Came by the shop awhile ago to just to pick up a few cigars and immediately found myself at home. Comfortable chairs, good ventilation, and most importantly, wonderful cigars. Large selection of different brands. The owner is wonderful and very knowledgeable. To any cigar smoker, whether you have been smoking for 1 day or 80 years, I recommend this place.

I was in here a few years ago and had a great time. Felt right at home and had great cigars.Lets fast forward to Jan 19th, 2019... I came back and enjoyed myself as is if were my first time there. When I first came into this shop down the street from where I grew, I was immediately greeted warmly by the owner, Hugo, and his wife. This place is classy and has a great selection of premium cigars with affordable prices. Also well-ventilated! Whether you are the aficionado or the once in a while smoker, Casa Hispaniola is the place to be. Now, whenever I am in town visiting family, I make it a point to stop by here no matter what!

Customer service is dry, didn’t feel welcome from the female employee there in the morning. Saw a few customers come and go and same dry welcome.Also there was an adolescent child in the store, VERY unprofessional and plain wrong. I made a choice entering here and KNOW the risks involved. We all the dangers of second hand smoke and not fair for that kid to be here and exposed to smoke. Otherwise nice chairs/seating area, comfortable.But the whole experience was made poor by the dry welcome and having a child in a smoking establishment. It doesn’t matter that the kid got asked to move behind the desk.Doesn’t change the fact he’ll get exposed and increase his risk of lung cancer.
