Nice NAPA store! Had warranty issue with a battery, clerk took care of it immediately and with no hassle. Well stocked, great prices on common car stuff. A++

Came in for a radiator cap, cost me $9.69. Gave the employee a $20 bill and he gave me $10.31 back. Came back to the store to return the part because it was incorrect which was I wasn’t upset about. This time Charlene was helping me out with the return and I told her I’ll just give her the $10.31 back so she can give me my $20 in return. She laughed and rudely said “that’s not how this works”. So I asked why not? She said “because that’s not how it works” rudely again and laughed in an irritated way and told me to “just put the $10.31 in my pocket”. So she gave me the $9.69 refund. I’m just confused why she was so upset, rude, and why I couldn’t just get my $20 bill back instead of all of these loose dollars and change? Some people just don’t want to work and it shows in their attitudes. As a new shop to the area I was hoping to buy more from this store but I will not deal with employees like this.

I was dispatched here to Napa for contract-fulfillment as a independent contractor and encountered rude, obnoxious management and Napa-Employee harassment daily. Virtually no accountability exist here lots a hackling and cackling they will vandalize your vehicle(screw in RF tire) and say you have parts they never ordered.Beware of the pack-mentality with these Napa stores they will target you just because and spread negative communications throughout its stores within its reach, network or other people

They didnt have the part I needed but the staff there went above and beyond trying to help me find ehat I needed.

Horrible place just put me on hold and having me wait on the line for 15mins and no one ever got back to me. Called another location did the same thing but only waited on hold for a few mins and decide to hang up. Poor service. I just had a simple question on a bolt that I was recommended to contact them for my standard classic vehicle. Beware stay away for these rude employees... have no respect for anyone.

Cesar was not very helpful. Didnt offer to order the parts for me, went somewhere else instead.

I went to this location to buy a product that I hoped would fix my car. I asked about my solution. I explained the problem. The employee responded,As much as Id like to sell this item to you, its not going to fix your problem.Unfortunately, my problem is more significant; but their integrity saved me a few dollars.

TERRIBLE service.I asked to return an item that I had the receipt and the older associate with a beard couldnt even look me in the eye or speak and just shook his head no.I drove 10 miles to another store and they processed my return instantly.

Sometimes it feels shot staffed but I can usually get what I need here.

This NAPA location has great personnel and a large assortment of automotive parts for a wide range of popular vehicles. The advice is good and their willingness to assist costumers is high. When I was in last, one employee helped an elderly customer carry parts out to their vehicle, and I feel they would do the same for anyone. Prices are fair and the promotions they offer being me back. The parking lot is unusually small and tightly packed, but Ive always found a spot.

Theres a couple of counter people who actually know how to look up parts and help. But not too many.

ZERO STARS.Total waste of time and energy. I used to count on NAPA for the right parts, now clerks get paid the same, right or wrong.Ordered wheel bearings and races and seals. 6 hours later no bearing races.And clerk could care less.The right parts will be on my porch tomorrow, for a lot less money. And GRIEF.

Worst Napa store Ever. The employees not trying to do their job and I will never deal with them anymore. I could’ve gave them so much business since I have a dealership and body shop but hiring lazy employees won’t make you money.

Called looking for a specific tool he says ya I have 2 of them.. cool went right over.. and dont ya know he had no idea what I was talking about, totally the wrong tool for the job. Asked for a camshaft alignment tool and he thought I meant a crankshaft pully remover. If you know much about tools you dont mix that up.. cant imagine what ordering parts would be like. will not recommend

The only reason Im giving this location one star is because Cesar did his job and was very friendly through the whole process! NAPA you need to hire more people like Cesar if you want to keep customers! If you want good customer service ask for him! DO NOT go in and speak with VICKY or CHARLENE. Both of them are clueless and have absolutely no knowledge on how to do a simple return without being rude to their customers and laughing in their face! They do not know how to do their job and have the worst attitudes I have ever dealt with at any store. We had a simple return in which Charlene said she could not do, so she asked Vicky which is an assistant manager who let me tell you was flat out rude and disrespectful and should be demoted for being so unprofessional.

This place treated me great and helped me get the parts I need. I will say that they closed the doors early and a customer was outside knocking on the door - they didnt let him in and it was 2 minutes till they closed. I would have been very upset if I were them, too!

Used to go to Napa every week for one thing or another. Went there today and one of the older Hispanic employee was very rude. He kept saying that the part i needed wasnt available. And i asked him how i could get it, but he couldnt answer my question he just kept saying its unavailable with quite an attitude. So ill just go to OReillys for now on, where they can answer my questions without an attitude.

They didn’t know what a fuel primer bulb was and they definitely didn’t have one. Couldn’t tell me difference between 1/4” and 3/8” lines because he didn’t have anything to measure it with.

Piss poor customer service from an assistant manager!I was in this Napa Store and needed a 3/8- 16 heli-coil thread repair kit. The one on the shelf was missing the insertion tool so I asked the store to get one from the warehouse and I would pick it up the next day. I returned the next afternoon and one of the assistant managers told me that the kid I was working with would be right back... I don’t find that to be customer service oriented at all, especially from a manager!!!! He didn’t even try to help me… I’ve had the same experience from this fellow before and walked out of the store without buying anything a couple of weeks prior to this experience…I stood around the store for 10 minutes while this assistant manager who was not helping another customer was doing something else, the kid never did show up and after 20 minutes of waiting I said something to this manager and he again didnt seem to give a damn about my order. Ive been using that store for months to buy various parts and supplies while I was refurbishing my motorhome, but I won’t be back there again. I even called to speak to the manager later that day and they left me on hold for 10 minutes.. Pitiful service NAPA...Youve lost a customer for good. There are many auto parts stores on Federal and Ill just go to one of your competitors in the future! I would recommend if you have to go to Napa got to the one at 600 south Federal or stop an one of the other 14 parts stores on Federal!
