Not sure what the other reviews I am reading are about. I am 100% happy. Shernil Grant was amazing. Not pushy. Told him what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect car.Carlos Ortiz the GM sales manager was also fantastic. Did everything he could to get me the lowest car payment. All in all one very happy customer and I’ll be back in the future.
I did not feel well taken care nor valued as a customer.When I received the car it was not cleanedThe sales person apologized and offered to send it back to be cleaned however this was late in the evening and I could not afford to wait. My point here is that this was a special day and an exciting moment to get into a new car. Getting in the car in this state took away this special feeling.The navigation system is not working and it seems the sales person was aware of that however did not declare that to me until after I had signed the contract and got into my car. I see this as a deserving sales action. I do not appreciate that.Additionally, there was a dent and noticeable paint chip in the driver door below the door handle, when I asked the sales person he did say that he knows about it and simply that this can be fixed. Not sure what fix he is referring to. Again why would this be hidden from me and fir me to find it by surprise.This is my first such experience at any dealership.I hope I hear from the management of this dealership on how they plan to address my issues. Of course I am still considering to upload my review if my experience on Google Review, I believe it is fair that other consumers know of my experience.

I was told to go somewhere else to purchase a pickup truck if I don’t want to pay the $10,000.00 dealership fee. I asked why all the windows on the pickup trucks are tinted so dark they are illegal in New Jersey, the boyish male salesperson Replied that you can take it to a private inspection and they put an illegal inspection sticker on your vehicle. Also told me “ how do you think all these kid get away with removing the Catalytic converter’s” he referred me to go back to hawthorne chevy
Just received a phone call from Bernie about a new corvette I purchased my last one there a 2019 After telling the research I have done with other dealers his comment to me was “Sounds like you don’t need me” A nice thing to say to a perspective costumer on a 1000,000 car! So I replied I don’t need anybody there’s plenty of dealers out there that will welcome my business. Then he hung up. Stay clear of this place. This tells me this is not a reputable dealer. I will be definitely be taking my business elsewhere 😎

I would make one recommendation to improve the marketing and advertising on your website to convey accurate pricing and 100% transparency. Overall, wonderful experience, and we love our new Yukon!
If you want to get robbed go to this place. I was there for a check engine light ON issue and was told after the fact that they were into it for 2 hours of diagnostics. Did not even tell me what the fee was going to be ahead of time. It cost me over $300.00 just to tell me that a purge valve was defected, when in fact I know for certain that it only takes 10 minutes to retrieve the codes via a diagnostic scanning tool. To top it all off they didnt even have the part to fix my car, I would have to wait because the part was on back order and god knows when that would be.

When I was ready to make a deal, Shernil and his colleagues Carlos the General Sales Manager and Kevin, the Finance Director, worked with me on on a deal that met my budget, to efficiently prep the vehicle, and to get the paperwork ready for me to drive off in my new vehicle. This is how a car leasing experience should be and sadly, every other car dealership I have ever been to falls way short. Our salesman now works for you. I did not like the place when it was Oasis. I wasnt treated as intelligent when I went to buy a vehicle. Vito understands that I know vehicles, and that if I want something and he can make a deal, ill take it. I wasnt thrilled with the attitude of the guy who does financing. He was very condescending and seemed to be in a rush.Im hoping your admin staff understands what a gem Vito is.
Service dept. gave me improper diagnosis of my cars service issue in an attempt to seriously overcharge me by recommending a new engine. Service consultant was not helpful and I was not able to believe what he told me about the cars issues. I paid $277 for diagnostic tests that told me nothing about the cars problems. I will definitely never return to this dealership for service or purchase a car from them.
Everything went well with the purchase of my vehicle, except for the fact that I was told that the vehicle I had purchased had new brakes. Turns out that wasnt true. I had to take a day from working to have the two front brakes serviced a few days after purchase. Im trying to reach someone to redeem the $140 I had to shell out to have the brakes serviced.

