Was a subcontractor for Dover Home Remodeling. Dover tried to pass the problem off to Custom, Custom tried to hide behind Dover. Only by accident got subcontractor’s name and phone from Dover. Assume they both decided to wait me out.Installed inferior synthetic trim material around windows and garage door. Material would shrink substantially in cold weather and expand in warm, so got half inch gaps in trim in winter and curling and bending in summer.Custom wouldn’t replace the material and tried to caulk gaps, which did nothing for them but put ugly clumps of caulk on trim.Avoid,avoid, avoid!

The organization is a bunch of thieves on Google they sold me defective products they sold me used products when I paid for new they refused to do warranty repairs absolutely horrible business the manager Al Al is trying to extort money and government funds out of me to honor my warranty repairs

These guys are GREAT!! They are putting in soffits and gutters. The two men who dropped off the supplies were polite and efficient. The Gary and Wayne came an tore off the old gutters and replaced all the soffits. They are awesome! Explained all that they were doing and how it will affect our home and roof. They were very professional and efficient, maintaining their work area and careful around our plants! Very personable! Not a drop of debris was left behind either of the two days they were there! They deserve a raise!! Thank you so much Gary and Wayne! Looking forward to our gutters and leaf guards!!

This did not go well. I gave a 3 of 5 because the work was good but getting there was so not good. I contracted to get a two car detached garage sided with gutters and siding on three dormers on the house. I was promised that once the job started, they wouldnt stop until it was finished, no going on to other customers.They started....then left the job site. For days. I called to find out why and I was told because they couldnt figure out how to do my dormers. I didnt understand why they accepted the job and quoted it if they couldnt do it and the answer was because the salesmen dont know what they are doing. In the three weeks it took them to finally complete this job, my parking pad was unusable because of their equipment and supplies stacked up on there. They even prevented my landscaper from getting to my back yard with their saw and ladders.The garage never had gutters. Salesman wanted the drain spout to go off of the back of the garage. I didnt want it going to the neighbors property so I wanted it instead to go to the left of the garage which would be to my property. A month later I have trees growing in the gutters. We climbed up on the garage to find that the area around the downspout was dry as bone but the rest of the gutters were filled to the top with water. Installer came back and told me yeah, I knew that wasnt going to work because of the slant of the gutters. No way I could make that work over there. I asked WHY didnt someone call me? He replied that he was just doing what he was told. He did end up installing another downspout that drained to the right, also onto my property.No one cleaned up the job site when they were done. Since they have finished, I have had to pick up numerous spikes, nails, screws etc that were just left on the house. Now two months later, when the wind blows I am still picking up small pieces of siding that they didnt dispose of properly.Did they do a good job? In the end, yes the work is satisfactory. Would I ever hire them again? No, I would not.

I have a leak under my siding for about 15 years nobody could find it. Custom Gutter came in and found it. They did great work and give a great price. Ive been a landlord for 25 years and they did the best siding job I everhad.

For the past 5 years or more Ive walked through a front door at work that should have been replaced long ago. It looked old, it was drafty and didnt reflect well on our business. Recently we bought a replacement from Custom Gutter and Exteriors and had them install it. They did an excellent job. I was surprised by the difference modern materials make and the new door and trim dressed up the outside of our business a lot in addition to making it more secure and energy efficient. I thought the price was reasonable and the installation professional. Custom Gutter and Exteriors was good to work with.

Custom gutter removed my old vinyl gutters and installed new aluminum gutters in less than 3 hours. All debris was picked up and you would never know that they were there except for the shiny new gutters. The price was very reasonable.Bob B.
