We stopped on our way from Kansas City to Oklahoma City with a heat shield that was flapping and dragging. They took us right in and did a quick fix to get us on our way. And didn’t charge us a thing! A bonus was that there was a nice little play area to keep the three kids busy. Thank you so much for the quick and helpful service!

Tires and alignment done on the spot. Start to finish in under 90 minutes. Waiting room was clean and pet friendly. Employees were super helpful knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone needing tires and an alignment.

I popped in for an oil change. The service was quick and the gal at the front was very sweet.

When we left our car went thru what we wanted done and when we picked up they hadnt put nitrogen in tires and had not located an extra full size rim as requested.

Very nice staff. I was given 3 estimates so i could choose what i wanted for tires. It took a little longer than I would expect for for having scheduled an appointment but it was worth the wait.

Well oiled machine. The highest level of customer service, well versed, and knowledgeable. Call ahead to make sure they have openings available for specific service work to be performed.

Mask policy is hit or miss at best. Great work so Ill give them an extra star, but there was fairly widespread disregard for covid guidelines by the staff I interacted with.

They are very professional and get your vehicle in and done quickly. You only wait for 30 to 35 minutes.

I always choose Quick Lane due to the convenience around my schedule. Some positives are that they do their job quickly and they are very respectful. Although, this is where I have gotten frustrated. I have always done the Works Package (oil change, fluid top off, all around check up). This is the third instance where they have said something needs fixed or replaced, I get a second opinion and it does not need replaced, and then the next time I go back they never mention that repair again. They are always pretty expensive repairs as well. I also have a friend who just shared the same experience.

Car broke down on the road Friday afternoon driving through Emporia. Was towed to Quick Lane. They fixed the car and go me on the road again quickly. Was Excellent, A++

On our way back to Austin, TX our car broke down on I-31 and we limped in to Emporia and stopped at the first car repair shop we found, Quick Lane. Since it was New Years Eve and a Sunday there were no repair shops open anywhere. We had no idea what to do at that point so we did the only thing we could do, just pray. A couple minutes later Charles, the manager of Quick Lane who just happened to be leaving the shop after doing end of the year payroll, tapped on our window and asked if we needed some help. While he was not able to work on our car, which had a serious engine problem, he gave us a ride to get a rental so we could get home to Austin. Very grateful for Charles who took a few minutes out of his day to help some folks in trouble when he could have just as easily walked right on by and gone home.

This was my first visit here. They were very busy but still got me in for an oil change today. Service was quick and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Service men said I have front end steering components that needs replacing. Just buy new tires all around. Well bulls butter. Upper lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods and sway arm bushings on both sides need replaced. Good thing I know my way around a vehicle.
