Good 4 You Gift basket was a wonderful gift idea for my brother. He was surprised by generosity of the gift which contained exotic fruit, delicious and unique jams, teas, and other things. Whats also important: the gift basket arrived right on time for his birthday- thank you!

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the basket I ordered. The shipping was quick but when the item was delivered, most of the fruit was rotted and spoiled. I called to let them know and was told because I called 2 days after receipt and not 24 hours, there was nothing that could be done. Nothing to remedy a nasty, spoiled basket of fruit that arrived as a gift. I know that’s the policy but the recipient doesn’t know that it has to be reported within 24 hours. She didn’t want to bother me. She didn’t want me to feel badly about the terrible gift. Only when I asked did she tell me. Poor customer service, in my opinion. I will stick with Harry and David in the future because they really care about their customers.

Really should have read these reviews before ordering from this company. WARNING DO NOT USE this service or at least order THIS product. Instead of a display arranged like this image, my recipient received, SPOILED fruit in plastic containers and a glass vase. Thats it. On top of this when I notified customer service of how it was delivered I was asked to upload better quality images. Thats it. No apology for how the order was treated, or displayed. Nothing. Save yourself the trouble dont use them.

Very disappointing! My sisters and I ordered a picture of a lovely basket as an anniversary gift. Literally only 2 items were as ordered! Cheap substitutions, an item missing completely and a package of pasta clearly taped over a tear! I could have put together a much nicer basket and have it delivered by a reputable service for what we paid. BAIT AND SWITCH is what we got.

I ordered the Natures Harvest Fruit Bouquet for $56 plus tax. It was supposed to be fruit flowers in a garden-themed tin bucket. What my friends received was something that looked like someone shopped from the produce section of the local grocery store - a bag of green grapes, 3 lemons (really???), 4 limes (WTH are they going to do with that?), 3 kiwi and a container of strawberries with the GIANT sticker still on the container. I dont know who owns this company or how they do business, but this was an utter fail! I should have done it myself and driven it up to my friends - it would have looked a lot better and gotten there a lot sooner. Guess they can make a margarita. Buyer beware!

The service was Good!The package was delivered on time but the card was missing and The nuts I added extra to the package wasnt either billed or delivered...Other than that, WE ARE VERY HAPPY for the accuracy.. the team helped me immensely when I struggled with the delivery.I would highly recommend to anyone!❤

My daughter received her birthday basket a day ahead of time, which was good, it was addressed to me (purchaser) rather than her (recipient) It was delivered in a basket rather than what I originally purchased but…she loved it! She loved everything in it 😊 I would order from this company again.

Zero StarWorst place to send gift baskets from. My Wife ordered a gift basket - Custom fruits and when reached to person - three oranges in leaking condition, bad grapes and few strawberries which were stale and bad. Friend who received hd to through that away but they shared the picture with us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE. Wanted to give zero star but unfortunately we cant post with Zero Star. Have put a dispute through our CC and also talked to Customer Services.

BUYER BEWARE! I was shocked when I compared the Venetian Gourmet basket I received to the basket on Good4Yous website. On the website, it is full of unique, gourmet foods, but what I received were items you would get in any Kroger. Only 3 items were as pictured on the site, everything else was generic, inferior substitutions - and one bag of pasta had SCOTCH TAPE across the bottom where it had ripped open! The basket itself was flimsy and not at all like the beautiful finished rattan basket on this site. This was a 25th Anniversary present from my family who paid $200! Upgrades paid for werent in the basket and a promised item was missing. They could have assembled it themselves and shipped it for no more than $75. Buyer Beware! They have a fine print clause about substitutions, but substitutions should be comparable NOT INFERIOR. (And look at the sameness in the rave reviews on their site.... hmmm......)

Our experience was similar to other recent reviews. We bought a cake for a loved one’s birthday, and we paid extra for several upgrades. Unfortunately, what they received was a completely different cake (one that our loved one couldn’t even eat), and none of the upgrades we paid for.When we asked them to deliver what we ordered or send us a refund, we received a boilerplate message advising us to read their fine print on substitutions. However, this was more of a bait and switch situation than a valid substitution.I would never do business with them again.

