My wife and I took at least a month or soto decide on the type of flooring we wanted.ML Dunn was very patient with us once wedecided the team was professional and on timeeven finished the project a day early we arevery happy with how our floors turned out.

I had MLDunn a couple of yrs ago and I would stay clear of this company. Ive had several times for floors and did beautiful job. But this time the installers made many mistakes on the installing. The man cut the door jam too high on one side and the salesman refused to fix it. Two other places which I pointed out to the salesman and said he couldnt do anything about it. One place the baseboard didnt even cover the mistake and another area is a definite split in the flooring that doesnt come together. The salesman was aggravated with me for complaining about it. It cost me $3000 and now Im going to have to pay someone to take up the baseboard and all the flooring. And even the instalkers started to install the wrong and his answer was that it was faster to do it that way. I had to call the salesman so they would do it the right way. Stay clear of M L Dunn if you want it done right!

Prices way too expensive I found and company for half the price and they listened to my concerns and wasn’t short with me when I called unlike ml Dunn
