My 2009 HEMI Ram decided to eat its cam shaft during our trip to Colorado, we live in California. Very stressful situation. Kudos to Christian Brothers for quickly getting my truck in and properly diagnosed. I’m a big fan of the video they provided clearly showing the issue as someone who knows a fair amount about engines, this took away an anxiety I have surrounding mechanics/shops (I do 90% of my own maintenance).This shop took it a step further and called days after my truck was back in California to confirm things had gone smoothly and offer any other support they could.Shout out to Alec and Mike you guys rock and I truly appreciate the professional and friendly service you provided. I am grateful to have worked with you and your crew.

Ive only been here once, but the experience was mostly good. Im not particularly Christian, but theyre really close by, so it was convenient to get to. I was getting ready for a road trip and they got me in for the usual stuff plus a few extras. Everything was good, but they didnt reset the tire sensors after the rotating tires, and one tire was under inflated. Small stuff, but annoying. -1 star.

Breath of fresh air. Being a female, I get mechanics telling me my car needs something new every time I take it in for a simple oil change. They did not do this and only reported what I had already suspected to be a problem. During the approved repairs they accidentally broke the fuel pump and replaced it at no cost to me. As far as mechanics go I would say they are the first honest ones I have encountered in a long time.

I had an appointment and I got a phone call and I got a call from the manager recommending to contact the auto dealer because there was a recall on the cars transmission rather than go through with an appointment because it would be more damaging than good to the car.The other time I had my car in for service it was done lickety split!

I have never worked with an auto shop that has such a high standard of customer service. Mike got me in, kept me updated and when I was told that they would not be able to finish the work the same day (they found some other problems) and I told him I was trying to leave on a trip, he pulled some strings and got it all done for me. My car broke at 2pm. I was able to find the part I needed. I was able to drop the car off at 3:45pm and pick it up at 5:30. They were beyond accommodating. The waiting room is more comfortable then a doctor’s office waiting room. The best part, they were VERY fair with their pricing. I couldn’t be happier!

If I could give them a million stars I would. Dont go anywhere else for repairs big or small or for just basic maintenance. No place out there is more deserving of your trust and your business. They are the only ones that will ever work on my car and I will forever and always go to them for any service I need. What you read on their website about their business model doesn’t compare or even come close to how incredible and compassionate they really are; above and beyond is a total understatement. Everyone here is so extremely compassionate, very smart and knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about your car and your safety above all else. From a simple oil change all the way to a major mechanical problem, this is the place to go. They even have an amazing shuttle that takes you to and from work or home! After taking my car here they knew within an hour what was wrong and literally saved my entire engine. They have helped me more than I can ever express my gratitude for. They have been beyond a blessing and have saved my life.

Upfront pricing before you agree to have the work done. Courtesy shuttle is a great service! Always kind, and friendly. Do business with this repair center! Rolled in off the highway in my 1994 Range Rover that blew a coolant hose. They had a long list of cars to get to but called a local automotive shop that could get me in that afternoon. They topped me off with coolant fluid. Alec was a 5 star employee.

What great service! They had a shuttle to take me to work while they worked on my car and they were very good about keeping me updated and work through the process. I felt like I was dealing with honest and caring people who wanted to earn my future business and I have to tell you that they have. I will definitely be back when my oil needs to be changed or something unexpected happens to my car. Love these guys!

If you want to use a shop that will NOT stand by their work, this is the place. I had the Lone Tree store replace my valve cover gaskets 2 years and 2 months ago. After several months of excessive leaking (that I only noticed at the beginning of COVID), I finally brought it back to the shop. They stated it was beyond their warranty and that I may have a bent valve cover. I took it to a shop that specializes in Toyotas. See pictures below. The valve cover gasket was (absurdly) incorrectly placed by Christian Brothers by over an inch! I returned to show them the photos and to give them the chance to do the right thing, but the owner continued to deny any sort of compensation. Even the sales rep at the front desk stated it had obviously rolled when placed. When it is blatantly obvious that your mechanic did a poor repair job, THIS is the time when a reliable shop stands behind their work, admits to a job done incorrectly and holds onto their reputation as a trustworthy neighborhood shop. FAIL. This business can certainly talk the talk (and had my business for several years) but CANNOT walk the walk when put to the test. Move on.

