The artists look super talented and its a beautiful looking studio, but it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone there. They dont accept walk-ins, the phone VM system hasnt been set up (at least when I called thats the message I received and I was unable to leave a message), and they dont respond to their website contact form (I sent two messages via the form, received no response).Would rather not leave a star rating since I havent actually used their services and my review is mostly a remark about customer service, but Google requires it. So, a nice, average, three stars. Happy to bump it up if Im ever able to connect with this place!

Best tattoo shop around. It’s Clean, Professional, and has Great quality work. They will answer any questions you have and take the time to make you happy. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to get a first tattoo! I came as a walk-in, and Ryan was so kind, friendly, and clearly good at his job. The shop was clean, welcoming, and they were taking all appropriate COVID precautions. If (when?) I go in for another one, I will definitely go back to Renaissance.

PROS: This place was very nice! Nice comfortable waiting room with a pool table to keep you occupied as well. There are many artists that they have, all of which are artistic and friendly. They have many designs with great prices.CONS: They dont have much parking except for the street and it was easy to find the place amongst other placesOVERALL: I will definitely come back here if I get a tattoo. The people and the place in itself are amazing.

Ryan was absolutely incredible. I never leave reviews on anything but I would recommend Ryan and this place to anyone he was extremely nice and an absolute amazing artist. Cant wait to come back for another tattoo. Worth every penny!

Normally I wouldnt give a five-star review since thats kinda unrealistic, but my overall experience with Ryan was ideal for getting my last two tattoos. Both times I gave him creative freedom to make a design based on some loose reference material.He had quick, friendly communication on Instagram and reached out to me before each appointment to work with me on some small changes. He also did two small touchups: one for his work and another for a piece by a different artist. His experience level shows through his artistic skill, speed, and customer service (which many tattoo artists sadly dont have).

Love this place. Went there before the Covid-19 hit. I was very lucky to have Patrick do my ink. He was very professional and kept his work area extremely clean. All in all this place was fantastic. Im already saving up for another one and this time I dont have to look for an artist.

This was an incredible experience. My wife went into get her sixth tattoo, and while it was the longest it was the most relatively comfortable and rewarding experience she had, with superior detail and quality to the ink job. Ray Mandal was the artist, and he was friendly and amiable and helped to make the process a smooth ride the whole way through (even providing a special after-treatment that made that part far better than anything else a tattoo artist has offered before). Amazing ambiance to the place and professional staff made this all we could ask for.

Out of all the tattoos Ive ever gotten Ive never been to a shop so professional and clean. The artists here are amazing and are very helpful when working with them. Everyone there is helpful whenever you have any questions. If there was a way to give 6 stars I would. Awesome shop. Awesome artists and owners.

Literally the only place I will go, love the designs and work that Justin has done for me specifically.

I got my n*pples pierced here back in August. The piercer did not even use a clamp. The left one was visibly crooked (so bad). It then turned DARK PURPLE for an entire week. I ended up going to see a different piercer in closter to see if it was okay. The bars were pierced way too deep and the bars used to pierce were very big. The tip was not pierced it was more of the areola. I ended up taking them out yesterday and had to use pliers because they would not unscrew (what a waste of money). They would bleed all the time even though i would clean them regularly. I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the non-piercing staff was nice and gave me a discount because my friend and I got it done together. I would highly not recommend this place to get your n*ps pierced.

This is the worst place i have ever been to. The piercer is extremely obnoxious and has no consideration of your time. Do not spend your time It money at this place. It’s time they go out of business
