Was just in for a screen repair driving from about an hour away due to the local repair stuff being remodeled and I have to say the customer service there was so good that I wouldnt mind taking the drive every time I need something. If I upgrade my phone or add lined in store Im definitely going there just so they can get whatever commission. Great service and environment.
Ok this store definitely stepped it up. Michael was super friendly and helpful. Overall good and prompt service. They fixed my phone, helped me activate a new one. I would choose this store now over any other, and Ive been to lots of them.
It wouldnt been great expect for Jacqueline the sales Rep she had a terrible attitude. She spoke in a very demeaning manner to my husband and I. Were both educated by I hate to think how she would treat others who wont speak. Every one else in there was FANTASTIC especially michael!
They were helpful and able to show all of the options available as we transition from Sprint. We got there early and were helped right away. A line was forming as we left. I recommend making a reservation if you cant get in early. BTW, another T mobile store was not able to help us. Only stores that used to be Sprint stores can help Sprint customers still.
T-mobile sucks! I had been with sprint for many years. Never had connection issues or dropped calls left and right. My iPhone cant never connect to the web, have to reboot every other time that want to use it. Recently need it to repair my back up phone screen and its been 2 weeks since initial drop off at the shop. Now they called me to say it cant be repair@%#$. I am getting a replacement phone thru Assurion and 40 min later Im still waiting to be attended. The net went to hell since T-mobile took over, now theyre pushing you to get new phones since 5G will be effectively killing 3G. Okay end of the rant... Im out.I was out, but… update.After 01:10 minutes of inútil wait nobody could it help me get my replacement phone. They had called me saying was ready just a day before, I don’t understand the hold up, so I just walk away. Worst customer service interaction in a very long time, I guess it’s time to shop around and take my business to a different store/provider company. SMH!

I brought my iPhone for insurance repair on April 28th. The technician determined the phone hardware was bad and they would need to order me a new phone which would take 2 days. It’s now May 8th and I’ve called everyday without anyone answering the phone. They didn’t even offer me a loaner phone. I still don’t have a working phone for which I pay a monthly insurance premium. What a complete joke of a company.
Was there recently with my husband looking over some stuff on our bill and I must say Jason is amazing to work with he took his time explaining all the changes and answering all our questions going over our bills and informing us of what our options are going forward. He is friendly,patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making our experience a great one!

The staff is so rude and does not want to help customers. They seem to not care about making a sale at all. I was in the store with at least 4 employees on the floor and only one other customer in there but I had to work hard for their attention. Every time I asked for help, they would answer me in the rudest way and then go back to the counter to talk to the other employees. Can social hour not wait? Also, if you were a sprint customer you can forget about T-mobile honoring any policies sprint had. It doesn’t matter how long or loyal you were to sprint. T-mobile is here to ruin the day.

If I could give zero views I would. Once you go to a store and the SR CONSULTANT is incapable of professionalism and is lazy it is the expectation that the staff are being led in the wrong direction. I was serviced by TIA. I literally walked out after spending 30 min of my time and went literally one block down to another Sprint location for the SAME !!!!! request and was not only assisted but was out in less than 10 minutes. I hope I find a way to leave a review with the company so that I can recognize Ms Tia for her horrible service
Everytime I come here the staff is so helpful and chill. They have on site phone repair. The manager Iesha helped me out with getting a tablet and getting it all set up. My favorite Sprint store🙂

