Got in with just a phone call . . . started repairs right away. Needed a valve, but parts runner was right there to run to Auto Zone for the part. Has my air blowing cold in about an hour, price was VERY reasonable. GREAT SERVICE .

This place used to be top notch with customer service. When Less left it has gotten worse and worse.From being ignored, to seeing employees wives come in to argue about pay, things have gone from friendly and comfortable to just down right unprofessional.We will not be doing business there anymore.

Had two tires with slow leaks..my husband took our car in. ... And ... They fixed them in a timely manner and told us what was in each one causing the slow leaks . Will definitely go back to the Kansas land in Emporia Kansas..

My first experience was amazing! I was starting to get a flat & they immediately told me to come in & they would get it fixed. Before I could come in I had to fill up my tire with air. Come to find out Longbine Auto Plaza had plugged my tire sensors in wrong! Kansasland fixed it for me for free!My second experience was also amazing. They informed me I needed new tires & I had spoke with them about my alignment because again Longbine doesnt know how to do that either. I called Kansasland on a Friday & they were able to get me in the following Monday. I had my new tires & alignment finished in less than two hours.Everyone there is very nice & they dont try to screw with me because I am a woman.

As I was traveling from NE to TX my breaks stopped working correctly on in the interstate. The staff was very helpful and were able to get me in right away. Over a month later, I called to retrieve another receipt from their services and they emailed it to me right away (as we were on the phone). Great service and would definitely make them our primary auto service if they were closer! Thanks for your great customer service and professionalism!

Excellent customer service. Polite and accommodating to the customers needs. Allowed my car to be towed to the shop, in the middle of the night, way after hours. My car was ready first thing in the morning with 2 new tires, balanced and road ready.

I just got new tires installed in Topeka a few days earlier. While on a trip out of town, one of my tires started losing pressure. I pulled into Kansasland Tire and they immediately found the issue; when the tires were installed, the pressure gauges werent tightened. They resolved the issue without charge, and got me back on the road in no time.

I had a low pressure alarm on my dash. I stopped at Kansasland Tire and asked if they could look at it. It was during lunch and they only had one technician in the shop. Within 10 minutes, they took my car in and repaired the small leak I had in the tire. It was quick and courteous service. I highly recommend this establishment for your next tire service.

If you are 18 wheeler this place too costly.Gat here for flat tire and bought a used one for 200$ but they charged me 90$ more for mounting and unmounting it, funny ha? Please ask the price cause I told him to check the tire pressure form me and the bill add up 80$ more.

They did not take my phone number to contact me when my car was done. Being that they close at 6 and I had not heard anything from them, I went to go check on my car. They were closed and my keys were locked inside. I had to call and have them come unlock it, give me my car, and cash me out. And they still charged me full price.
