Today was the second time I went to Eye Contact by Kathy for an eye exam and to order new glasses. (Actually I waited a little too long between visits.) I wouldnt consider going any place else. I felt welcome and well cared for. Everyone there is thoughtful,, professional, and thorough..Plus, I found some really cool frames. Cant wait to pick them up. Thanks Kathy and crew.

I have been going to Eye Contact by Kathy for over 20 years. I love all the women who work here and the excellent care I get every time. My daughters glasses broke and a free replacement was shipped within four days. I feel like Im with family when I come in and I know how much they care about their customers. I have been dealing with this place for 3 years. Any time Ive called the receptionist is highly rude and recently hung up on me 7 times before I could get a word out. I had to call back on my work phone not knowing if I was experiencing some kind of cell phone issues. When I finally got her to respond and not hang up she was short and verbally nasty to me not even knowing who I was. I told her that this is not the first time I am aware of her extreme rude behavior and condescending attitude. She refused to speak to medical contacts I have listed who call for me at times to make my appointment or reschedule. She has on more than one call refused to reschedule or even talk to them and made it a point to state that I always cancel. Which is not her business and she doesnt know my past few years medical struggles which have kept me from making appointments or work due to illness. When I told her I would have to come down in person to speak to her supervisor she nastly said to me she didnt care if I did come down and said she had other patients to deal with as if I was a patient and didnt need attention. This has kept me from making appointments in the past because she is very nasty and not only to me but also to my healthcare Proxy which also is a woman and has told me she was very condescending to her as well. I would not recommend this place and I am looking to find better care elsewhere if this is how the staff are allowed to talk to people.

I give this place a 0 rating. Would not honor their 1 year guarantee on glasses when they broke during the pandemic. Wanted my 88 year old mother to purchase a new pair said her old ones could not be fixed. 5 minutes at Sams club they were fixed. You should be ashamed of yourselves she spend over 300 on her glasses. Very very poor customer service

Representatives at the desk and some of the doctors treat you like theyre not happy to see you. Always have an attitute you cant ask any queations....