Was dreading the end of the lease coming up on my car. Its been a rough year for a number of reasons. On a whim I went to Englewood Chevy and it turned out to be such a pleasant experiance . Leon was excellent, he listened to my wants and needs . He was very knoweledgable and not the least bit pushy. No high pressure to have me drive a new car off the lot that day.
The worst customer service ever!The manager I spoke with does not have a clear grasp on the laws of the DMV, and was very unprofessional. They were still using an outdated checklist from the DMV.They were very rude during the phone call even though I was speaking very politely. He had a short temper and stubborn attitude. He ended the call with I just do not want to sell you the car anymore.I never wrote a review before, but I had to do it this time!
They installed bed back of my Chevy Silverado it flew away on highway almost hitting an other car behind us. So dangerous. We trying to reach them no one helps or answer .

My new premier suburban engine brock down after 12K miles.since then for almost 3 weeks it is in the dealership waiting for parts.I would expect the dealership expedite it more in order to get the missing parts

I returned my lease to this dealership and was told everything was all set from my end and for some unexplainable reason, my lease was never grounded by this dealership. After a month and a half, a huge dent in my credit score and several voicemails and promises that “I’d get a call back”, I’m told that my lease was extended and I owed money to GM financial for a vehicle that wasn’t in my possession all because someone wasn’t doing their job. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to another dealership.
The waiting time is too long. I waited for about one and a half hours for the regular servicing to be completed. The servicing are the standard servicing, such as tire inspection, oil change, etc. My appointment was at 7:30 am, the earliest appointment in the morning. There were only about one or two other customers. I didnt expect the whole thing to take so long.

I was referred to Quality Chevrolet by my friend that had previously worked with internet sales rep, Chanel Garcia. I called in to speak with her and I was told that she was no longer working with the company. I was so upset to hear this, my friend raves all the time about how she had such a great experience with this rep I wanted it to be able to experience for myself. However, I decided not to continue my car search with quality because I wanted to work exclusively with Chanel. Overall I’ve heard things about this dealership and the only hope I had was dealing with Chanel. I’ll go to Paramus Chevrolet or Hawthorne....

This was my first visit to the dealership at Englewood and the experience was horrible. First off, the customer service was terrible. Nobody greeted my daughter and I as we walked into the dealership and the staff seemed hostile. After looking around the showroom, I went into a salesman’s office to discuss leasing options. I was assisted by Abigail Luna and she made me feel like I wasn’t a valuable customer. In fact, after hastily taking down my information she quickly responded I won’t be able to afford their cars. Like I said, terrible customer service. She didn’t try to work anything out, ended up insulting me, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in front of my daughter. Furthermore, she spoke to me with a disrespectful attitude and made it clear that she wasn’t interested in my business since she gave me an unreasonably high price. It was obvious that the dealership would rather loose potential clients rather than attempting to work with them. I will never go back to that dealership again. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with them.

I brought my truck in for diagnosis of electrical issues two times in the last month and both times there was absolutely no work done on the vehicle. I was given no answers and nothing was fixed. I made an appointment based on the promise of a loaner vehicle being available and when I got there to drop my truck off I was informed there was never a loaner available. I will not be coming back to your dealership and will recommend others to not come either.

My oil change appointment was at 8:30am and I didn’t leave until 11am. That’s ridiculous. Also the service rep came to me telling me my check engine light was on for some reason only to realized he was talking to the wrong customer after I asked him when my check engine light came on since it wasn’t on when I got there. Also, they weren’t enforcing people wearing their mask in the waiting area I felt every uncomfortable being surrounded by people with their mask on their chins

