Waited around for over a 2 weeks for some numbers on my trade from steve before I made the 3 hour drive to them. Only time I heard anything was when I called and was told he would get me some info asap. I never received anything. The truck I was interested in sold before hearing back from him. Thanks Carma for the good customer service. Sellers market or not customer service goes a long way. 2 stars for at least answering the phone and being polite.

I stopped to look at a 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited, I spoke to the owner Nile and he asked if I was using a trade in which I was and he told me he wanted to do a straight trade with me and I can save on sales tax by doing. I thought it was a fair deal but after test driving it I noticed the check engine light was on, the tire sensor was on and the seat belt beeps even when all seat belts were in. And one of the tires has a sidewall plug. So I mentioned these issues to him. He told me he would call me the next day after taking care of these issues. He never called back so I called them and a gentleman named Steve said they want me to add $2,500 on top of the trade. Please be very careful dealing with these guys. Their word is worth nothing. Lies, lies, lies.

We bought a used 2008 Sport Trac from them about 10 months ago for $8,000. Found out 5 months later that it has a bad transmission and a bad engine. The truck wasnt worth the $3,500 it would cost to fix these issues.Whether it was malice or incompetence, I cant say. But I dont trust these guys. Buy at your own risk.

Nile was the person who sold the car to my sister. After getting it insured and withdrawing money from her bank account I drove her to pick up the 2007 Ford Focus. When she entered the office to see Nile she came out less than a minute later dumbfounded telling me he sold it to someone else for a higher price. Not sure if true or not but this is no way to run a business. If he can do it to my sister he can do it to you. Do yourself and family a favor and take your business elsewhere as this man doesn’t deserve it. I did and now thankfully, my sister is much happier driving a better car which she bought from REPUTABLE dealer.

My husband found a car from their website, so he emailed them to see if it was available and it was. We live in Tampa and it was 1 hour and 35 minute drive for us. Steve said he would hold the car for us. We get there and sure enough the car is up front ready for us to test drive. Steve and the other employees are so nice and friendly they made that long drive worth it. The process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend getting a car from them. We would even go back there in the future!

Steve sold me a 4 wheel drive 2002 Mazda Tribute with different size tires, that destroyed the transmission and differential. Have had it 4 months, and now it will cost 5 thousand to fix. Screwed me over. Be careful what you buy from these lying sacks

Attached are pictures of the vehicle condition when Carma Auto purchased it and prior to selling it to me. This information waswithheld when we asked our salesman.Ive since learned the Florida AS IS clause allows the salesman toknowingly withhold information about the car.A local Chrysler dealer has deemed my car as UNSAFE for passengersand a cost to correct over $8000.For now our salesman and Carma Auto can hide behind AS IS. Therewill come a judgement day when hiding wont be possible!Bottom line: MAKE SURE TO GET ALL YOUR QUESTIONS DOCUMENTED AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER! THIS IS A BAD DEALERSHIP!!!

Bought a car with a rolled back odometer that I was never told about, found out the car has 3x actual mileage... AVOID THIS PLACE!!Update: Confronted the owner, owner was very aggressive with answering simple questions and he was just trying to prove he bought the car like that by printing out a carfax proving himself guilty showing the date he bought the car and right after he bought it the mileage magically changed.
