I broke down on the highway hauling a trailer I just bought, I was 500 miles from home. I called the local Ford dealer who laughed at me when I asked if I could get it fixed today. One other local shop also told me to get lost. I called Big Bens and they said to bring truck over and they could look at it. When I arrived the owner Victor had already ordered the part and said he was very busy but took the time to get my truck fixed once the part arrived. Victor was extremely profession and actually cared. He had a young mechanic Giovanni fix the truck. The bill was a VERY reasonable price. I was back on the road in a few hours thanks to this great mechanic shop. I wish this place was closer to me to use as my regular shop.thanks again to Victor and Giovanni for bailing me out of a huge jam!!!

I used them to transfer my car, THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES IN THE CONTRACT.-not professional, they turned off their phones after getting their money.- they never return the deposit which is 200$- poor service and would never recommended them. Please make sure to review the contract and ask about the deposit part.

If you arent going to Big Bens you are missing out. They were so amazing and worked with us. They went above and beyond. They say you get what you pay for and here you get more. We dropped our car off yesterday afternoon and just picked it up (needed a bunch of work all in different area of the car), its like a brand new car. I couldnt be more proud of how well they did and how nice they were. Even changed a blinker when they noticed the bulb burnt out free of charge.

I went to this place because it was recommended and I had a couple issues with my vehicle which turned out to be practically something very simple great service friendly people I will certainly be back my vehicle repair needs.

Big Ben is always friendly and cheap! They do excellent work on a budget! As a female I usually tend to be careful of being taken advantage of when it comes to mechanics and they have always made the process as cheap and as easy as possible.

Take them my vehicle to be fixed and came out worse and want to charge me more money to fix the problem

Would not recommend. We took our car to get the wipers fixed and clearly it was only temporary. We were going down the road in a rain storm and they stopped working just like they did before. Charged me $100 for fourth five minutes of work just to do it half way. Go somewhere else for more quality care.

They work hard, are honest, and JR is a great guy to talk with. The only mechanic Ill go to.
