This place is awesome. They have everything you need. My Girlfriend and I were in there on 6/18/21. The person that helped us, bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. Her name started with an L. Best place to shop for your house.

Just recently got married, I used BB&B to create our wedding registry. We ended up receiving a few gifts that weren’t on our registry from the store. I went to the store and a rude employee who was not willing to help me abruptly told me no returns unless it’s from our direct registry. Even after I explained our family member didn’t have the receipt but told us she purchased it right from the store. She didn’t give me another alternative, not even store credit. I asked to speak to a manager who was a lot nicer but was literally having two conversations at once. This was by far my worst experience here. Shocked to be treated this way. I called up the Manchester store, which took the return without any issues. Don’t waste your time traveling to the enfield store.

Found exactly everything I wanted/needed! Went in for towels came out with much more plus the specific towels were on clearance - great surprise! Smooth sailing!

Manager went above and beyond when they accidently gave my curbside pickup order to someone else. She personally drove to another store on her day off to get an item for me and promptly called once my order was ready again

I like to shop on their site then drive to the store to pick up my new items. Also its been pretty quiet inside the past couple of times which makes shopping less stressful, trying to stay 6 feet apart in compliance with the Coronavirus pandemic guidelines. I have made a couple returns surprisingly faster than I expected 😃. I will continue to shop at BB&B!!!

I was looking for a comforter set in a specific color and the employee in that department was very helpful in ordering since they did not have it in stock, and even gave me a coupon. The manager Lisa however was extremly rude to me on the way in and to her employees I did appreciate how she treated the cashier when she simply asked for help.

I went to bed bath and beyond in order to buy some towels. I was able to get what I needed quickly and efficiently here. I did find the price to be a little higher than expected but the quality of the towels was great. They are soft and I will probably go back to get more of them. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and that is the reason for the 4 stars

One of the best housewares stores around. They carry a good selection of various full household goods, especially a lot of the new & popular items on the market. They also allow one to use numerous coupons on your purchase which makes their already low prices an even better deal!

Its a great store something you might think are overpriced but this store has a lot to offer and give so no complaint from me. I honestly like this store would recommend skincare things from here but besides that it really good

This store is impressive. There is a wide variety got nice and neat into a very small space. I have had a ton of good experiences with the staff. The prices are fabulous, and the sales and clearance deals make this store worth frequent, quick shipping trips. It is very clean. Frequently, however, the aisles have merchandise stuck in the middle that makes it really hard to navigate, even when walking without a carriage. Overall it is an excellent location!

Prices are a bit high, but I can always find what Im looking for, things I couldnt find anywhere else. Good selection of bedding and cookware, kitchen utensils, and there is usually a coupon online I can use in store. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff.

Well-stocked. Clean. Friendly staff. Wait time in lines is usually 0 to 3 minutes. Easy return policy. Easy parking.FYI: Watch out for poop, theres a pet store next door, poop bags are located on parking lot, but some pet owners dont use them.

Victoria was awesome!!! She helped my daughter with her college registry and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and offered good suggestions. Fun place to visit, but wouldnt want to live there.Shopping with my wife and sister for Christmas was painful. I am sure if I went there by myself, I would have been able to see more items that interested me.However, having to walk down every aisle and look at stuff just for the sake of looking at it made no sense to me.

Had problems finding something online a lot of places said it was what I needed but it wasnt what I needed but at Bed Bath & Beyond they said it was in the store, they had it in store and it was ready when I got there. They also have a lot of nice things in there everybody should check it out at least once

I went to this location on April 18th, 2019. I arrived with my cousin and we were followed around the whole store by two employees. My fiancé heard the manager Melissa say that she was going to follow us around so that we could leave. There were other shoppers in the store that they were not following around. I confronted her about her comment and she stated that she didn’t know what we were doing and she had no answers or care for what she was doing. I wish someone could see the store footage of how this woman followed me around the whole store..Clearly the manager Melissa has a problem with black people in her store. I will be sure to tell others not to shop at this location.

On Thursday April 18th, 2019 I decided to go to the Enfield, CT location for the first time. My fiance and I recently purchased a home, and we were just coming back from doing house work. So we had a really long day, and decided to drive up to Enfield to utilize an email coupon. We proceeded to come into the store approximately at 8:30pm. The minute we walked in we were greeted with How can I help yous from the staff. Which is really good. But as we walked around the store, we started to notice, the same two employees follow us to every section of the store we visited. We felt very much uncomfortable, but proceeded to browse. Then, my fiance and cousin walked back to look at humidifiers while I waited near the service desk in the front of the store. As I was there two employees were standing at the service desk, and didnt know I was right behind them. The lady by the name of Melissa (who was actually the manager) stated she was going to follow my fiance (she stated them) and cousin, so that they can leave the store. I couldnt believe that she said that, and that our uncomfortable ness was actually validated because they followed us around the whole store. After she stated that she was going to follow them so we could leave she actually left the service desk to do just that. I proceeded to ask the lady at the desk who the manager was, and she at first didnt want to tell me, but proceeded to say why, and did you need anything, and then finally she gave me her name (Melissa), and said oh she actually is right here. I asked Melissa if this is company policy and she proceeded to say I didnt know what you guys wanted or were doing so that is why I followed you guys, and we are about to close. We then left after I let her know how unhappy we were and how unacceptable her behavior and attitude was. She did not apologize, and she just shrugged her shoulders. She was very dismissive. I am very unsatisfied with the service here, and the racial profiling that took place.