What a great service experience! Don Sargent, who used to be service manager at Autotek, is there and is providing the great customer service Don Sargent has done for 12 years. A highly rated auto shop quoted me over $800 to fix my check engine light on my 2003 Honda Pilot. Christian brothers did it for $250. I recommend you go to this place, its even worth the drive from Centennial.

Honest from the start when calling in about my wifes issues with her vehicle. They fit me in and gave me great info on what they discovered. Worked with me on logistics and offered shuttle service. Doug was great in communicating updates via phone and text. Very fair price points and solid work. I will be going back for maintenance. Also, our dealership wanted extraneous repairs that wouldnt have fixed the actual issue. So CBA saved us on many levels. Their waiting room is super comfy as well.

Recently was stranded near this auto shop and had my car towed here. They were so friendly, compassionate, and ethical. They updated me on the progress of my car, sent detailed notes, and helped me transfer my car to another dealership when it turned out it was an issue with the Ford Focus lawsuit. Would definitely recommend, Doug was great and so helpful!

Don and the crew at CBA LT got us in quickly and thoroughly inspected and repaired our new to us used Jeep. He presented priority repairs, and suggested repairs, along with options/recommendations that enabled us to select the repairs that fit our budget. Their texting tool and vehicle report were great to allow us to understand and confirm all that was checked. They will get my our business in the future!

Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and possible tire rotation 11 days ago. Took the car in at the time of appointment only to be told I wasn’t in their books. They admitted fault but still couldn’t accommodate as their schedule was full. I just don’t understand how a business can admit to making a mistake and still ask the customer to reschedule.

I took my car in to check out a noise that was bothering me. Although the result wasnt what I wanted to hear, Don at CBA gave me a very easy to understand and clear description of each repair needed. I dont know much about cars but I felt much more informed about my vehicle from the brief visit. I will recommend to my friends and family in the future that they should visit this location!

Excellent, trust worthy local mechanic. Ive trusted this location several times on small jobs on my truck, and they helped accurately diagnose issues in the past, free of charge, without applying unnecessary pressure to perform the work. Most recently, Floyd and his crew did a major project on my truck and matched the competitions estimate. There was a problem with the truck as soon as i got it back, and they took care of the issue without any questions, even though they had to spend a great deal of time to fix it. They are definitely my go-to mechanic and Ive recommended them to several friends.

My 4Runner had over 190,000 miles on it and needed the standard timing belt and water pump replacement kit with associated seals, etc. as recommended maintenance from Toyota. They gave me a competitive quote using genuine Toyota OEM parts, with an amazing warranty and fast service. They offered a free shuttle service as well, although I didnt need that. Bottom line - the whole team at Christian Brothers in Lone Tree did outstanding work and my SUV is running like its ready for another 190K miles!! An honest and friendly repair shop!

$$$$$ Super nice and friendly just very pricey. Shops Ive worked with before would always take the price of the inspection out of the cost of any repair performed; not the case here. Not to mention the inspection fee is almost double other shops.Then when break it down. The inspection fee; pulled, inspected and replaced the spark plugs, the air filter and the mass air flow sensor all for a little more than $100. Then to replace the spark plugs, and mass air flow sensor youd like to charge me over $200 making it over $300 to replace some spark plugs and a mass air flow sensor. Nice!*update*.... We hope you will consider this and our desire to ensure the job is always done right the first time, meaning we hire only ASE certified technicians who earn the diagnostic fees...Except that my fluids were topped off then two days later during a snowy day I needed to add a full gallon of windshield cleaner because it was completely empty. Maybe my fluid tank has a leak, no wait a day later its still full. I can only wonder what else was not performed properly! Im not impressed.

