My granddaughter needed a car because someone had hit her current car and it was marked off as totaled by the insurance. Let me start off by saying they have the friendliest staff and were very informative. Ismael Ruiz was very professional and helpful. I went in just expecting to look around at cars and they found one that i loved and they drove it in All the way from their other location. I rate this place 5 out of 5 stars.

I greatly appreciate what the staff was able to do to help me in such a short amount of time. My car was literally falling apart with a broken tie rod and sway bar. Needless to say I really shouldnt have been on the road with it I had to do what I had to do. So after finding out this morning that it would cost more money to fix it then what it was worth, Ismael was very patient with helping find the right car for me. I really appreciate him going above and beyond for me. And would recommend him to my family and friends.

Great SUV. Had it checked out the day after I bought it and Conrads said it was a great vehicle and the only thing it was going to need in the foreseeable future was tires. I was pretty persistent about what price I was going to pay and the salesman at the time who isnt there anymore had an attitude about going back and forth with the finance person. Kept asking are you going to let a couple hundred dollars keep you from this vehicle...yes yes I am. There was also a problem with the title but that wasnt the dealerships called it was that the auction that they bought it from in New York took forever getting the titles plus during Covid it wasnt easy process. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I got my title. I bought it in the beginning of August and I just got my title. The new staff worked really hard to make sure that I was happy that I had a temporary tags in the meantime. I dont know the complaints about this place were with the old staff or because you didnt do your due diligence and picking out a car.

Sold my friend a car that had a bad frame with holes everywhere, cracked windshield, and a bad rear diff. They did their best to hide all the problems by adding motor honey and throwing dirt over the patches, sketchy place to go to, NEVER buy a car from them, run the other direction

Straight up shady. Sold a vehicle in my name and I wasnt even there nor have I ever been to their lot. And kept the down payment when they bought it back. Tried to hide a big hole in the frame. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. Wouldnt buy a vehicle from them even if they were the last dealership on earth.

You should make sure that your mechanics are giving the right information to customers when they are repairing a car. I was told a part was bad that wasnt and will be reporting this to anyone I can to let customers know to go elsewhere.

Worst place ever better off going literally anywhere else

I would not recommend this car lot to anyone I bought a car 2 days ago test drove it down Griswold Rd it drove ok was told it needed back brakes so today I take it back front end shakes like a freight train also ignition is messed up sometimes it wont unlock an you have to move the whole piece thats connected to it an it unlocks an moved board and there is no trunk bottom completly rusted out when I took it back today I was told it needs ball joints, tie rod an laughed about the trunk as for the ignition he didnt say anything other than its my responsibility to fix it 5500 for this car I am not satisfied

I purchased a Ford Explorer back in June. I already had to replace $1000 worth of parts and still have more parts to replace. I havent recieved a copy of the title to get plates from the BMV, and the temporary tag expires today.

Bought a used audi... a4 quattro felt a miss on test drive paid 3500 for the car... took home changed vvt solenoid and oil replaced c.o.p. and a spark plug on the #1 cylinder cost under 200 bucks to fix rough idle on engine. All power to the 2.o liter engine restored. Dealer knocked off $ for the rotor and pads before purchasing. Also replaced rear back up bulb. Got a very good quality car for the price. But I do know European cars. So I would give a 5 star rating if the dealer would have disclosed the vvt issue. But I did give 4 stars in case he didnt know of the variable valve timing issue. They have good cars yall.

Dont do it. pure trash. sold me a car that had a dead engine after 3 weeks and wont communicate... unless I want another POS for $2000..after just giving them $3500 LESS THAN A MONTH AGO. Mind you, it was paid for out the door. Still has the 45 day tag on(lot of good it did.. only got to drive it 22 days) its still sitting in a Brunswick parking lot so if you want your money stolen, purchase outright from them.. but dont have a job or anything to get to cuz youll lose that.. why? youll be out of transportation in a couple of weeks. As isdoesnt mean 22 days..Never again

They dont care about their customers. Once you hand them money and leave the lot you mean nothing to them.
