Could not be more pleased with the look of our new quartz. Our salesperson, Cindy was very knowledgeable asking all the right questions. Installers were courteous, careful and cleaned up when finished.

I hate to give negative reviews to small businesses. We were originally impressed with Alpha Granite- better prices, beautiful slab, faster turnaround time to complete job... then it all went downhill.We scheduled our install a few weeks out- prepped our kitchen for the day- took time off work, etc. Then were told the day before that they needed to cancel our install...!Scheduled install on a different day. NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK. The slab is still beautiful, but they chipped the counter at the sink connection and patched it. The seem is VERY visible- this was my biggest concern, and was assured dont worry- it will blend right in. The colors of the slabs at the connection do not blend well- it looks like they didnt even try to see which parts had colors that blended better (I understand it is a natural product and has variations, but parts of it match color better than others) and the seem is very much noticeable. The overhang on the front of the counter is not consistent. One side of the kitchen has a good amount of overhang, the other side does not even cover the top of the dishwasher! They also did not measure well because one side of the counter does not even meet the wall, I had to do a lot of patching to fill the gap after.I am very disappointed with the quality of work. We tried for 4 months to try to get them to do something about it- the Owner was avoiding us and not returning calls, etc. Finally settled for a small refund and gave up. The whole experience was miserable. **Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else- they do not stand behind their work. Very sad.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE; scheduled an appointment to finalize the layout, the salesperson Kayla was out to lunch when we arrived on time. No courtesy call to notify us she wasnt going to be available so another male sales person who sits by the front helped us. We were told by two other employees prior misleading information as to what was to be included with our purchase and he would not stand behind it. We were then told we were a small job and we were not worth his time to correct matters. He then rudely initiated giving our deposit back without us even asking for it instead of making things right and acted like he didnt care less that we were unhappy. He further insulted us by verbally saying he was worried we wouldnt pay the final balance upon installation. We asked for the phone number of the owner and he was sitting there the whole time and we were being lied to the whole visit being told he wasnt there. Went directly to a competitor and purchased the same stone at a better price. In summary, I would never do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone. Glad we found out how they treat customers before the install, who knows what would have happened if something else went wrong...not one thing went right with them.

The installers were efficient, polite, professional, and did an amazing job with the removal and installation! The sales people were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the product and services. The two crews who came out to our home for the installation were excellent and did a fantastic job showing a lot of attention to detail and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend this company and the prices were very very good.

The worst experience Ive ever had with a business. They came out and took out the sink and put it in my granite countertop, but couldnt put the sink back in because they werent plumbers. So I had to pay a plumber $821 to come put my sink in. And the countertop installers left out a piece of wood so now Im stuck.

Alpha was very easy to work with and installers did a great job. Cindy is so knowledgeable and friendly. The Quartz is beautiful! Very happy!

Izzy was fantastic, he is very knowledgeable about granite and knows his stuff! He was a lot of fun to deal with and they have a huge assortment of granite to chose from! We got a great deal and he was very easy to work with! Now we will see how the install goes!

I was contemplating renovating my kitchen and I was unsure if I really wanted to get granite. I was referred to talk with Cindy Shivick and what an excellent experience! She is extremely knowledgable about the different products - granite, quartz, composite - and explained them all to me. She also taught me about the different levels of granite and about how hard the surfaces are and how to care for them. She was efficient and even got the guys from the back to move some slabs so I could pick which one I wanted. The entire experience from selection to quoting to billing was handled so smoothly by Cindy. She was super patient with me as well. I have already recommended friends to contact her for their granite needs. And I am now going to pick out granite for a bathroom too. I was looking for a remnant piece of granite to do a fireplace hearth and had been put off by other suppliers who either didnt want a small job or just didnt have the time. Alpha granite had the perfect piece, let me place the template where I wanted it on the slab, turned it around in a week and installed it beautifully. I highly recomend them. They were great to work with!

Don’t count on getting the correct information from the office. The gentlemen that installed the granite were very good at the removal and install. Did have nicks in the wall and on the edge of the shower tile. They did show me why they couldn’t do what I was told from the office. Also my backsplash in one of the bathrooms was measured wrong and I have a gap between the backsplash and the mirror. The guys installing did the best they could to fix it. I am very picky but this is also a lot of money.
