I bought a Mazda Miata and it made funny noise. i took it to the mechanic and he said the The left axel strut suspension pipe was completely blown! And the bell Pepper sequential system was faulty after the OBD check. My mechanic said it would cost about 2000 or about 30 drums of tarter sauce and thats a lot of pickles! ALSO under the seat i found a literal McDonalds or burger king burger thats was MUMIFIED and I dont want a snack right now! So now i bought a 2017 Honda Fit at Ram Ranch Honda Dealz and Salez.

Recently purchased a high mileage 2015 VW Golf in excellent condition from Detailz. The purchasing experience was great. Owner was young and very experienced at his trade. Paper work was thorough to the point of having all things necessary for DMV. Very much appreciated the shuttle assistance to accomplish purchase. Buying vehicles at the price range I generally do has unknowns attached. We experienced one shortly after purchase. I started my search for a prius and came across a few at Detailz. I messaged through facebook and was told there were plenty other prius that hadnt been listed yet and one peaked my interest. I had a very positive experience purchasing a used car from Ryan Agnew. Everything he said about the car turned out to be true. He kept the car in great shape. He gave me a great price and aranged for both a local pre-purchase inspection and for it to be shipped out to my location. He has also been helpful after the transaction. Overall, no complaints.

I want able to finance but I swear these seem to be the most honest dealers within 100 miles.

I bought a 2008 vw passat from them, The loan company they used was absolutely horrible. And the car was even worse, within one year I had to have the engine rebuilt twice, as well as the intake manifold, all the brakes, all the cv axles, the trunk struts, the engine cooling fans, all four tires, as well as both front struts replaced. The car looked beautiful from the outside but I had no idea what mechanical nightmare I was getting myself into. On top of that the customer service wasnt great at all would never go there again or allow anyone I know to either.

I bought a 2004 BMW M3 about 4 years ago from Detailz. Now I live in PA and about 6+ hours away, I wasnt really interested in the driving back and forth so I called and spoke to Ryan. He sent me tons of pictures and I believe even some videos of the car from all angles to allow me see it better. He helped me ornganize a pre-purchase inspection at the local BMW dealer and everything checked out well. Ryan even helped set me up with a transporter to deliver the car to me in PA. Very stand up guy, helpful, and great in what he does, I wish every salesman conducted their business like Ryan as it made my sight un-seen buy very easy and stress free. Still love the car today and Its been amazing, cant ever see myself selling it!

After dealing with several used car dealerships in the area, I was dreading having to shop for another used car. Ive been outright lied to, taken advantage of and hadnt gotten what I bargained for...until I dealt with Ryan at DETAILZ. Ryan sold me a sweet little economical car for a BETTER than fair price and never used the advantage he had over me that I had no transportation to even pick the car up after he put new tires on it and registered it FOR me! Ryan has proven to be a man who takes pride in his name and stands behind his word. Not only did he encourage me to obtain my own financing, (despite the fact that he wouldnt profit off the contract,) he even personally drove the car 25 minutes, one way, to deliver the car to my home! But his commitment to his customer didnt end there... Two days after delivery, a brake shoe broke and lodged itself such that a rear wheel would not roll. I called Ryan immediately. He had my money, I had the car. Done deal? No. Ryan had the car towed to his shop, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts (at a cost of a couple of hundred dollars!) and replaced BOTH rear brake drums and shoes at NO EXPENSE to ME! And as it turned out, that brake issue was just a turn of bad luck and could not have been anticipated by anyone. But Ryan, a man of unusual character and generosity, took care of that issue for me, a new and from now on, LIFE LONG CUSTOMER! I have finally found a USED CAR SALESMAN that I can TRUST and urge anyone else reading this review to give Ryan the opportunity to prove to you that he is a man of his word. You wont be sorry! I got MORE THAN I bargained for and am THRILLED with Ryans professionalism, business ethic and down-to-earth manner. DETAILZ is worth the drive from anywhere! Rest easy knowing Ryan wont steer you wrong!!!

They sold us a lemon jeep liberty the car broke down on the highway the engine completely failed they have there own in house mechanic so they will just slap a inspection sticker on anything. The cell phone number on his card is fake. They dont reliably answer the office phone, and because of that we waited half an hour+ outside in the snow while Ray had something to take care of. Jerked us around for days and acted like it was our fault. Generally unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

The car I looked at had a clean car fax stated in add when I got there it had obviously been worked on with body and front end parts, it was dirty inside and out and the salesman was arrogant. Drove from PA, wasted my time.