I honestly hate coming to this sprint.. and I barely/never do... their service is horrible because of the simple fact their super SLOW AND TAKE THEIR TIME... either work faster or get better staff... when push comes to shove go to the sprint down the street by sears..!! That’s where I always go anyway!
I needed to come to this sprint location so they can fix my phone. I was impressed with the service here. Everyone was professional, attentive and friendly. Luis was great and very helpful he was able to fix my phone within the hour. I had broken my phone after a long stressful day at work thinking I was going to have to get a temporary phone etc. This place definitely made my day after they were able to fix my phone that same day. (What a relief) I will certainly recommend this location.
Impressed yesterday with Michael - your store rep and the young girl he was training. They were helpful, patient, spent hours helping us solve our dilemma and walk out happy customers. We were in store for a long time because the refurbs they had in stock would not work (not their fault) This store has quality employees. Also Louis - he is a phone repair rockstar. Thanks Guys!
Great for the info transfer from 1 phone to another BUT I specifically called this location beforehand about a replacement battery, which they said they had & sold. But they do not sell nor have batteries.
Usually I dont leave reviews but I Went in there one day and worked with an associate named Lakeia. She was extremely rude and condescending and spent a lot of her time either texting on her own phone and not paying us any attention or joking around with coworkers. Who hires these kids? Tmobile needs to seriously rethink their hiring standards.
Desmond helped me upgrade my phone. Super fast and super easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made my visit very enjoyable. Too many times I have walked into a store and was helped by someone who was just interested in a sale. Desmond treated me like a person and I will continue to give this store my business because of it.

Chanel is awesome, took the time to deal with my overly selective and extremely picky method of choosing a phone. She made sure we were getting the best bang for our buck as far as our plan went and then laced us with some mad decent accessories to keep our phones in the best condition.The agents at this store are all well informed and hip to what is going on in the mobile communication realm. Went there asking about how to get my phone fixed and the SALES ASSOCIATE TIA had a attitude and was rude to me. i was thnking to myself like isnt this her job to answer my questions about the phone and there was no one else waiting so my second question to myself was why is she in so much of a hurry. If she dosent like answering customers questions then i think she is in the wrong field and definitely has the wrong job title. she has manager/owner attitude but is ONLY A SALES ASSOCIATE. i will be going to another corporate store. i wouldve upgraded my device but her attitude was nasty and i had to leave before i would get disrespectful.
The day before yesterday I went into the sprint store with my brother because his Samsung was glitching. Completely shocked by the system update. The representatives spent 45 trying to reboot the phone. We ended up having place an order for a new one through his insurance but for free. Now, having worked for sprint in the past I am positive the next steps are not procedure. When he arrived his phone was not in a box or packaged. Every time I have to give someone a new phone for sprint whether it be for glitch purposes (like when the galaxy’s were exploding) every phone was handed off in its packaging or with it. That includes headphones and charger. When asked why the phone had no original box he was advised that it doesn’t come with it. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out these guys opened our box and kept the headphones and charger which I’m positive Samsung would have had no problem giving a charger and headphone considering it was their system that failed him. Also I called Samsung and report this store is reaping from customers as well as the better business bureau.
They were able to fix my phone - and for no charge - when I was certain I would need to pay my $200 deductible. This tells me that they actually try to fix phones, instead of just defaulting to making an insurance claim. I was impressed, it made my day.
The people are great most know their job and do it well. The biggest negative here is if they are busy. You will WAIT!

These guys were amazing!!! The other Corporate Sprint service centers Told Me 2 to 3 weeks to get my phone fixed and that they didnt have any loners. They got my phone fixed in an hour and it works great I would recommend them to anyone.
I used to dislike going here, but in the last year or so it has improved for me. Customer service and their techs are top notch. I even called this sprint when I was in Florida to help with an issue that couldnt be resolved. Luis you are the best.

After countless phone calls and visits to numerous Sprint stores, a technician named Louis(Hope I spelled it right) was the most professional person I ran into. I set an appointment 2 days prior to going in, and when I arrived, he was expecting me. Greeted me by first name and told me to have a seat. The replacement of the screen would take approximately 40 minutes. He was done in 30 minutes. The phone was fixed, cleaner than when I gave it to him, and handled with care. He had a smile on his face when I gave him the phone and he had a smile on his face when he gave it back to me even though it was nearing the end of the day. Customer Care and Louis saved a customer of 16 years on Friday 06/10/2016 with his great service.
They service is real solid and the agents know about phones period.

Rude staff Ive had better experiences in the past on a busy day not that busy today yet Im to blame when I come in at 7 for service on my phone. If the service department closes early before the store hours then they should mention it or have service department hours posted and not be so rude to customers when they come in past that hour.

