We called Jeff at Rocky Mountain Flag and Kite Company one hour ago to come take down our American flag because it was stuck at the top of the pole and we couldnt get it down without a lift. We also needed to replace the gold ball at the top of the pole, and replace three flags on our flag poles at our business towers property. If I could give 10 stars I would. Wonderful experience buying a flag pole. They walked me through the pole selection on the phone and sent me a few options.Once I ordered a pole they were in constant contact from the order to the delivery. They came all the way up to wyoming to install my pole, and they did it in one day. After a month my 35 ft pole is still perfect and straight even after days of 80+ mph winds while flying 2 flags. I recently coordinated a Support Our Troops drive at my company, where we supported the active servicemen who were related to our employees. We did this by collecting donations to send overseas in care packages. I am just leaving the three stars stars because, kites the website said were in stock, were not. If you go here for kites, be advised. I fly a flag in front of my house everyday, I now know where to get them instantly.

I called Jeff in the morning asking him to get us a quote to repair a flag pole, I explained to him that we had been trying to find someone for over a week and we really needed to get it taken care of as soon as possible, he had our quote to us within hours and when we approved it he completed the job that day.
