We just had our kitchen remodeled with Creative Countertops and are very happy with the results. The quality of the products and the workmanship, as well as the attention to detail are excellent. Dustin has been great to work with through the design process. All the workers we encountered were polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We appreciate all the hard work that went into our new kitchen and we are thoroughly enjoying it!!

Where do I begin? My wife Jackie and I have used Creative Countertops multiple times and have always been extremely happy with the results! I never knew there were so many different styles and colors of granite and stone to choose from! Everyone from the sales staff to the installers are always knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to answer any questions that we had. They have always been on time and made sure that we were satisfied with the results! You owe it to yourself to visit this business if you haven’t already! I also just found out that they have a new cabinet division! I’ve visited the show room and wow, they have it all!

Creative Countertops installed beautiful granite in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We had never been through this process before and they were extremely patient and helpful. They answered all our questions and had great suggestions!! They were very professional, easy to work with, and timely. They have a huge selection of granite on site and encouraged us to visit often to find exactly what we wanted. They even had us bring the front of a cabinet door to hold up to the granite to see how it matched. So helpful!! After installation I had a few minor concerns and they quickly and kindly took care of them!! Thank you to everyone at Creative Countertops for an excellent job!!! We LOVE our new Countertops!!

As a former employee of this business, I can personally assure you this is a special group who work there. Everyone there is from the community and displayed nothing but honest and integrity from my first day there, to the last. My reason for leaving was personal and it was incredibly hard to part-ways with such a great group of individuals brought together in such a cohesive unit. I can tell you that every person who works in that building is dedicated in their pursuit of giving you the best quality product and experience during the process. If they make a mistake, they own it and won’t be satisfied until they’ve accommodated your needs and expectations. Really wish I could give them more stars but I’m giving an honest review to help with business in the future. From the moment we walked into the place the staff wasn’t friendly. Very off-putting and just fine customer service at best. We went ahead with the sale because we found a countertop we liked and we were referred here by our contractor. The countertops are beautiful so I will stay positive on that side of this review. The gentleman who came to measure for the countertops was very pleasant and thorough. However, the three men who came to set the countertops were unprofessional and rushed. Told us from the minute they got here how busy they were and how fast this job would be. They spent 40 minutes MAX here setting the countertops and clearly it shows. One piece isn’t even glued down, it can be lifted off the cabinet. I wish I could attach the video showing this lazy mistake but I can’t, it has been sent to the owner and hopefully will be addressed appropriately. On top of that, one of the men reeked of marijuana. We just really expected more from a reputable place. Again, our countertops are beautiful, as they should be. Aside from that, not pleased with service.Update: owner Joe called and apologized for all mistakes and offered to come out on Saturday morning to fix issues himself. This company is lucky to have such a great business owner to truly cares for his customers.

From the moment we walked into their showroom to installation everything was handled professionally. Joe is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the various types of granite. They have an excellent selection of inventory to choose from on location. We found the perfect slab on our first visit, and soon after Joe came to measure for the final template. The installers were courteous, skillful and did an excellent job. We discovered a small issue the next day and the issue was resolved immediately without question. We absolutely love our granite countertops. Creative Countertops exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to do business with them again. Professionalism, integrity, knowledge, skill, selection and value!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Overwhelming selection to pick from. Once I decided on granite and the color it was an easy process. They communicated with me every step of the way. Called everytime when they were on their way. Took care to protect my floor, and to make sure it was installed correctly. I have a old 1936 house with uneven walls and floors. They took the time to level everything to make it perfect. They answered all my questions and didnt rush thru the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new tops!

I can honestly say I loved my experience with Creative Counter-tops, everyone I met was very professional, including there installers and shop guys! I was also impressed by there wide range of material to choose from. There projected dates were a little further out than I would of liked but it was worth the wait.....Trust me.....When there installers showed up they were so nice and professional, they even helped me by grabbing my trash can and bringing it up to the house. and answered all of my questions very patiently.one thing that i was concerned about was where the seam was, and how much i was going to see it. well if you look at the picture below they did a fabulous job at matching the seam up, and everyone i show it to says how did they get that in one piece.Creative Counter-tops, thank you for the fabulous job that you did on my kitchen, I would also like to thank all of Creative Counter-top empolyees for there professionalism and hard work on my project

Excellent quality stone and great employees, but communication was HORRIBLE and they might want to consider bringing more folks to lift a large piece of granite (see pictures). We were new to this process and the communication was very poor and initiated by us, but he dates were set by them without consultation with us. In addition, my island was dropped. The owner was nasty when I called to ask about the flooring, but later apologized. He wanted to cut out a couple damaged pieces of vinyl flooring that is supposed to be locked in on all 4 sides (an easy, but incorrect fix). I refused his easy fix and they did come through and pay for it to be done the right way only because I knew about these things. If any home owner didnt know better, they would have been taken advantage of. Id hire someone else if I had another project.