Mike and Andrew provided excellent service that will keep me coming back with every vehicle I own. They over-delivered on their promises, and the pricing was more than fair for the excellent services they provided. The courtesy shuttle is very useful and a great perk if its available. They were transparent on what was wrong with my Infiniti, provided an update via email with pictures and descriptions and an estimate, and called to follow up before proceeding with any of the repairs. Ive already referred 1 co-worker here, and would recommend them to all friends, family members, and strangers with my highest recommendation.

I took my truck there for an oil change and lube. They recommended over $1000 in maintenance that absolutely wasnt necessary. The transmission fluid was super clean yet they recommended it to be drained and filled to the tune of $350. Same with differential fluid. Since they were so busy manufacturing unneeded service suggestions, they neglected to lube the universal joint. I had to pay someone else to do it. They also didnt check tire pressure even after I asked them to please check the tires. All four were low. Be very careful here! Get a second opinion from someone you know you can trust. Yes their waiting room is beautiful, but you are paying for the luxury.

We like to support local businesses, and this one is one of them. My only complain is they dont call you to confirm the appointment.Even if you made appointment for a few cars (so there is 2-3 hours window for your scheduled work) and youre late or forgot....... they wont call you to even ask you if youre ok?! But they sure will bring it up every single time they see you)))They explain it as they dont have enough people to make phone calls (but they have at least one person to work on scheduled vehicles who is obviously should be able to contact the client)Other than that - they provide a great service

I brought my vehicle to CBA after having my transmission flushed at another repair shop, the first shop said (after they already called to tell me my car was ready and had me pay) that my transmission was now inoperable, but they could recommend another auto repair to have it replaced or rebuilt because they didn’t do that kind of work themselves. This would have been THOUSANDS of dollars had I gone this route.CBA found my trans. was 4.5 quarters low on fluid, they replaced the fluid and test drove it twice, and found nothing wrong. I don’t know if my experience was typical but they charged me less than $200 for the diag. and fluid. I only wish I had brought my vehicle there first instead of another facility off Lincoln Ave who hides behind the word “family” in order to scam people.

Last week my LR4 experienced a coolant leak, just a day before I had to head to DC for work. I was able to drive it to CB Lone Tree and dropped my keys in the drop box, with my 3rd party warranty info, and a letter explaining my situation. I arrived in DC to an email from Andrew already updating me to their work and that they had already contacted the warranty company. It took a little bit of back and forth with the warranty company, but ultimately Andrew was able to get everything taken care of. I returned from DC and as luck would have it they did run into a bad replacement part issue. Andrew was extremely attentive and even helped me with a courtesy drive to pick up my daughter from school and drop us off at home. Shawn, the technician working on my LR4, was able to get everything back in place once the new replacement part was in. Shawn was able to handle it all very well given that he has a lot of experience working on European vehicles. Shawn and Andrew, and the other staff that I briefly interacted with, really took customer service to a whole new level...actually really they brought it back to when that was an important factor in peoples lives. I truly thank them for taking care of my vehicle and keeping me updated while I was out of town, very responsive, and ultimately ensuring that a parts mishap was no more inconvenient for me than it had to be. Thank you again Andrew and Shawn and the CB Lone Tree team!

Wasnt thrilled with the work they did. It took them a few tries to properly fix the brakes on my wifes vehicle. After the first two attempts to fix the problem it still wasnt fixed and my wife had been without a vehicle for multiple days, let alone the inconvenience of constantly coming back and forth to the garage. I called and spoke with the service manager after the first two attempts to solve the problem. Luckily he was eager to rectify the problem, got the car back in that day, got the work done properly, and at no cost to us. If it werent for him, Id give this place 1 star. Will skip going back in the future. Better service and prices at independent garages.

Took my car in because it would infrequently overheat (only on 100 degree days with the a/c cranked up). Their solution was to replace the whole cooling system rather than finding on the actual problem. They refused to do one part of the cooling system. They neglected to put any coolant back in my car and then seemed apathetic and even annoyed with me when I called and pointed out the mistake.