No thank you for wasting my time with the bait and switch. To verify inventory I went to their website, saw the car listed as current inventory, and did online chat with representative Crystal Moye. I specifically told her to verify inventory of the car I found on their website so that I dont waste time travelling to get there since I know exactly what I want. She said the car was definitely in stock and verified the pricing.2 hours later when I arrive the sales person says that car was not in inventory and that Crystal should have actually checked before she told me it was. Also to get their promotional prices including Manufacturer cash back offers you need to be a first responder, teacher, law enforcement, or financing only. Basically noone is likely eligible for any or most of their supposed discounts.I am definitely never coming here again. They completely wasted and disrespected my time. You lost a customer that was ready to buy same day and his circle who frequently lease. Buyer beware.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not go to this dealership. At the time my wife was looking for a vehicle. We went into the dealership and nobody greeted us for about 15 minutes. Once we were greeted we had to wait anther 10 minutes for them to pull the vehicle up. We got quoted a very high price versus other dealerships that we went too. They were thousands off. I tried talking to the general manager in regards to pricing and they would NOT budge. It seems like they rather let a customer walk then purchase from them. No wonder this dealership has a lot of bad reviews.. along with the service dept. My wife and I wasted our time . Go somewhere else !!! We were able to find the same exact vehicle at a lower rate!! Do not waste your time

It was my first visit to the dealership for any kind of service. The service was complementary, it was the first service, which I appreciated. Service department was clean/ waiting room was also clean. The reason I gave a score of 2 stars, is no complementary wash with your service. I then paid $25 for a wash which I was not happy with, they missed a lot of spots on my vehicle, they did a poor job cleaning the windows. I had to finish cleaning them. No one explained to me what was done during the service to the car. I had to look on the receipt, and then ask questions. There was a part they had to order and no one told me anything. I believe they can do much better.I hope my next visit will be a 5 star visit.

Do not get your care serviced here! We have owned Chevrolet vehicles for over 20 yrs and have always had our vehicles serviced regularly at the dealership in PA where the cars were purchased - regular maintenance was performed at reasonable prices. My daughter a healthcare worker had borrowed my car and decided to take it to Englewood for an oil change (expected cost $50 )as she works in the building next door. When she picked up the car on her lunch break : a) they couldn’t find the car; the worker had to push the panic button so it could be located and b)Hher bill was over $500!!! Service manager tried to say this was the regular fee for 22, 000 mi maintenance!!!
While my car had to stay in way longer than it should have for a headlamp repair, overall we were satisfied. We were given a quote by phone for the repair and we agreed to it. A day later, they called and said they had made a mistake and needed a part that was $100 more. My husband kind of went ballistic, but the manager Tony Oso was fair and said he would stick to the original quoted price. We appreciated the honesty and the cars working fine now.
Had appointment for 9am to change oil, I dropped off car, I had to call the service department At 1200 to find out why the oil change was taking so long, the lady who answered the phone said the gentleman who checked me in had step out (lunch?) and she could not give me an answer regarding the status of my vehicle, he returned my call 30 minutes later and said car was ready for pick up. I showed up, car was parked on the street outside dealership (no parking zone). This is my second visit here ( not so good) first time went smooth and had my car 1.5 hours later. I have mixed feelings about the service provided and may not be coming back.
Unhappy customer here, read it !1- Never believe the price they say in the beginning. When you decide to buy the car they will increase the first price about 20%. They will price bait you for sure. So, prepare yourself for a higher price, dont start smiling so soon.2-We wanted to get the the car on my name so my husbands credit score wouldnt be affected by that purchase. (We are buying home thats why)) They, of course, accepted that after running my score etc. However, they put both our names for some reason. Just to be on a even safer side I guess, my score is already good enough to buy a car. They didnt have to do that. So, now there is a $60,000 of debt on both of our names instead of only mine.3- They were supposed to refund about $900, however they didnt in the given time frame. We called them, talked to them about it but it didnt work. So, we had to go court to get our money back.4-Warning light on the right mirror does not work properly although it is a brand new car. Luckily we noticed that before it caused an accident.
The staff were friendly and kept me informed about what was wrong with my car and what the costs would be to address the issues. The WiFi was free, and while id did take longer than I had expected, I was able to conduct my business and still able to get home in time to pick up my son from school.
I dropped off my vehicle the night before at the overnight drop off for a 730am oil change appointment..Once 1pm came and no one from the deal reached out to me I called the dealership and was patched to service. I left a voicemail... after an hour I called again and this proceeded until 5pm when I decided to head over to the dealership...Very unprofessional and no excuse for lack of communication..
*This review is based on our experience with the PARTS DEPARTMENT only!My brothers and I decided to order a part that was not in stock. we were promised we would have it delivered to us next day early in the morning since it was in one of their local warehouses. OUR PART NEVER CAME TO OUR SHOP, AND WHEN I CALLED THEIR RESPONSE WAS: OUR TRUCK NEVER SHOWED UP WITH THE PARTS! This has happened to us multiple times and whenever we decide to give them another chance they remind us why we rather give our business to PARAMUS CHEVY where were treated with the level of professionalism you would expect from a dealership.

