Went in for an oil change and there was only one worker at that moment. This one employee went above and beyond helping us along with a few other customers! Thank you, Jerry, for the excellent service! We will be going back to this location!

Had a very good experience with them giving my vehicle a oil change. Gave me feedback on all my questions and made me feel comfortable. It takes me forever to try and find someone to work on my car cause I’m very selective. Moving back to Ohio and having to try and find new people to work on my car is hard for me but they made me feel at ease. Thank you for making me feel great about my decision!

When I went there, there were two people in front of me. They had a vehicle not starting in front of me which delayed my service but within 5 minutes they had the second bay open to keep everyone moving. Responsive, quick, and friendly.

Impressed with the fast service, hard to find around here in Englewood. They up charge a bit more for the quality of the oil and the time, I don’t mind it at all! You can occasionally find coupons easily as well. Great staff.

The business seems like they look for reasons NOT to change your oil. For a no appointment needed policy, an HR and a half wait with no one in front of me is absolutely ridiculous. When I agreed, the kid asked if it was my first time there, what year was my vehicle, and quoted me @$79. My vehicle uses a basic semi synthetic, and is@$40 everywhere else. This is not the first time Ive tried with them, but the results were the same.

Really fast, and sweetest customer service!! I was on my way out of state, and needed an oil change and decided on a whim, Id stop here. I tried Midas down the street, and not only was it an awfully long wait, the guys were rude as hell to top it off! I went back to Jiffy and they took me in right away, and it took about 12 minutes, tops. Great price and location!! Thanks guys.Also, I brought my pet ferret in with me, and they were just so welcoming!! That was a personal bonus, for me. Figured Id share.😊

They did a good job on my car, quick service, vacuumed out nicely, pricing was typical. Perhaps some people dont put synthetic in their car when it calls for it. The waiting room was clean and has a TV to watch while you wait. Staff was friendly.

I went today in need of an oil change. They wanted 90$ for and oil change! Needless to say I left. The gentleman that talked with me was very nice though.

I was told a 30 minute wait and then a hour later my car had still not pulled into the garage one of the only people working there disappeared and the other was walk around eating potato chips

I had them check my brakes and was told my front brakes needed to be changed immediately. I took my car to Airport Toyota and they told me neither the front nor the back needed to be changed.

I called at 5:20, and was told if i got there by 6 i could get an oil change Id just have to wait 45 min for them to finish the car infront of me. Got there at 5:30. 1car in the bay being worked on and 2nd bay was open. There was 4 employees, 1 working on the car in the bayand other 3 hanging around. Was rudely told that was the last car they were doing for the day!

The one in Englewood wanted to litterally rob me!! 74.00 for a simple oil change?? What???? I only paid around 30 but last year... My Husband is Australian and he almost fell for it till I said hun that’s way to high. We can go down the street and get one for 18.99 ffs! Just warning others....A oil change DOES NOT cost 75 dollars!

Overpriced oil changes $45. The people in englewood are not friendly at all, but would recommend Huber Heights. if you wanna pay the price. make sure you get a coupon before you go and make sure if its a groupon you read the location

Tammy helped service our car. She was very nice and helpful. I called back with a few questions which she answered without hesitation or issue. When my husband and I went in we were the only car which was great .In and out. Tammy walked us to the lobby and told us to help ourselves. The lobby was clean. No foul smell. There was a flat screen tv on and ready. They also had beverages out. They are located in a VERY convenient location. Close to the gas station and Chase Bank. RIGHT across the street from them is a Taco Bell and Wendys. As well as next door to them is a Chinese restaurant and another spot I think its called Tonys which sits next door to them as well. So even if there was ten cars we had a few dining options .However, we ate at Wendys. Lol.... We were told our car would be ready in 20-30 mins, but I honestly do not think it was that long. This was our first time here. We was treated kindly and respectful. No issues other than our sticker was not put on. Tammy told us to come back whenever we can and she will take care of it. Any service that we need we will most definitely visit this location .

I have gone here a few times before and everything has gone fine but I just had my tires checked and oil changed today and went to another place right after to get my tire balance checked and my tire pressure was all out of wack and one tire cap melted on to the tire pressure stem. They did not even check my tire pressure. Check your vehicle before you leave to make sure they actually did what you paid them to.

$45.99+tax for standard oil change.Too pricey, staffs are not motivated. Jiffy Lube in Troy is cheaper and nicer.

I went there on the same day I paid $20 to have my car professionally cleaned. Without asking, the staff cleaned my windows. When I drove away, I realized that every window was now streaked/spotted. I called to complain because they should have seen that the windows were not dirty AT ALL/asked before attempting to clean. It was like throwing $20 cleaning down the drain. The response was, thats part of our regular service. Really? To leave the car looking worse than when it was brought in? #fail

Just got an oil change at this place the manager is not very friendly the job is not very nice he refused to let me talk to his manager do not frequent this place go to the one in Kettering very disappointed I always go to this place

$45 dollars for a standard oil change, oil and filter not included. I would have given 3 stars but they left my oil filter drain plug open after they finished. I was losing about a quart of oil a week from the filter.
