This was an incredibly excellent experience. I had been shopping around for a new set of Michelin CrossClimate2 tires for my Toyota Highlander. I called three different national brick & mortar tire shops and all three were out of stock. They needed 1-2 weeks to special-order them, but I needed a quicker solution. After searching online I came across SJ Tire Company and gave them a call. I spoke with Sunil (the company owner). This was around 3pm and to my surprise he had the tires available for install at my house the very next morning for a good price.Sunil arrived on-time the next morning and went right to work. He went above-and-beyond with service and customer care. Prior to installing he took the time to show me the tires. He pointed out the size and the manufacture date code (they were very new!) which is very important. Additionally, he made sure to use the Toyota spec inflation on all four tires and used a torque wrench to correctly tighten the lug nuts when he mounted the wheels. It is obvious he cares about doing a quality job and the fine details; moreover, Sunil took the time to communicate all this with me which I appreciate.I am both happy to directly support this local business and looking forward to purchasing with SJ Tire again in the future. SJ Tire is professional, customer oriented, and so much more convenient than going to a retail tire shop. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, SJ!

I called about a punctured tire, they drove to me, patched it up, I paid a very fair amount. The whole experience was about an hour from me calling to them leaving with my tire fixed.Fantastic service, great people. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick fix.

Was already having a bad week with my car in the shop. Then Monday happens. walked out to the garage and the rental car tire was flat. Checked the spare and it was low and I could not swap it out to go get fixed. Girlfriend was stranded since I had to take her car to work and she needed be be somewhere before I would return. Did a quick google search and found this company. Texted the number on the site and arranged for this to be handled in a matter of minutes and received fast friendly service. Josh from SJ tire company came by in the time scheduled and had the tires on within the hour. I have had issues in the past with dealerships and tire shops damaging my wheels, but Josh did a professional job and got the tires on with no issues. Its a little expensive, but worth it to save the time on going to a shop and definitely worth not having to deal with damaged wheels.

Super convenient! Scheduling was easy and the guys arrived on time to install my off-road tires. I was able to keep working from home while they did the job in front of my house. It was great to be able to stay safe and distant at home rather than waste time in a dirty waiting room at a traditional shop. The guys were very friendly and masked-up during interactions/payment. They did a great job and made my life a lot easier. I bought a new sports car that requires a separate set of winter tires. Rather than haul the new wheels into a shop I had one of SJs technicians come to my house and take care of it in my driveway. They also store the extra set of tires so I dont have to take up space in my garage. A great service.

I had a blow out on my acadia and couldnt find my tire size on a Saturday. Everywhere else could only get my tire in Monday. I got ahold of SJ tires and josh came out same day replaced my front two tires, rotated, balanced, and reset my sensor. I was very pleased with the service and will be getting my other two tires done with them. I highly recommend them for tire replacement!!!

Excellent service, the 2 guys came to my place of employment to repair a tire for me, turned out it couldnt be repaired, owner called and gave me a quote on a new set of four tires (great quality and great price) i agreed they left went back to warehouse returned and changed them out, very happy very fast will highly recommend this company thanks josh and his co-worker

I have used these these guys now several times. They do a great job. I honestly dont know why you would want to use a regular tire shop. No sitting in a waiting room or dropping your car off and picking it up later.

Mobile tire shop? Sign me up! We arranged the tires I wanted on the phone and a time to install them. He showed up at my house with the tires right on time and was done in around an hour. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. They seem to match anyones price on tires and the mounting costs the same as the local big tire shops. Why wait for who-knows-how-long at the tire shop when you can do other things in the comfort of your home instead? This is the only way Ill ever get tires again.
