Brandon from Props Plus told me it would take a week to get an oil pump didn’t call me for a month and a half now I’m trying to fight to get a refund from them don’t ever use Props Plus they SUCK now I have to go to Valentine Marine at least they’re honest and don’t lie to you and dodge your calls

They do well with repairing props and turnover is generally good. Wouldn’t take my boat here for anything else. Had my boat here for a couple of days in the summer to fix a starter issue and the guy at left the cover off and the boat was wet from all the rain. Customer service was pretty bad guy in the front gave us a pretty bad attitude and wasn’t notified when boat was finished until I had to call them. All in all the job was finished and I could just air out the back so no harm no foul but they didn’t leave a good taste in my mouth with this place. Definitely won’t be taking it back here...

Fast and friendly. I was looking for a new mechanic to perform a winterization. They also help to shrink wrap the boat and had a storage solution for me on very late notice. Very thankful to have found Mike.

Previous owner Marco (Prop Doctors) was great but unfortunately sold to these folks. Not only did they ruin my boat interior by leaving it uncovered for the entire winter and then try to blame previous owner, they installed a junk motor. They didnt even tighten the engine mounts! Mike is an extremely rude owner with poor customer service skillls. Fortunately, I found Sterling Marine in Longmont. John White is great and knows how to treat customers. Will NEVER work with Props Plus again.**Nice try pretending you have no record of me being a customer. Your ridiculous response further illustrates your dishonesty. Horrible company.

Slip shod boat repair at its finest! Not only will they not fix your boat they will damage it as well, over charge you extra labor for work they dont do. I ended up taking them to court, won the case and they still refuse to pay or comply with court orders. Take your boat somewhere else. These guys are criminals pretending to operate a business.

Just got a new engine and the owner matched it up perfectly with a new stainless prop. Boat runs great.

They kept our boat for over 2 weeks before they even looked at it. Put a big stain on our cover. The management Never called to update us, we had to call repeat early and theyd tell us the boat mechanic was late again. Finally went and watched them work on our boat. The mechanic is a fake. Made us pay 3 X the amount for the problem he didnt even fix because he had us put in a new starter when our old starter works fine. He did a quick fix yet fixed something that didnt need fixing. We took it to valentines where he used to work and they fixed the eroded wire in an hour for 1/3 of the cost. Props plus lacks customer service, their poor excuse for mechanic has no knowledge of boat mechanics, and will lie about what your boat needs fixed to get more money and still not fix the issue. Worst experience within the boat service industry. I feel bad for the company for hiring this phoney. Stay far far away from this place. Valentines, I highly highly reccomend!

Disregard their Craigslist ads...the employee that put them up is no longer with company and they have no control over the Craigslist ads. Good communication and willing to help.

Fuel problem older 70HP two stroke. they kept it 6 weeks charged me$1,000 wouldn`t even start. we stand behind our workbrought it back, they kept it 3 months, told me it was fixed againcharged $1,200 for a motor they had already repaired, wouldn`t startlied to me twice, charged $2,200, kept the boat 14 weeks, no repairthey actually tried to get me to bring it back so they could fleece mea third time. no way, no more money.I think 14 weeks is a bit long, $2,200 for not fixing the problemis a bit much. nothing I can do about it, they winfirst time they told me it was fixed I brought it back 3 days laternever was an electrical problem, they offered to buy back parts if I returned them, no offers of free work. racial comments refered to,I accused him of being anti-semetic, would you repair my motor if I wasn`t jewish? why would I write a bad review ?14 weeks -$2,200 motor won`t start, who is the victim?

We bought a prop from them - they sold us the wrong one. Took it back - they sent yet another wrong prop home with us. Called Jims Prop Shop in Arvada - they had what we needed. Bought it. Took the box from Jims to these guys early July - and still have not received the prop. They claim this prop is on national back order and cannot get it. Just got off the phone with Jims Prop Shop in Arvada (08-18-16) - he can get them. His distributor has THREE in stock right now.... no idea what the problem is....my guess they are still looking for the wrong prop. My AMEX refunded the money and Props Plus was none too happy when AMEX called them about a disputed claim. Look at the reviews folks....previous owners high reviews these guys multiple one star reviews...

Same business and ownership of their previous location with 2.7 stars. Theres a reason theyre trying to escape the bad reviews. Do not do business with Props Plus in Denver.

They ruined a brand new boat cover and replaced it with a cheap piece of crap. Been giving me the run around for six months now. I would stay far away from this place. Very poor customer service.