Creative Countertops did my kitchen and bathroom and I couldnt be happier! From start to finish they were amazing. The owner personally helped me pick out the perfect slab to match my space and he took the time to answer all my questions. The staff was very friendly, professional and very helpful. We were referred By a family member of someone who works there. We there to try to look at countertops and the lady at the desk was very rude. We were given wrong information about when we needed to order the countertops and she acted like we were the dumbest people. When we asked questions trying to figure out what to do she acted like the questions were a inconvenience. I would not recommend this place.

Well, while folks were helpful in our initial visit, it was a bit of a cluster afterwards. We picked out a remnant for our bathroom vanity. I liked it because the colors worked for us and there was a large vein of black through it that gave it character. We bought it and we were given an approximate date of delivery. That was fine. But I got a call on delivery date that the cutters had put in oval sinks when we had picked out rectangular, not okay. Our choices at this point were to take a $200 discount for sinks we didnt want or pick out another remnant. We did this and are not unhappy with the granite. It doesnt have the character of the slab I chose and thought a $200 credit towards keeping what I didnt order was inadequate. Since we didnt keep the oval sinks we didnt get any discount. I guess in summary, they messed up, and we were not compensated. It made our project stretch out a bit longer. I guess i would have appreciated a little more culpability on their part.

They were great! Answered all out questions and walked us they the whole lot and led us to the right granite for us!

Another nice job by Creative Countertops! They helped me transform my kitchen three years ago and this time they did another great job on two baths. Susie was very helpful in the selection process for the granite and sinks as well as getting my project scheduled in the short time frame I needed. Kenny was very thorough and precise in getting the exact measurements. During the installation, I appreciated so much that Brad was meticulous and thorough. Was very pleased there was only one small spot I needed to touch up on the walls after they removed the prior countertop and backsplash – that in itself was no small feat! Lastly, a big shout out and thanks to the plumber they use for their installs, Keith Tinsler. I was so impressed with Keith’s work when they did my kitchen three years ago that I hired him to do a few other projects as well. Happy I chose to use Keith again for the two bathroom installs this time instead of using my own plumber. I’m always impressed and very much appreciate those that take great care in doing quality work - so kudos and a big thank you again to the team at Creative Countertops - Susie, Kenny, Brad, and Keith!

The first visit was great. The owner was very nice and it seemed the company would be friendly and great to work with. As things progressed there was much confusion and misinformation which cost me a lot unnecessary of time and effort. They gave me an estimate and a gave them a deposit only to be told later the estimate should not have been given. There were issues caused by the company that resulted in them trying to charge me additional costs. The owner who previously seemed so nice was surly and and hard to work with. i finally came to a compromise with the manager. The work was mediocre they got glue on my cabinets and had to return to fix an issue. I would not recommend this company.

Creative Countertops was referred to us from another countertop installer due to their schedule being so full. We had already picked out the granite and everything. When I called and spoke to Doug, a very nice sales person, he indicated that there was a cancellation in their calendar, and we were able to fill that slot. Everyone from Susie to Joe to Doug treated us very well. We were stressed because everything needed to be completed on a tighter schedule. I dont remember all the names, but the young man that did the laser measuring and drafting was terrific. Brandon and another installer were prompt, efficient, and skilled at installing the 65 square feet of granite. We are pleased with Countertop Creations, and we will consider them for future work.

Friendly, down to earth, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. A trust worthy business.

Rebecca Schmidt ~ I happen to hear the entire conversation in the showroom today. The lady in the showroom wasn’t rude to you at all! I believe you are upset because you didn’t like the December date given to you for install. She explained that when you placed your order for your cabinets that is when you should have started looking for your counter tops. That is the fault of your contractor, not Creative Countertops, and certainly not the lady in the showroom. I noticed you didn’t mention the kindness of Creative Countertops when you came back in the showroom asking for assistance in getting your car started in their parking lot. I had a great experience today with the lady at the front desk, she was extremely helpful!

LOVED MY EXPIERNCE AND THE PEOPLE! MY SEAM LOOKS AWESOME

First they lost or sold the piece I picked out. Then miraculously they found another piece. They double charged me for a service - no apologies.They misrepresented the estimate by leaving out many items such as removal cost, plumbing costs, told me that a, oval sink and square sink costs the same - they dont. The square ended up being $50 more per sink. What good is a written estimate if you leave out half of the charges. They damaged my brand new cabinets during install didnt even mention it and I just happened to see it a few days later. Again no apologies. They damaged my wall while bringing in the new counter - had to patch and repaint. Totally unprofessional and will not use or recommend.

I dont think I have ever wrote a review in my life but I just want to express how wonderful my experience with create countertops was ... The best company I have ever worked with thanks again to all the staff there

Went above and beyond for us! When our installers arrived to put in the granite countertop, they found problems with our cabinet installation (done by another company). The cabinets were level, but not even with each other, to the point that if they attempted to install the countertop, there was a very good chance the slab would break (and likely result in injury). They did not have another installation appointment available for 6 weeks, so they offered to re-set the cabinets so they could finish that day, even though it set them several hours behind in their schedule. We were glad to pay them the extra $500 to do this, and are thrilled with our gorgeous granite countertops! (We arent so thrilled with the company who installed the cabinets, but thats another review.) Everyone we worked with at Creative Countertops was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
