of all the phones, plans, tech questions and just about every other question we had. Also the manager Manny was super awesome as well. I can tell you this... As far as going to the Paramus location... Wed rather go to the smaller store from now on and were definitely telling our friends to go to this store also for great customer service and tech support... Thank you so much Tatiana and Manny! Were customers for life...

Well trained staff, latest cellphones in the market available. The down side is the store looks dirty, the bathroom was so nasty. Thats the reason I am giving only4 Stars...

My Samsung phone exploded at home 3:30 am Saturday morning at my home. Thank God my home and family are safe.I was in the process to make the claim when the Verizon agent who was helping me shared I was due an upgrade so I did have a choice. Anyway it seemed fitting to just go to the Verizon store and upgrade rather than Verizon (Asurion insurance) sending me the same phone, which could possibly explode again in two days ! So I went to the Elmwood park location around 6:30pm Saturday evening and I was greeted and assisted by Jamier who was multitasking with several customers including me and doing a fantastic job! I am however disappointed in Verizon the company. Why should I have to pay a set-up fee and a bundle fee for a car charger, a screen protector and case for roughly 200.00. I mean my phone exploded for gods sake. Anyway, as I said before no one was hurt and the in-store customer service was spot on. But Verizon as a company are just distasteful in their consideration for customers. I mean the phone exploded .... they should have waived all of those fees.So my 4 stars are only for Jamier not for Verizon!

I went in to get service they charged me 30 bux to activate a phone i could have done myself ! When she asked me did i went her to do it for me she never once mentioned she would charge me i then went an exchanged my phone an she charges me another 30 dollars she did nothing but power the dam thing on which i could have done myself 🙁 Very mis leading !

I regret every day I ever stepped foot into that store 2 months ago! has cost me close to $1000 so far!! lost my unlimited data for 4g limited and about $20 more a month plus they pro rate everything you do so when you do this, your next bill is extremely high! convinced me to switch to Fios to save money from Cablevision...complete bullshit! not even 2 full months of service, $545 in total for 1st 2 bills! lost services numerous times, the employee Pedro Guzman is the main blame at this location...i said I wanted the ultimate, he gave me the extreme so when I changed that myself after my 1st sky high bill, i got run arounds and more bullshit for over a week, then they changed it and pro rated me again which came out to 2nd bill of $290!!because of this store and good ol Pedro over there, Ill be dropping my cell service of 10 years this Sept and am also in talks with Cablevision to drop Fios and go back!!

The attentions of the very bad staff, and do not try to inquire anything about any doubt about the service you have with them.
