Placed a mobile order which as is my understanding should be processed first. Waited for half an hour before someone finally noticed it.The guy behind the counter was moving slower than a turtle, with an expression of dissatisfaction on his face.Hey Corporate!!! this is a complaint!!!

We’ve gone back to Baskin-Robbins 3 times now for new tags because of their commitment to quality. Always accurate and ships quickly. Won’t go elsewhere for any of our tag needs.

The most delicious ice cream ever! Standing in line was a little off-putting at first, but the line moved quick. They will hand out menus or you can check it out on their website with your smartphone. Pay attention to the seasonal flavors. The staff are very patient and pleasant. Well worth the wait!

My husband and I visited Baskin-Robbins around 2 o’clock and we did have to wait in line. We waited around 30-40 minutes but a worker did come out and serve us ice chilled water which we were grateful about! It was hot! The workers were really sweet and allowed us to taste test a couple different ice cream’s! My husband got the tutti-frutti ice cream and I had the butter pecan ice cream! Both were outstanding! They were so creamy and tasted so so delicious! You can definitely tell that everything is made in house! This HAS to be a thing you do while in Elmwood Park!

We have been recommended by many people for this place. To make it short, an Ice Cream place for a 100 years, it speaks for itself.We had blueberry cheesecake, banana, and peach ice cream. Delicious is the only word came out of my daughters mouth. I had never seen them love ice cream like this one. And they even asked for a t-shirt before we left, so that they can share with their friends at home.

When we first drove by on our way to the hotel, we were a little intimidated by the long line out the door and down the sidewalk. But we read all the great reviews and figured it would be worth the wait. We were SO RIGHT! The ice cream flavors were diverse and delicious! Can’t wait to go back the next time we visit Elmwood Park!

Always a line...but so worth the wait. Great selection of ice cream flavors and various sizes. Warning...the small is almost 1/2 a pint! They offer water at the counter. The line moves fast and the staff is very friendly. Take the time to walk around and check out the memorabilia.

Having traveled through the beautiful squares in Savannah on foot, what a treat to come upon Leopold’s! A fast moving line brought us to charming service staff who connected us to yummy ice cream treats and a time to relax in air-conditioned comfort. Highly recommended.

Took forever when no one was there and half of my drink was just ice and they did not even put enough cream or sugar. So you end up paying for ice in a cup. Except you wont even know how much you paid because they dont even give you your receipt.

If you go to the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins at Harlem & Grand late on a Saturday night, do not expect any donuts, muffins, bagels, or croissants that are fresh. Nor should you expect to find much of a selection. Your best bet would be to stick with ice cream or a beverage. The sandwiches could be good if they were served freshly cooked, but theyre ruined by being way overheated in a microwave until theyre burn-your-mouth hot, and the bread becomes hard and/or chewy.There is never more than one employee there late on a Saturday night, even though there can frequently be a line. Weve waited as much as 15-20 minutes when its busy. While the young man who typically waits on me is always friendly and helpful and quick, theres only so much one person can do.The place is not very clean, with sticky tables, a filthy floor, and bathrooms you should probably avoid. Their sanitation standards are not high, and Ive never seen an employee there wash his or her hands.The place is regularly frequented by indigents and people who are highly intoxicated or stoned. They are sometimes disruptive, loud, or just plain filthy and foul-smelling. Some come in there sick (one time I had the pleasure of witnessing a drunk man vomit in the doorway), and some are injured (there was once a patron sitting at a table with a bloody head injury), but they are rarely asked to leave.There are better options than this, and I would have given this place zero stars, but the guy who waits on us deserves credit for good service. The owner of this location should really be ashamed of himself.
