I put my car in car kraft for a body damaged coverd by the insurance comany. Eitan from Custemer service took good care of the car and kept me posted tru the whole process. Car came great like new with all original parts. Its also a preffered shop by most of insurance companys so you dont have any extra billing or unexpected bills. Good honest service

Here, however, I always get a full breakdown from Dustin and never leave feeling concerned or upset. He has even offered advice & taken a look at my motorcycle. The body work was 1st rate. They had the vehicle ready ahead of schedule. But what separates them for me is that they washed and waxed my truck.

I only go to USAA Insurance approved shops, like Car Craft. I liked that the owner grew up in this business. The company answers the phone, returns calls quickly and finishes well within quoted time and with quality workmanship. Being on budget, they worked with me and offered the best price around. They also advised me in a direction to a better solution. I highly recommend this shop.

When the tractor trailer from Montana gets road rage on you just because you cut him off on Park Avenue where he had no business being, and showed no respect, and the insurance company says to go here, you go. They have a desk inside and wonder if the own the place. Ask for a toy truck they collect and when home stomp on it for revenge.

I was in a car accident 1/30/2018 and after my damage adjuster finished examining my car to get the estimate ready I decided to get my car fixed at car Kraft as my mother has been going there for years and was good friends with the previous owner. Plus I have went there once before. So I get a rental from enterprise and long story short car kraft had my car for about the whole month of February basically. I picked it up 2/26/18 examined it and I had extra damages on the car I had never seen before (multiple scratches & dents) my mirror on the side of the car was pushed in so I pushed it out so I could see while I was driving and it completely fell off the hinge plus on top of it all my gas tank was EMPTY I was highly upset because I ran out of gas on the highway I had to literally drive on neutral to make it to the gas station. I called car kraft to speak to dustin and I tell him about my side mirror and the new damages on my car I noticed when I picked it up and he straight out calls me a LIAR. I will never come back to this place EVER! Terrible service. Please make sure you take detailed pictures of your car before leaving it if you decide to get it fixed there because you will more than likely get your car back with new extra damages on your car and they will deny it and call you a liar! I have learned my lesson from this place most definitely. And I have to add this place is a RIP off. I checked the estimate and it was 7,000 for NOTHING.

Ive brought my wrx here twice for body work and wouldnt go anywhere else. Bob the shop manager came out to greet me each time, and you can definitely tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The staff is very pleasant and they treat you like family.I originally chose this shop to fix a hit and run the left my trunk unable to be closed. Car Kraft was close to my job and they work with Geico as well as Enterprise so dropping it off and grabbing a rental was very convenient. For both visits, my car:1. Was fixed right the first time (once for trunk/fender repair and another for damage to drivers side quarter panel and rear fender).2. Returned immaculate (washed and looking brand new)3. Was completed earlier than estimatedCar Kraft is my go-to as they perform quality body work as well as paintless dent removal (speak with Dustin). Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

My estimate was done promptly by the Geico adjustor. The car was fixed within the estimated time period. When I got the car back, it looked better than new. I would send anyone in need of an auto body repair shop to Car Kraft. The staff is professional and curteous. They answered all of my questions and addresses my concerns.

Took my care despite all of the bad reviews I have gotten from family and friends who do body work for a living because this is who my insurance company sent me to. They had an adjustor for Geico on site and was informed by Geico they did good work. However, I have just picked up my car and my bill states they removed my front bumper and painted it. which is a LIE. They tapped off half the bumper and painted half of a bumper and did not even blend it well. The color is also not even the same. Ive never been so upset. They and the insurance company will be hearing from me.

We found Car Kraft through our auto insurance company, GEICO, after our car was involved in an accident near GWB. It was conveniently located near GWB in Englewood, so didnt take long to get there. We have a 2008 Toyota RAV4 that had a fairly significant rear damage being rear-ended by a semi-truck. We only have one car, so we had to find a car rental right away. They pointed us to Enterprise rental car company nearby, so that was helpful. Car Kraft estimated 8 days of repair work, but it took about 10 days. When we picked up our Toyota, the damage was fixed cleanly. They put a new rear bumper, lights and fixed other fairly major cosmetic damage. I dont think anyone could tell that it was involved in an accident with a naked eye. When we picked up the car, the external was clean, but the inside had some chemical odor...I think it was from the car repair work. The smell will go away eventually. Anyway, this was our first car accident, so I am not sure we overpaid or not (total cost was $3K ~ $4k). Either way, we only had to pay the deductible. We were satisfied with the repair work and people were cordial and professional. Since it took several days longer than the original estimated repair time, I am taking off a star, so giving it a total of 4 stars. I recommend.

I used the Geico ARX program and chose Car Kraft, since they were local. I have never had the need (luckily) for the use of an autobody shop before, but having been to car kraft I would deffinately go back. They were kind and curtious and updated me with the repair status from start to finish. They had my car back to me in two days, when the adjuster told me it would take 5. I am very happy with the repairs and would reccomend this shop.
