Store is ok, but they take weeks to stock things while leaving the boxes out in the aisles for weeks at a time, even though they have multiple employees working on some shifts.

I am in a wheelchair and this place is extremely dirty and not accessible at all. When a man saw I was struggling to get though the isles, he complained to a worker about it and they said it wasnt in their power to do anything about the boxes and trash left in the store.

Horrible manager the assistant managers were fine. Looked like a mess stuff in aisles they dont belong.

The manager is rude and dosent treat his employees right and they dont give the employees breaks would not recommend

They always on their phone but can’t never answer the Store phone.

Frequently closed during business hours and guaranteed to be closed 20 minutes prior to their listed closed time.

Awesome store just a little jacked up on some prices.Ex. Cold 20oz Coca Cola $1.95 (around that)Warm 1.25 liter of Coca Cola $1.25Why pay more for the same drink only smaller and cold?

They had just what I needed

I adore Famy Dollar Store and go there frequently for value, convenience, and friendly courteous service. I normally go to the one on Rt 254, but bcz I was on the Southside of Elyria I stopped by the one near Rural King on the Elyria/Oberlin Rd. Staff were courteous, same good value, but the cleanliness and organization was the worse I have ever seen! It was a mixed matched hodge podge of varied items thrown/piled on numerous shelves and containers were occluding the aisles to the point I had to moved them and then LIFT the cart to get by. This was also more than one aisle. I will continue to shop at Family Dollar, but probably will stick to the one close to my home.

This place is ghetto as heck!!!! Never seen management team so rude and non helpful!!! I rather drive 5 miles the other direction than to come to this store!!!

Has everything one needs to get through. Very organized and great customer service. If you need something quick and dont like large stores like walmart I suggest you shop here. I Will definitely be returning.

The manager accused me of stealing. Im 35 yrs old with a great job I dont have a reason to steal especially if i have my mom with me. Just because others are thieves doesnt mean I am.. 😠

The workers there are very polite and believe it or not it is fairly well maintained and kept after good store and 2 miles away from downtown elyria

Was treated very poorly as a consumer at this location, dont by kentex air mattress, they are all defective, the store, or the kentex corporation, WILL NOT, give you your money,or an exchange for it, Im out $26 dollars & neither care, the staff & manager all treated me poorly, specially the one w really bad acme problems, will never set foot in that store again! & theyre lucky i dont do worse, i hope that store gets shut down due to budget cuts & they all loose their jobs!

Everything is all over the floor. They have not straighten anything up. It discussioning and pure laziness. I won’t be back. A tornado came thur and everything is every where. I talk to a cashier and he blamed it on the manager. I blame it on the employees. Pure lazyinees