Had to wait 2 hours one time. Need to trade in a phone this time, gone again out of curiosity of how things are after 3 years. Better attitude I suppose. But gave me a wrong trade in value, $43 less than what I found on sprint but back. When questioned her, she said she put in the wrong model. Then, she said store policy is I need to use half the trade in value to buy accessories in the store, and get the rest as account credit! Could not wait to escape the store. Horrible place!
I was lucky that the store had no wait line when I arrived! I was told by my local Sprint Store in LaGrange(0 stars for them) that I had a virus on my S8. They wouldnt touch it and BARELY took a peek at my home screen only! They told me I may need a new phone, and to go to this repair center. I uninstalled, backed up, and wiped out everything myself to a factory restore. It appeared my problems were gone... for about 2 hours. The problem came back...ads on my lock screen. So, I brought my phone in...This place took one look at it, uninstalled a scanner, and the problem was fixed!!! They know their stuff here!
Went in for service repair on my S5. Thought the phone was toast. They were upfront on the cost to repair ($75 min). Turned out to need a new screen ans did it in under an hour.
Almost everyone here sucks and has a horrible attitude. They are also not knowledgeable at all. Other than Andrea and Chasissy. Even the manager isn’t helpful. They expect you to do everything on your own and are super lazy it’s ridiculous.
Watch out! Theyll add $13 insurance And other services to your account without your knowledge. Unethical practices. Added a completely separate plan than the family plan Im already on. Why would you add an individual line to an account that already has a FAMILY PLAN???? UNETHICAL for store goals!!! *clears throat* (Wells Fargo tried this)

Not a good store for customer service, they lack the experience needed to solve problems. Thats my opinion from doing business with associates at that store. I would suggest you do plenty of research online before signing any contract, and be prepared to challenge their knowledge.
Day after Christmas and understand you busy, but the three people working were friendly and worked hard to get everyone checked in. The technician that was working not only fixed my phone in record time, but he replaced the charge port cover without me even asking. I know this location gets a bad rap, but I had a great experience today.

Go somewhere else. They will screw you. They do not explain contracts or small print. And everyone is the manager.If you have a problem and there’s no other recourse file a complaint with the FCC (Google it). It’s essentially like lighting a fire under their....Issue resolved.

I went there today drawn by the $49 screen repair promotion. NO they wont. I just took my Samsung 8 Note in with a minor hairline crack and they said they couldnt repair it because my phone color was blue. I went online to their corporate and they said they repair any color and to visit another Sprint store.
I was hesitant to go in due to all of these negative reviews but walked out satisfied. I didnt have any issue with customer service. There was a slight wait but nothing that disrupted my day. The rep took care of an issue that another store caused me to have. I plan on going to this location again if I have any problems.
Went there to combine 2 accounts into a family plan. Told me they couldnt do it. Said it had to be done online. Online says go to a store. They really are not interested in helping people. Wont ever be back.
Horrible communication with their repair affiliates, Asurion. I was told information about my phone by Asurion which was not uploaded to the store, leaving me without my phone, not once but twice. Apparently this is a ploy by the store to force payment of a deductible, which they advice cannot be returned. The store personnel state they cannot call Asurion for any reason which make the store personnel look like imbeciles without a clue. Most stores, even independently owned can contact their affiliates to take care of the customer, if they care about the customer. I have been a customer over many years but it looks like its time to take my business elsewhere.
Rant: SprintI went to the store to check on my phone. Battery issues. Got it fixed. 👍🏽Asked about my plan my folks came off my plan they were still charging me for a family plan. Changed it. 👍🏽Asked for a breakdown of what I am being charged per month. Plan, taxes insurance etc. I was bing charged $25 each month for being under a 2year contract. 😳 I told the lady No. she typed and said correct. Directed me to call sprint for additional help. OK.Turns out my contract ended Dec 2016. So Jan to Aug I was being charged $25 each month for being under contract. Total $200 over charged. Lady over the phone said sorry. Ok. Then said @sprint will meet me halfway and credit me $100. I laughed. Literally. Then got serious real quick. And said thats not gonna happen. Your gonna credit me $200. Full amount. 10min later on hold I was credited full amount. I was told I should have called and told them to stop charging me the $25. Lol. Smh. Unacceptable @sprintMoral of the story check your bills and question everything!Dont trust any of these corporations!

