Came in for a vehicle damage quote. The receptionist gave an excuse about the computers being down and said they would contact me once the issue was fixed and the quote was ready. Never was contacted after I left. If you dont want to give a quote just be honest instead of lying? Plenty of other good shops a few blocks away.

They are always willing to look up information on your vehicle. And give you price of what parts will cost. And they are able to track down parts that need to be replaced.

I had my race car painted there, they were friendly, informative & bent over backwards to make everything perfect. I got a custom paint job at a fair price. I would recommend this shop for all or any kind of body or paint work. Great job!!!! I love my car!!!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Collision Body Shop for about 15 years. The shop does fantastic work, the front office deals professionally and promptly with my insurance company. Ive paid out of my pocket to have work done at their shop when it wasnt worth bothering my insurance company and their high standards are the same no matter where the money comes from. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service.

This auto body shop did a good job on the vehicle repair and it is for that reason that this review is not a one star. Because the customer service was a horrible experience. When we went to pick up the car there was a miss communication about the insurance check being mailed to them and not us. They said the couldnt release the vehicle after calling us to come in at 8am. I work night shifts. which was annoying but when we said that we had to go the guy flew off the handle and was pissed at us. He kept going on and on about stuff that we had no control over. In all he seems like an angry person that should never deal with costumers. I have never dealt with anyone who was worse at customer service in my life. After we got home we called the insurance company and had to three way call the office lady at the auto body shop and got everything worked out. The jerk we dealt with the first time could have just done that and handled his costumers with respect.
