I’ve been to numerous piercers, at least 15, and I can say hands down that Amy was the friendliest and most professional piercer I’ve ever had. She works Friday and Saturday’s and has 20 years of experience. Would highly recommend and will be back for any future piercings.

My girlfriend got her belly button pierced from another location, but this place told her the proper way to clean it to not get infected and the doc was very knowledgeable and helpful. Super straightforward too. Definitely recommend for if you need to know proper cleanliness for a tattoo or piercing

The business is clean and staff is friendly and polite. I went for a piercing and Amy was extremely sweet, understanding and knowledgeable about what she does. Only issue is that is hard to find parking. I would suggest going on a weekday for a less busy experience.

I have purchased jewelry from them before but recently we took my two teens here. One got ears pierced and the other a septum, super happy with the work. The ladies that took care of us were fanatic both up front with jewelry as well as the piercer. My husband has taken the older and theyve both had tattoo consults and cant to start their pieces!

Stacie was very professional and very helpful when I ended up passing out after getting my septum pierced. She grabbed me some water when I was laying down. She also walked me through everything that would happen as she was piercing my nose, as well as what was needed for aftercare and how long healing time is. Over all great place, and friendly staff! I have been getting work done here for years! The owners have the best artists working from here. The atmosphere is awesome and well decorated. Everything is clean, sterile and the artists make you comfortable.

Amy, my piercing practitioner, was absolutely phenomenal. Amy personally made my first piercing an incredibly easy and special experience. The ladies working the counters were also super sweet.

They were closed. The only issue is there was no update on hours of service, so driving there to see a sign in lieu of updated hours on google maps. If you are so quick to respond to this review, try updating your hours for holiday observations. No disrespect to those remembered, just business.

I went and got my doubles, tripples, and two helixes pieced at phantom and my experience there was very high quality. Everyone at the counter was very attentive and easy to talk to. Amy, my piercer, was incredibly lovely and fun to work with. She made my piercings hurt very little. I was also pierced by Stacie who was equally as professional and attentive as Amy. Phantom 8 gave me a very clean, pleasant, and painless experience. I will definitely be visiting again for future piercings.

My first time at this shop tonight to get my vertical hood piercing and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Staff is SUPER welcoming and polite. My piercer was Amy and she was outstanding! I love Phantom 8! I’ve been coming here since I was a whee 19 years old and let’s just say I’m not 19 anymore 😂. I’ve gotten several piercings from here by both Krisha and Amy and they are phenomenal. They go into detail about during and after care and their earring selection is unmatched. And then there is Brian.... what can I say. Brian is responsible for 90% of the tattoos I’ve gotten over the years I stopped counting them. He always takes the extra step to make sure you get what you want and never charges enough for the value that you get. He has always taken my ideas beyond my imagination and I am so grateful that I was able to find such a great artist at such a wonderful tattoo shop.

Best place to get a piercing. They have a wide selection of awesome jewelry. Person at the front knew exactly what they were doing. I originally came in to get a consultation about a piercing that was incorrectly done at another shop. This is the best place to get a piercing! The staff are so knowledgeable and kind! I was calling asking about a piece of jewellery they had and the girl knew so much about what I was talking about and the piercer was able to help me get what worked for my ear and made sense. They keep you informed the whole process. And they have a wide variety of jewellery, most special order so be prepared to wait for the best stuff. Ill be coming back

I went on a Sunday, and with covid they are doing appointment only. I needed to get a new bar for a piercing as I lost a ball and had no backup. Krisha, was fantastic!! She asked if I could wait about 20 minutes and she would let me come in and purchase between her scheduled appointments. 19 minutes and I was in the door. She provided quite a variety of options and helped to determine the best fit. This customer service is the very reason I will continue going back for as long as I have piecing needs!! Ive have never had a mediocre or bad experience.

I came in today to get a daith piercing, as I hear they help some people with their migraines. The minute I walked in, the lovely associate helping at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The parlor itself is very clean and the atmosphere is very chill and calming. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for my piercing, and the artist, Amy, was absolutely incredible. She was so personable and a great conversationalist. The piercing hurt like crazy but it was very obvious that Amy was trying her hardest to be gentle and make it as painless as she possibly could. Its also important to note that I called multiple piercing places before choosing this one, and every single place quoted me at least $40 more than the completely reasonable price, which started at $35 and went up depending in what piece of jewelery you chose. I 100% recommend this parlor to anybody who is looking for a piercing, and I am already planning to come back for my nose piercing. :)

My boyfriend and I have come here twice now and they never fail to disappoint! The owner Chris is so accommodating and willing to work with your schedule. We were in town both times and wanted a last second tattoo and he managed to get us in quickly! The artists do incredible work and I can’t stress enough how reasonably priced they are. I went this past weekend to get a Christina. The staff at the shop are very professional and super sweet.I saw Amy to get my piercing. This shop is great! Theyre extremely welcoming and friendly. The aesthetic of the shop is great and it is very clean. I got both my tongue and nipples done here (nipples being the most recent). I paid $114 for both nipples (classic jewelry). Amy was super sweet and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole piercing process beforehand, which was very reassuring. She eased my nerves and made sure the piercing went smoothly. I did have to wait an hour because the shop was busy, but that didnt take away from the pleasant experience. It was 100% worth the wait and Im very happy with my new piercings. I would definitely recommend coming to this shop.

This is the best tattoo parlors I’ve been to, in three different states. They do piercing as well. We went to get a matching tattoos for our anniversary, and it was the best experience! Our artist, JD is amazing at putting your mind to ease if you’re feeling a little nervous, incredibly professional, and very cleanliness/safety-first before anything else, and highly, highly talented . He drew our tattoo design with just our idea and concept, and it was better than what we imagined. The quality of the ink and the care taken are well worth the time and money.