Music in store was SO loud I could not even hear the sales associate speaking a foot in front of me. Annoyed I asked to please turn the music down...HE.. Looked at me as if I had just killed someone. Wanted to return an item that was bought before 15 days and the manager and sales rep said they arent able to return it bc of their policies. But the receipt says it can be returned under 15 days. Never coming here again.
The worst store ever! They said I can’t buy an iPhone under my old account saying I need to open a new one, after that I asked to close my old account and they said to call sprint cause they can’t do this. I called sprint and they told me to go back to the store. Nobody ever helped me and their collection agency said they won’t close old account and I’m gonna be charged every single month for the old account that I’m not using at all !I would rated this freaking store 0.

Houses the rudest, most incompetent animal Ive ever come across in my 15+ years in dealing with sprint. And anybody whose has dealt with this company over 1 year can attest that is a feat within itself. And I say animal bc this this thing cant be considered to be a woman. RASHEEDA needs an attitude adjustment, that will soon come, fast! Somebody needs to let her she is RETAIL consultant, and not a MANAGER as she so falsely claims to be. I was so angry from dealing with this thing, I completely forgot about the issues with my device. But it chose THE right person bc I will NOT stop until something is done! I plan on calling, tweeting, emailing, and writing anybody and everybody about her attitude and behavior.

One of the reasons I never wanted to go into a sprint store is because of all the run around. I called customer service before I went into the store and knew how I wanted to upgrade my device and how much it would be to do so. I went into the store and was told I couldnt use the full amount for my phone trade towards the total cost i can only use half of it. And the other half I can use on a acesssory. After I explained that I didnt want a case or charger or anything with it. Still didnt get anywhere and was told it was in store policy. I grabbed my phone and left. I called other stores and actually went to another store who helped me completely. The harlem and irving mall location to be exact, and they were excellent.At the end of my review.. Avoid this store. Very rude in the tones they use and make u feel as if you dont know what ur talking about even after u did research. Ive always had a issue with this store. Ill use the extra gas to go to the hip mall location if need be.

I came into this store location to have my fathers phone serviced and it took them about 40 minutes to take our request, with maybe five customers and five associates. Not only do they get your name wrong on their display screens, but the person that dealt with us was not interested at all, he was busy talking to another associate and paying attention to his phone. He took the phone and said theyll take a look at it, and did not even ask us if we need anythnig else. The worst thnig is that there is no one there to answer a question and he did not even tell us how long it would take. After 20 minutes of waiting and looking at a phone for my mother, i ask him how long will it take and he tells us that it would be about an hour. Finally when we came back after more than an hour and got the phone a young girl gives it to us and tells us its fixed. We left the store but had to come back...the phone was not fixed and it still had the same problem. So we came back and she tells us that they will have a new phone mailed to the store. Another thing was that she couldent even do an upgrade for my mother and told us we would have to wait more. Hello!, im still being serviced and you have not finished up with me, the fact that i left and came back was upon the suggestion of the store associate. On top of that she asks us how our experience was in the store. Well amongst having about two hours of our time wasted, being treated with ignorance, and attitude by associates, and the fact that nothnig got done would put my experience at dismal. Plus the fact that it was a simple camera problem shows me that the technicians there dont know what they are doing. I came back and nothnig was fixed, nothing got done and i wasted two hours to have them tell me a new phone will be sent. So i finally came home about 3 hours later with a still faulty phone, no upgrade on my mothers phone, and a memory of one of the worst retail experiences i have had in my life. Go to this service center only if its your last resort, the people here are ignorant, rude, pushy and for most part lack the knowladge to provide good customer service. If google provided me with a lower rating this place would get it. People from corporate should focuse on how community stores treat their customers on a daily basis. I dont need to see the VP or President of sprint advertising their overpriced plans.
This store have a horrible customer service, they lease the phone for a price and then when you receive the bill they charge you a different price and when you go to fix the problem they say is already more than 15 days and they say to call customer service and when you call them they say go to the store this is crazy people dont go to this store please.
