Dan shared that he typically works out of the Avon store so we knew we might not be working with him if we can back to that location again- but it all worked for the best because we got a bed that day! We were upfront about our budget and Dan worked from the start to discount as much as possible. He gave us plenty of time to discuss mattresses on our own and was very relaxed in his approach. We are so excited about our new bed, headed our way in 48 hours even given COVID delays- Dan was good about telling us which mattresses would be delayed as we considered as well. We went to the Enfield store today, a very nice employee helped us... then the store manager, who apparently decided his employee was not doing a good job decided he would take over. That was when it went down hill, the manager was very abrasive, told us he was his boss and took over telling us what we wanted and needed. We ended up walking out, we are not ignorant, dont need to be told what we want, dont need an up-sale. The manager was the biggest turn off, the employee was very helpful and friendly, the boss was very disrespectful of his employee. we felt very bad for him, he was great! Hopefully lesson learned... always respect, then you will be also!

My wife and I had the best, most thorough mattress buying experience from this store. If you are thinking about getting a mattress in a box they have them, a hybrid mattress they have those as well. Every mattress we considered buying was in the store and we got to try them all. We purchased a mattress, adjustable base and some accessories in December. Dawn Lancour was very professional and helpful. She tried very hard to meet our needs. Delivery was on time and pleasant. Dawn even followed up the sale a few days later with a phone call to make sure everything went well. We told her the mattress may not be the right mattress to meet our needs. She suggested we give it thirty days then if need be we could return it. Finally after thirty days we determined it was not the right mattress for us. Dawn worked with us to find the right mattress and make the exchange. Delivery was again very good and we are very pleased with our new mattress.
