Everyone has been very timely and friendly and Larissa is extremely easy to work with. one suggestion I do have would be to include contact information (phone numbers, address, fax etc) in follow-up correspondence. Yes I can look it up every time, but it would be more convenient if I didnt have to switch gears and it was included with your emails and quotes.