I’m in Melbourne, Australia. My son is in NY. He and his fiancé have had to postpone their wedding twice. Sending the gift baskets to them has helped me feel connected to them even though they are so far away. They love the gifts. I appreciate the excellent service provided. Thank you.

Would of liked to see the product picture prior to sending out, but recipients were surprised and were very happy with it.

Pretty clear from the image that the gift basket I sent did not meet expectations - rotten, inedible fruit. It was also delivered to the wrong address. To make matters worse, when I advised the company of what went wrong - they denied any compensation and said As per the terms and conditions you agreed to by placing your order online, we advise all customers against shipping perishable items...using any shipping method that requires more than one business days transit. I looked carefully for this advice and it only appears on their terms and conditions page, not on the product page OR checkout page and they know that no one reads the terms and conditions page. Pretty poor customer experience overall - wish I could give 0 stars.

Unfortunately I have to echo all the terrible reviews this company has received. Because of the pandemic I have not been able to get home to Australia to visit my 65-year-old mother for over a year. We have spent this whole time worried and sacred about what might happen if one or both of us gets sick. A few weeks ago my mother surprised me with a gift basket from Good 4 You as a sweet gesture of her love. Im vegetarian so she bought a basket with herbals tea, brownie and cake. What i received was grilling sauce, mustards, olives and two apples. Honest mistake, I thought and wrote to the company to arrange an exchange, preserving all items Id received to give back to them. There was no response for days and no one picked up the number listed on their site. Finally my mum got an email from Olivia, telling her that the brownies + cake werent vegetarian either and that they would have notified her (not asked) that they were substituting the basket. She received no notification. This company turned what was a thoughtful and loving gesture from my mother into a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. It is nothing short of shameful. I only write this in the hopes that it saves other people from enduring the same experience.

Pkg received 5 days after delivery. In an attempt to track the pkg, I left message each day, 4 of them, as instructed, but no one ever call me back. Tried to set up new acct to receive emails but link sent to went straight to a page not found. The company must exist though, as my recipient loved her pkg.

I sent this to a friend who’s father just came home on hospice. All 4 family members have different dietary restrictions and after hours of searching I found the perfect gift to send them. Once received the family was in tears over the beautiful basket! I highly recommend it!

Being a local gift shipper you really did an excellent job by wrapping up the gift and giving it to UPS right the first thing in the day, Being in India I had ordered the gift overnight (Local time ) and was happy to see the quick turnaround by you guys plus your wrapping and timely action was much appreciated . Though UPS could have been a bit more proactive in delivering on time and a status update which still showed on the way whereas the gift had actually been receivedthey really need to do something about this for sure . thank you Good 4 you as a local gift provider

Ordered on a Thursday, paid for Saturday shipping. good4yougifts.com didn’t even ship the gift until Saturday. When the order arrived on Monday, the cupcakes weren’t handled or packaged appropriately and what arrived was an exploded, inedible mess.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!I originally posted as a 1 Star review, but they have since refunded the cost of the cupcakes. So with that I have elevated the review to a 3 star review. I’m still upset I paid for a delivery date of Saturday and it arrived on Monday.

Do NOT use this company. Its a scam. I ordered a Natures Harvest Fruit Bouquet as a gift and my daughter received a completely different fruit basket with an uncut pineapple and two flattened oranges covered in white MOLD sitting on top of a baggie of smashed grapes. For $56! I called and emailed immediately, then several times more over the next two weeks. You cannot get a live person. Once the number was even disconnected. Finally I received an email with a standard Our records indicate that your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided. I reported them to the BBB in US and Canada. Read other one-star reviews - I cant believe they can operate like this.

I send an array of fresh fruit,cheeses,chocolate and wine. And everything was fresh and well arranged 😊. It was my cousins 40th Birthday and she loved the arrangements!!!Thank You Good 4 you team for making this milestone birthday memorable.