Not reliable nor trustworthy. After I came in for an oil change and air filter replacement mysteriously my vacuum hose was disconnected. Very peculiar indeed. Luckily I have found a trustworthy and reliable mechanic that I could now turn to to make repairs without any surprises...
I would have given 5 stars but the vehicle wasnt detailed at all (especially for a show floor model) and the wait time to finalize the deal took longer than I had expected. Especially since there were only two other customers there.Other than that, the prompt service I received was great. And the fact that we were able to strike up a deal while keeping me within my budget was outstanding.

I just leased a Chevy Equinox from this dealershipIn Englewood. I had the most amazing experience. From the moment i walked in Abby ( Abigail Luna) was professional and courteous. She explained the lease program to me and also understood my situation as a single mom. She immediately introduced me to Rocco and Ken who both made me feel very relieved that they would accommodate my situation.And they did. Abby has even reached out to me a few times By phone to check on my satisfaction and added that little extra personal touch of “ we care about you as a person.” Not a number.The dealership met all CDC guidelines with regard to social distancing and mask wearing. They had hand sanitation Around the dealership and we’re also very family friendly.My former Experience with Mahwah GMC was a total nightmare. They were not helpful. Those guys added months onto my lease without my knowing and apparently I learned they do this to many people in the back room after the papers are signed. Do not go to mahawah.Go to Englewood. Their moral compass is spot on and as far as i am concerned I will only lease cars from there moving forward. I even sent my brother there to buy his daughter a car bc of Abby. Lovely experience. Easy. Fast. Efficient and fair. I believe Abby set the tone with that....

Stay away from this dealership if you dont want to be ripped off. I purchased a part from the dealership that was defective and they would not allow me to return it. They claimed it was not on their system. For over 10 days they convinced me that the part I had ordered was not correct when in fact it was correct and they just didnt want to issue me a refund. I will be filing a report with the BBB.

I been trying to get a new 2 year lease for a few months now and it was almost impossible to get good help. Finally, when I called Qualtiy GMC in Englewood and spoke to Zuly, who immediately listened to exactly what I wanted had a sales representative named Thea call me back in like 2 mins with all my preferences ready. Literally, 4 hours later of never having to leave my house a brand new 2020 GMC Acadia was delivered to my house by Thea. It was the easiest car experienced Ive ever had. She worked hard to get me a great deal plus a car in my driveway the same day. Unbelievable sales service. Thank you so much for the smooth and easy transaction. Took my father-in-law to trade in his leased vehicle for a new one and its been almost 60 days and the dealer has failed to submit payment to the bank on his trade in. This has resulted in numerous phone calls from the bank and his credit has been affected. Every time we call we get the same run around and are told we will get a call back and never do. This place only considers you a customer until theyve sold you a vehicle and after that youre on your own.

Tomorrow will be the third time I will have to bring my 2017 Chevy Cruze back into the dealership for service. My vehicle has less than 6,000 miles and this it ridiculous. This will be the second time in less than two weeks that I am bringing it in because the check engine light is on. I dont care if it is under warranty, this is still unacceptable. This causes me great concern about possible other issues with this car post warranty. Did I just purchase a lemon and if so, what are you going to do about it?