I am SO extremely disappointed in this company. Dont ever do business with good 4 you gift baskets online. The website was confusing on when my order would be received and it was shipped out later than what I wanted. I figured it was fine and it would get there soon. The gift basket was received but with BLACK fruit in it. Ive been trying to call for the past month and emailing but no one is responding and you cant even connect with a representative when you do call. Im going to actually reach out to the BBB to get this situated. AVOID ORDERING THROUGH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Great products. Fruit was freshOnly complaint is that Customer Service needs to improve.I tried calling and left 2 emails to request a minor change. It was the same night I placed the order and I emailed again next day.I tried get a hold of them before they shipped my basket to my dad in Burlington but they never called me back or answered my email.

This company is a fraud. Accepting orders with upgrades, high end ingredients, fresh fruits, cheeses and brand name spirits then delivering packaged dried fruits, garbage cheese sticks and inedible pantry items. Just try calling their customer service every option they give sends you to a this number does not exist automated message. They shouldnt be allowed to operate as clearly numerous people have had this experience. Dont buy from them. A nearly $400 basket purchased and received items worth well less than $100.

Love that you can make your own baskets. So many options to choose from and very reasonable prices. Shipping was quick. Will definitely order from here again. The recipient loved it.

I ordered two gifts - the Joyride and chocolate covered strawberries. The 2-week delivery delay was understandable, since my order got caught in the holiday rush. I am very disappointed in the (low) value for money and no reply to my detailed voice message about omissions from the Joyride gift basket - no bicycle (the main feature of the gift) and no extra chocolate bar that I ordered.

I ordered this for my Daughter and Son in law for a Christmas present. Unfortunately it did not get there until New Years Eve. I ordered the Joyride Wine Basket with beer. My daughter and Son in law enjoyed it. They said it ended up working out well for New Years Eve.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I understand that things have been difficult for businesses with COVID-19 affecting services, but Good4Yous behavior has been inexcusably atrocious. Although I was told that a gift basket I ordered for loved ones would be delivered by the next business day (and consequently arrive before Christmas), it instead arrived almost TWO WEEKS LATE on January 5, 2021. There was no notice or communication about this delay until after New Years. Although I have tried repeatedly calling and emailing their customer service line for answers, updates, and eventually a refund, I am yet to receive a single response from anyone. As I mentioned to the company in one of my emails, I was so excited to find healthy and gluten-free gifts that I could use to surprise our friends for Christmas. But Good4You instead turned this entire experience into a nightmare. If I had known that they could not deliver when promised, I would have just ordered with a different local company and tried them another time. But now Im warning everyone, including you, to avoid this company at all costs. Itll save you time, money, and frustration.Update: Check out the reviews from their Canada location as well! Got it for my Dad for Father’s Day and he loved it!

I was looking for a gift basket for my aunt who just retired. With Covid, we are not able to celebrate with her in person, but I didnt want this milestone to go unnoticed. When I stumbled upon Good 4 You, I immediately knew their company was different. They offered so many high-quality gift basket options at a very reasonable price. Their custom basket option allowed me to get my aunt only what I knew she would enjoy rather than wasting money on filler. I was working on a budget and, even with shipping, I was able to put together an amazing gift and stay under budget. The basket arrived even earlier than promised and my aunt LOVED everything. In these very difficult times, it can be challenging to make sure our loved ones know we are thinking about them. Good 4 You is the perfect solution to this problem, and I will definitely be using them almost exclusively for creating memorable Christmas gifts for relatives I cant see in see in person. During Covid I couldn’t see my dad for his bday so I used this company. The gift arrived right on time, my dad loved the cake. He said it was delicious. It was also really nice that they offered the option to send a nice bottle of wine 🍷 as most companies don’t provide such a service that I could find. It turned out to be a nice success and I would use this again. My only small complaint was that I ordered balloons w this and my dad said none ever came with it. Other than that, I was satisfied. At least the main presents of cake and wine worked out great!

I had checked with this company if they would deliver on a Sunday when they said they do I proceeded to order on line on Thursday, April 15th for a delivery on the 18th. Nothing has been delivered yet. Numerous calls and emails have resulted in nothing. Terribly frustrated. Do not use this company!
